The food took around 40 minutes to finish making and I was absolutely wow'd. First off, the portions are amazing and especially at their price - phenomenal. First thing we ordered were the chicken jhol momos and needless to say that these are the best momos I've had. They were so flavourful and such a good balance between umami, salty, spicy, and a bit of sour. The Hakka house chow mein had all the classic flavours that we know and love. One thing I'll say about this, to be nit picky, is that I wish there were slightly more protein - but no complaints otherwise. The app platter was a great way to try all the popular non veg apps and the lollipop chicken by far was the fan favourite. Juicy, flavourful, tender - it was honestly so good we could eat just that. The Manchurian chicken was also amazing, slightly spicy and super flavourful. Last but not least, the mango lassi was your standard one: sweet and slightly tart. Overall, this place has become one of my new favourite places to get takeout from (and I have leftovers for days!). I definitely would like to sit in and dine one day.

Happy hot pot the servers give you a menu which a marker is included you simply choose dinner or lunch menu by ticking a small box continue by following the menu down choosing from an assortment of items 1st: choose your broth from normal to ultra spicy 2nd: choose from : bok choy, mini bok, fungi, mushrooms, enoki, spinach, winter green, baby corn, rice etc. Meats: chicken , lamb, pork, beef, kobe beef. 3rd: While waiting for your order to come your server places the broth and it sets to boil in 10mins. During this time go to the back room (sauce/drink station) opotsite the bar area. You will find asstmt of sauces here from seaseme seed, BBQ, satay, peanut, hosan, Siracha, minced garlic, mined onion, coriander, leek sauce... Mix and match the sauces how you want then grab grab a drink and head back to your table. Going forward your yummy foods will start arriving, simply start placing your item in the boiling soup with chop sticks provided (they give a scoop for those not so good with chop sticks) the veggies cook much like your own home so don't leave them in to long. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, but she was very friendly and didn't keep us waiting for too long. We ordered a bottle of white wine, but were told they only had one bottle that was cold and it already had some out of it lol. She ended up giving us 2 glasses of wine as well as the bottle with only a tiny bit out of it for the same price though. We ordered onion bhajia, paneer butter masala, lamb vindaloo (they were out of lamb, so we got chicken instead), peas pulao and garlic naan. I can't say enough about how good the food was!!! Mall food is generally really gross, but Bourbon Grill tastes amazing! Their chicken is the best and I have a hard time deciding what I want every time I come here because I want everything! The service is always so nice and friendly :) and they're also really generous with the portions (which never happen with mall food or university food :P) The prices are also great! Give this place a try if you're going to Masonville Mall during meal hours!
