Tonight's foodie experience brought me to Halal Burgers for a Yelp Elite event. This is my second year as a Yelp Elite, and my first event due to my busy travel schedule in '25. I met Elites of various statuses: a 13-year Elite (10+ years are Black Card status), a 6-year Elite, and fellow followers. Halal Burgers, founded by Qaisar Mehmood and Asif Mohammad, was established with the shared vision of offering bold, American-style comfort food prepared with premium, halal-certified ingredients. What began as a singular aspiration has now expanded to include multiple locations. Let's talk Burgers Bold *Juicy * Unforgettable There were two options for tonight the chicken sandwich or Signature Burger 1Single Beef Patty, Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Signature Sauce & Mayonnaise. The burgers are made fresh daily: fresh, flavorful, and 100% Zabiha Halal. A few got the chicken sandwich, and most got the burger, which did not disappoint. In my opinion, it's voted the second-best burger I've had here in Columbus. You've gotta try this Halal Burger; it's seriously so good! The single beef patty is perfectly cooked, and the cheese just melts into it. Then you get that sweet, savory caramelized onion flavor, and the signature sauce and mayo tie it all together. Now this is what I call one of the best experiences of 2025. The burger, the wings, the fries were absolutely amazing! The customer service was top notch when the chef came out to check on us to see how the food was. I will admit, this place deserves some type of some award. Quality meat, quality chicken and the lemon pepper sauce on the wings was incredible. Do walk, run to this place!

Wow! 10/10 on flavor freshness preparation. Fries were crispy. Chicken bites were juicy with a great lime spicy sauce. They even use the fancy Heinz dip or squeeze lol. Happy to report I have a new solid burger option close to home! Learned about them through a Yelp event and very glad I did. Not a big place but a good amount of seating and nice. Opted for takeout and everything was packaged well. Really enjoyed the mushroom and Swiss burger. The special sauce was a nice touch. Seasoning on the waffle fries was great and rounded things out with an Oreo milkshake. Milkshake didn't last long enough for a photo :) Service was efficient and friendly as well. Look forward to making his a regular in the local rotation.

Ask about the Food challenge! You could win a $100 gift if you can finish in 20 minutes a triple burger, any chicken sandwich and loaded fries but you can switch it to onions rings if want and if you finish the meal is free but if not you have to pay it's $30, it's also usually priced at $50! Fresh high quality food, halal meets American cuisine.

First time visiting this place and we placed an order to go. I ordered the Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich, the cheese burger and fries. Everything was seasoned well and very tasty. My favorite was the Mango Habanero chicken sandwich. Since we did a take out, I thought that the burgers would perhaps be soggy, but it was perfect. A nice new-ish, no frills burger spot in Hilliard, Halal Burgers serves some fresh and juicy burgers and (arguably) even better chicken sandwiches. On my last visit, I got the the Signature Burger 1, the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, the Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich, fries, and a Chocolate Milkshake. While the burgers were good, the chicken sandwich was better. The fries also had a masala seasoning that was a nice change of pace. The milkshake was also tasty. The service was friendly and fast. I will definitely check out this place the next time I am in this part of town. read more

Family friendly and the staff was incredibly kind! Came here for a casual quick bite with friends, and it was a solid meal. You get exactly what you pay for. I will say the space is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Their loaded fries topped with crispy chicken was definitely the highlight of the meal. Wonderful food and service! Burgers are great, but definitely try some of their chicken options! Their Nashville chicken sandwich is worth trying, as are their onion rings! Their chicken wings are crispy and their sauces are succulent. It has been busy with the dine-in customers since the grand opening but my online orders are always ready on time. read more

Me and my siblings came in on a Sunday afternoon the place was busy but we got our food very quickly! The food tasted fresh and very delicious according to my siblings "amazing". The crew working were all very kind and respectful. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone especially families with kids since it is halal. It made her nervous to order much else from the menu, and we almost walked out when we found out. A separate fryer or dedicated oil for non-seafood items seems like a basic accommodation these days. Two other friends are recovering alcoholics and were disappointed that the only "non-alcoholic" beer option still contained a slight amount of alcohol. Their only other choice was a sugary mocktail, which isn't great for diabetics either. In 2026, it's surprising that a restaurant/bar still struggles with these common dietary and lifestyle needs. The food we did eat was solid, but the evening felt dampened by the lack of basic accommodations. There are plenty of other places that handle allergies and non-drinkers much better. I would have scored them much higher if they could have accommodated this basics.
