I believe Mishka was who helped me for the most part (if the register receipt is correct) and she was fantastic!!! There was also a lovely blonde who ran her butt off with my abundance of selections back & forth from the dressing room- also offering such flattering comments & wonderful advice I could relate to. There was a third young lady who helped a little, but she wasn't nearly as concerned with fitting me correctly & didn't shine like the other two. But overall- the customer service here is outstanding! I chatted with the ladies a bit about what I was looking for in particular. Trying different sizes was easy enough if they are in stock. That was the biggest downfall is there were some cute items I'd have loved... just not in stock in my size. However, I walked away with WAY more than anticipated & it was so refreshing to find clothing that fits, flatters & the bit of confidence from the lovely ladies on shift offering their honest opinion + better suggestions. They'll offer to start you a fitting room so no need to cart a heavy load while browsing- cute they have white boards to write your name on the doors. What I also found brilliant: they have fans installed on the ceiling in each fitting room! You can turn them on or off as necessary... but sooo nice in the middle of summer! The 3-way "runway" mirrors right outside the dressing rooms are great! I suggest utilizing because it gives a totally different angle from just the mirror in the small room. But added bonus for mirror lighting. The store itself is very clean & well organized. They have some great deals & I was just blown away they also offered bra fittings! I was pretty hesitant to shop in person because of health struggles & everywhere else I go is a huge disappointment, so being accommodated, welcomed & well taken care of here made a huge difference. I was able to find more than I needed, especially for some upcoming events. I'll gladly return & bring my business to this store. From someone who used to work retail at a clothing store in Fashion Square years ago- they're doing it right at Torrid and it was by far better than I expected. It was within 24 hours and they're supposed to keep if for 7 days, so that was fun and also required me to have to contact customer service to get Torrid Cash back because I had used it and that doesn't automatically go back to your account like payments to a credit card. The next time, also an online order but on day 6 (I'm basically a shut in but I still hate shipping) I go in. I'm not greeted by anyone, 2 people are there talking to each other, I don't know if they're customers or workers so I just stand by the register. Eventually one of them comes over while still talking to the other and asks me if I need anything, so I respond that I need a pickup order and provide my name, which I have to repeat because Toryanni is very common, they continue speaking to each other the ENTIRE TIME. I'm then told they have to go to the back to find it and then I'm told that I can use 10% off in store if I want, because clearly they've done a great job at being welcoming and doing customer service. I just leave but I'm not sure why this location has issues. Superstition Springs is a dream everyone there is always friendly and offer different tips on how to get things I need and ask how I am or if I need anything else and am I sure I don't need those new whatever accessory. The point is the attention is on me the customer not treating me like I'm an intrusion on a private conversation.

Depending on the time and day it can be a bit hectic to get to the location, but there is a very large parking lot located in front of the entrances for Kohl's. There are two entrances with a Sephora in the middle of the store. In my most recent visit it appears they only have registers open near the right side entrance of the business (hopefully that makes sense). There were also self checkout kiosks available. Amazon returns are offered through the customer service area by the bathrooms (they have moved it toward the back right side of the store during holidays before). They have a rewards program along with a Kohl's credit card offering some amazing clearance discounts along with yearlong sales making it possible to go home for items less than $5! Even if you don't participate in their promotions, there are some great deals to be had. This store offers a large variety of items from clothing for everyone in the family (including pets!) to household items and furniture. They also have brands that are specific to Kohl's along with name bands. I feel like through the years sometimes the value of certain items are not as quality as I hoped (holes form, seams split, etc) but I also still have clothing items from here I bought over a decade ago. I feel that is more of a manufacturer issue rather than the store themselves as this seems to happen other places as well. I always make sure to check my items throughly before going home and typically don't have an issue. I am giving this store three stars based off 100s of visits over 10+ years. I have had bad visits, but also have had good visits depending on how busy store is, employee interactions, cleanliness, selection, etc. There is definitely something for everyone and worth a stop in!

Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I had any questions or been in before. They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. They offer a reasonable return period of 14 days. I honestly saw so many prices and I would definitely consider frequenting them to add some lovely pieces to my wardrobe, when the occasion arrives!
