This was supposed to be a fun, supportive shopping trip and instead it turned into one of the worst store experiences we have had. I went on a Sunday afternoon to look for clip in extensions for an upcoming wedding and was not disappointed. I was helped by an older man who appeared to manage the nail shop next door. It didn't seem like he was super knowledgeable of the hair extensions since he works next door, but luckily I knew what I wanted. He actually matched my hair tone to some extension choices very well. He was polite and helpful throughout my visit. After helping me for less than ten minutes I found exactly what I needed. I was very surprised they offered ombre style clip ins so those are what I bought since my hair is blonde balayage/ombre.
