Super hero themed

Thank you to Michelle for an amazing birthday for my 3yr old. We booked the 10am-12pm spot Saturday, and we had the place to ourselves pretty much for the first hour. It was awesome. It wasn't crowded at all and perfect to host a party. The food is surprisingly really good. The pizzas are made fresh there and tasted great. Michelle was super accommodating and could tell we didn't necessarily order enough pizza. She was exactly right and was able to get us in a quick order right in time. She was responsive via text message and always very sweet. She never came off frustrated despite my millions of questions. Just a heads up you have to purchase their socks if you plan on going into the play area! Also, the extra playtime if your party goes over is also $50, but honestly, everyone was ready to leave by 12pm because the kids were so tired. So we didn't need to pay to extend. The play area was amazing, and the kids had a blast. I recommend this place for hosting parties!

Clean restroom

$10 TUESDAY-THURSDAY! Awesome and fun . Lots of things to do and awesome staff come check them out

Toddler area

My toddlers loved it and enjoyed the toddler area and the ball pit! Was a bit hot in the beginning but throughout the day it got cooler

Nice place for kids to come and have some fun. Lots of things to do, love the obstacle course they have going on in one of the areas. My kids had a blast and enjoyed all the different areas. It is a bit on the pricey side than others I've been to, but it's also a bit bigger than most places. Took 1 star out mainly because it seemed a bit dirty in some areas.

"plan fee" in case their business manager would like to call me a liar

Do they charge the same price for adults that are just there for their kids?

Non-participating adults are $3.50/each. If you are going to go into the play areas with the child, it is $7.95/adult and $3.95/pair of the safety socks.

I brought my daughter and friends' kids, age range 4-9 years old, and they all had a good time. Relatively pricey rates per hour, though more reasonable if you purchase multiple hours or monthly (?) passes. Claw games inside are gimmicks so be sure to skip--for example, a claw game full of balls, but the balls are too heavy to be even slightly picked up by the claw. The entrance has some coin machines if you want to get the kids a trinket, however they're also covered by people waiting in line in the narrow entry, because there are also a ton of strollers blocking all the cubby holes. They give color coded wristbands to keep track of how much time folks have left, though it's not precise, which I understand but didn't appreciate. We were only there 45min when they called our color wristband on the speaker.

To make matters worse, my young son urgently needed to use the restroom, but it was out of order. That was extremely inconvenient, especially at a place designed for families with small children. I hope the management takes better care of the facility by improving cleanliness, repairing the damaged safety mats, and making sure the restrooms are always available.

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

Our group ranged from 11 months to just over 2 years old, and there were plenty of suitable toys for our age group. There were plenty of toys to go around that the kids were not trying to take things from one another. I think if they put a fresh coat of paint on things or maybe invested in some newer toys this place would be 5 stars. With that being said, even in its current state it's still worthwhile coming if you have small children!

From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like everyone on staff was excited to be celebrating our son. That kind of energy doesn't happen by accident--and it's a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free--which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child's birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? I sincerely hope my kids never grow out of Safari Run, because we would happily keep hosting parties here for years to come. Huge thank you to Genessa and the entire team for another unforgettable celebration!

This includes cutlery, water, juice as well. Every additional kid is $18. The place is safe for kids aged 0-5 and gives them space to run and enjoy while the parents can relax and sit and eat. Obviously they throw parties for kids No arcade, no jumpers, no slides...its not a themed entertainment place but i will say that it is a safe place for kids and adults to have that quality celebration time. We had some slightly older siblings that also seemed to be enjoying everything also. We did the 2 hour party but I wish we did the private party for longer. There was a random kid that wandered into the party area and also an elderly woman and a baby that was not part of our party. They have a cart for the presents, but I would suggest offering a cart to bring in the decor & cake as we had to make a few trips. Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.
