My mom always brought her items to Mulberrys, and when she passed away and I was able to snuggle…read moreinto her heirloom Irish sweaters, I knew exactly where to go. Jason is always there with a smile on his face, even early in the morning. He handles my items with care, never rushes me out the door, and always helps to make sure I'm using whichever is the best coupon available on my account. I moved out of the neighborhood, but the quality of service and the fantastic customer attention from Jason and the entire staff at this store are why I drive back :)

I write this review reluctantly, because I have had some positive experiences at Edina Mulberry's,…read moreand the people are friendly. But be warned: if you have fine, expensive garments and Mulberry's ruins them, they WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY OR STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK PRODUCT. Long story short: I dropped off a Summer 2025 men's rayon shirt back in August that I bought at Nordstrom in late spring for $219.00. I have worn the shirt exactly two times, to two dinner events, for a total wear time of probably 6 hours. Both times, as I always do, I requested when I dropped off my cleaning that my rayon shirts be dry cleaned, not laundered, because laundering can abrade the yarn texture of rayon. The first time, I dropped it off at Mulberry's and everything was perfect. The second time, however, the shirt came back badly mangled. There were discolorations and abrasions across the front and back of the shirt; it had been badly pressed and the collar was misshapen; and the colors had transferred badly, so that what used to be white had turned a dirty, ugly grey. When I brought this up to the manager, I was given a weeks-long run-around of avoided calls and long delays that finally terminated, in November, with a long winded report claiming that the manufacturer of the garment, not Mulberry's, is responsible for damaging the garment because their care label was incorrect! I worked in the garment industry in NY and LA for more than a decade, at Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and several other well known brands, and I know what I am taking about when I am evaluating a garment: This shirt was badly mangled by a garment care team that not only does not understand fine textiles, but that also DOES NOT LISTEN to customers' own directions and preferences about their garments. Then, to make matters worse, Mulberry's obfuscates their accountability with a long-winded technical report that has obviously been engineered to manipulate me into believing that a leading menswear designer is responsible for Mulberry's incompetence. The Edina store manager offered to let me come by and pick my shirt up, but it's completely unwearable, I therefore have no need for it, and I will never enter another Mulberry's facility again. If you don't want to find yourselves in a similar situation, I recommend that you take your garments elsewhere.

My love of vintage 1970's 1980's Couture designers started right out of college w an accidental job…read moreat NYC Bloomingdale's. I assisted Judith Kroll their renowned Personal Shopper. In over 50 years thanks to Fashion Ave shopping as well, I have a wonderous closet of beautiful items. Everything has been in storage since 2015 when we sold our house, moved to an apt then moved to our furnished apt in Florida. ( husbands idea) We are now moving back to MN ( yay). And I recently unearthed from a box my beloved black double breasted knotch collar floor length cashmere Escada coat ( Fashion Ave 25 years ago) which was a folded compressed box crushed mess! It's been a long time since I used a Mn dry cleaner. So scoured Yelp intensely reading many reviews. Number one conclusion was Blake Cleaners- - outstanding reviews. They lost their building so they do pick up and deliver. I was living in a Minneapolis Air B&B for 4 weeks and they picked up/ delivered coordinating with my wonderful host while I slaved away working in storage. BEAUTIFUL beautiful job! The fabric was fully " restored/renovated" to its original sheen and perfect texture. The entire form of the coat made it look brand new " just off the store shelf". AMAZING!!!! It came in a lovely thicker blue plastic full length cover and I packed it carefully in my luggage. Will wear it on my annual Xmas week trip to visit my HARD working bar tender daughter living solo in NYC!!! Thank you thank you Blake Owners! Will be my cleaners when we move back to MN in January!

Blake is a family owned and operated business. If you are looking to support your local economy…read moreand small business then this is your place. They get 5 stars for service and quality and being the closest dry cleaners to my house. I ended up settling on 3 because they are really pricey. I expect to pay more for a local, smaller operation, but they were literally more than twice the cost of your average Clean N Press. I felt the service was the same and actually Blake took longer to have my items ready than the in by 9 out by 5 chains. My moral self wants to be on the shop local band wagon and support the "Blake" family business; however, my financially aware in a poor economy self has a hard time justifying doubling my dry cleaning bill. I think I may return to the chain next time and use my savings to support Tilia on the next go-round. Sorry Blake Cleaners. You really didn't do anything wrong; I just can't (or won't) afford you right now.

Came over and cleaned out the lint trap without me asking. Bathroom was very clean. The signs were visible and very helpful. The parking lot was a little sketchy. Lots of traffic in that area. I had the driver door open while putting stuff in my trunk. Luckily, I had my purse on my person. Due to that I probably won't go back there.

Total strangers were greeting me and asking how I was. Not only that, but the people who work here are super sweet too! I had half a dozen 13 gallon trash bags full of clothes and was slowly bringing them in. One of the employees held the door for me and then grabbed the other two bags I had left next to my car. The price for washing and drying seems to be typical of most laundromats. There are tons of machines to chose from. They have top-loading and front-loading commercial washing machines. The smallest washer starts at $2.00. The most expensive machine is GIGANTIC and costs $17.50. I went with the second largest machine, which costs $9.50 for a regular wash and $11.50 if I want to do "Super Cycle." I was able to fit about 4 of my large trash bags in each machine (only filling it half way) and then transferred those loads to the big dryers that cost $3.50 base fee and 25c for every 2 additional minutes. I find it most economical to start with the large dryer for 50 minutes and then finish anything that's still damp in the stacked dryers for $1.00. I have got to say that the best part about this whole place is that they have incredibly convenient hours. They are open from 6am to Midnight Monday through Saturday and are open from 5am to Midnight on Sunday. I've been lucky enough to come during the day when hardly anyone is there, so I get a ton of clothing washed in practically no time at all. Having a token machine on premise helps a great deal too. I don't usually carry quarters (which the machines take), so being able to turn my money into tokens (which the machines also take) was incredibly helpful and made me feel a bit safer since there isn't cash on hand.
