The wrappers are hand-made/carefully pleated with perfect thickness - which neutralizes the powerful meaty flavor and spices of the stuffing and the "complexly hot" side sauce, and keeps the heat long. And juicy! Hot juice sprinkles as I bit. I came here around 11:30, right after they opened. So there was no customer yet in the restaurant, and I was able to observe the restaurant's interior without interfering others. Like most Nepali/Himalayan places, the ambiance is serene and cozy - yet, the elegant table setting will serve for romantic occasions. The chutneys that were offered, especially the mango was the table favourite. The paneer dish was very good but the standout was the garlic naan and butter chicken. The naan was so tasty and had bits of garlic in it that offered such a great taste. Butter chicken is usually not my favourite but our kids love it, but this butter chicken had so much depth of flavour. You can't pick your spice level so I would say that the heat level is a strong medium. We had to drink lots of water but we all enjoyed the spice level. Presentation of the food was nice, and there was ample quantity- so we had to box up the leftovers. The dishes were so good that we ate the rest for dinner that evening.
