I never received the email on Friday or Saturday or Sunday or Monday then I received the email on Tuesday that I have to schedule it for the following Friday. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a small most likely crappy ottoman. I had previously purchased a dinning set and work bar that splintered and had paint chipping after 3 months. They have horrible and deceptive sales people who are lazy and incompetent and their customer service tries to help but can't because of the store sales and management.
