I've tried locating a Chucky half as cute for almost the same price and no luck. I paid $49.99 but I had a 20% off coupon. If you sign up with your email, you can get 20% off ONE item. Which I paid $40 for my amazing Chucky candy holder. I love him so much and he's now my favorite child. Don't tell my kids. At that point, I would review the shipping cost and decide whether or not to purchase the costume. To my shock, it processed immediately and I did not learn of the shipping cost until looking at the receipt. The prices of the costumes were competitive, but not when they charge almost $25 to ship! I called IMMEDIATELY but no one took the call so I left a voicemail with my number. It's been over 10 days and I have yet to get a call back, for the record. I also emailed immediately and asked that the order be canceled before being processed because it was a ridiculous charge. NO one responded for days and then their only response was to tell me it had already processed so I was out of luck. Hmmm, I'm seeing a pattern. I'm thinking they have slow customer service on purpose so you cannot cancel your orders! I refused the delivery when it arrived and the tracking shows it is back in their possession as of two days ago. I still do not have a refund. Admittedly, though, they do have tons of costumes, makeup, and so on for you to create a fantastic alter ego. Employee was semi helpful, but she seem to be the only one so wasn't able to help much. (It was the day before Halloween.) Their website says they have parking in the back at the Montrose store. I'm not sure where in the back because I went to the back and there was a parking spot beside the one that I was in and then a UPS truck backed into the only exit, which is truly only large enough for a single vehicle (he was inches from the curb on both sides). So I had to wait while the UPS truck picked up a bunch of packages because the entire way was blocked. Luckily, that only took about two minutes, but I still wouldn't park there because who knows how long it might take the next time. There's parking in the front on the street.

My only problem however was the amount of costumes you can try on. I was only allowed to try on 4 costumes TOTAL. Not 4 at a time but literally 4 costumes TOTAL. I had asked the girl right outside of the fitting room if I can go back and get more costumes before I even had any clue that I could only try on 4 and she replied it doesn't matter but only 2 are going through that door at a time. After trying my costumes on I went back to look for more and came back with another one. She looked at me and said "didn't you already try on 4?." Me, confused, replied yes and she said no you're only allowed to try on 4 total. At this point I was pretty annoyed that I could not try on another costume. I walked away then and asked another associate whether I was allowed to return. If I wasn't allowed to try it on in store I figured I could try it on at home instead. Ofcourse the answer was no. This associate tried to be nice and ask her manager if she could make an exception for one more costume and the answer was no there either. I'm unsure how I'm supposed to purchase a costume then because I wasn't going to take it home and be stuck with something I didn't like and couldn't return. Needless to say I left the store empty handed. I won't return next year I suggest Halloween City instead. This place was also pretty pricey.
