I called to ask about shipping time. For the standard shipping cost, it appeared I would receive the item in time, but FF offered to call me back after placing the order to discuss a faster option (not an expedited service). Well, they did, they had an option for another carrier, and even offered to absorb the cost difference. I got the item a day earlier than estimated with the original carrier. The item is also quite fragile, but it was packed very well and arrived undamaged. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and will definitely be looking here first for my freaky items!

They have all sorts of unique shirts here and it's become a routine to stop by and check out what cool new gear they've received. Recently, we checked out their masks, and I've never seen such a selection of clown and dark creature disguises. I asked for his name, and you could tell he was scared to give it out because he knew he told me wrong information. He answered "yes" to several of my questions, and then I overheard him talking to another employee who gave him the actual answers he wasn't sure about. I came in at opening this morning (9:00am) to get 2 foil Mardi Gras balloons I ordered on PartyCity.com blown up with purple ribbon. I waited for over 10 minutes in line only to be told they don't have purple ribbon. Are you kidding me?!? Every other Party City has purple ribbon to blow up balloons with and you SELL purple ribbon for $6 in your very store. The employees were super rude and unhelpful. They literally offered no solutions and weren't the least bit apologetic, as they should have been. I also witnessed another dissatisfied customer explain to the employee who blew up her balloons why her order was wrong and how to learn from it & fix it for the next time. The employee didn't care at all and was super dismissive. It was very unprofessional. I do not trust these incompetent employees with my events, balloons, or anything else. You shouldn't either. Being understaffed is not an excuse. Hire more employees. Being incompetent is not an excuse. Hire competent employees. Do your job. It's really that simple.

I asked what was the deal and the guy looked them up... all he could say was yep... that's it... that's how they are priced. What?!? Seriously?!? It made zero sense!
