A few months ago I posted on social media asking for a jeweler to get my new engagement ring appraised. I had so many responses but Myrandas fine jewelry stood out to me. Fast forward to last week, a diamond fell out of my ring!! I contacted Myrandas and they told me to bring it in and not only could they fix it but would appraise it at the same time. When I got there I found out the ring didn't have prongs for the diamonds. They were literally just sitting there. So the staff suggested building up prongs to insure it doesn't happen again. I have my engagement pictures next week 9/12 and I was promised my ring by 9/6. To my surprise I got the text it was ready 9/4!! I went that afternoon to pick it up.
