I specifically asked that question because I wouldn't have purchased extra items had I known I could not return them if unused. When returning to the store on November 1st, they told me NONE of my Halloween items would be refunded. I was very frustrated by this, I felt they had lied to me. I asked to speak to the "manager" (which I'm not even sure she was) and she said I cannot return any Halloween items. Not even decor. I noticed that some of my items were from the birthday section, so I asked her if I could return those, she said yes. So I returned those items. But some Halloween decor I still have and was unable to return. I then tried to "make peace" and tell her that I'm not trying to "pull one over on the company, I just wanted to get money back for items I didn't use" and she ignored me and gave me a rather snarky attitude. This is supposed to be the manager?!? That's ridiculous. I called her out on the attitude, she continued to ignore me. And I walked out. I'm officially done with this place. I am no longer shopping at party city, at least not at this one in Menifee. Terrible customer service and dishonesty. Not going back.
