I then had to wait two weeks with no crown on my tooth to get a fitted sized crown. This new crown was terrible also, and as they were about to put on the new crown they had zero care in cleaning the area that had been exposed for 2 weeks. Still a year later you can see that the crown is oversized and see the under tooth.

On top of that, my husband was able to cancel his appointment by text before the 24-hour window without issue, but when I did the exact same thing, I was told my message was "never received" and I would be charged the $60 fee. The inconsistency and lack of respect made the entire experience infuriating, frustrating and extremely disappointing. This place has many great reviews, but honestly dealing with Robin today absolutely changed my mind about bringing my family here. We want to feel welcomed; not like another number and they're just taking our money, so we will be taking our business somewhere else.

They told us we each needed…read more$7-8,000 worth of dental work, that I needed multiple cavities filled, a root canal, and a nightguard due to teeth grinding. They also did an under the gum deep cleaning on my husband and he was in pain for 24 hours afterwords. I've never had any problems with my teeth and I still sleep with the retainers I was given after my braces were removed, so there's literally no way I could have teeth damage from grinding. It's 100% a scam and they offer you a free gift card for a good review. RUN away from this office as fast as you can.

My hygienist is no longer there and she was entertaining to say the least. I loved her!! She did a thorough job and my teeth felt so good! Also, the check in process is a thorn in my side. Clients get handed a tablet to verify info. It's very time consuming and not necessary if all my info hasn't changed (insurance, home address, etc). I've said many times that my info is the same. One time I just flat out refused and the receptionist signed for me! I also asked "IF I get a crown today, and have an issue with it tomorrow & have to come back the next day, will I be handed the tablet again to verify my information?" (like I moved over night, lol). She said "yes!" This is the ONLY dental office I've been to that does this check in process. Just a note to Dr. Revering, my time is just as important to me as yours is to you. I'm so done!
