This store is amazing. Beautiful selection of costumes, and accessories and the staff were so helpful. They suggested that I try on my costume because they run small. They have a dressing room and I am glad I tried it on. All sales are final and no returns. I discovered I'm now in the Men's Plus section where they had a very good selection. Without the helpful staff, I would have been screwed. The negative reviews are from years ago. read more

So expensive! It reminds me why I need to purchase on amazon vs this store which is super over the too overpriced for something that looks like they got off of wish! The experience was not a friendly one it was looking and searching all over for this custom that in the end we found in the men's section‍‍‍ who's in charge of these stores? Get some customer service please before you make things so expensive for one day! The store had a good selection of costumes and the employees were helpful in finding items. BUT the costumes are very cheaply made and over priced. Also, I should note that none of the employees had a mask on. I would hate to think they are unknowingly spreading Covid to others. Next time, I will go elsewhere. read more

I'm a type 1 diabetic (childhood autoimmune) and the store staff refused to allow me in the store because my medium size purse was "too big" they made me go sit with my insulin and medical necessities in the car. Their options were to leave my $2,000 purse in the car or leave it and my medicine with a stranger. Absolutely ludicrous. read more

Overpriced and crowded, better prices anywhere else. But, they do offer military discounts. To be short, this place sucks!

Stopped in to look at Halloween costumes. My GF recently had a baby and we were having trouble finding a costume that fit well. Luckily this store had a great selection compared to most temporary Halloween stores that we've tried so far. It was well organized and the staff was great at assisting us. Only downfall I could see was that their home decorations sections was lacking but they had more then enough costume. read more
