    All meat pizza
    Chris C.

First and foremost, the employees working here were awesome. We came in last minute hoping for 5 pizzas and didn't realize we needed order well ahead of their closing time, but they pulled through and provided. We ordered a couple Margies (margarita pizzas), pepperoni and an all meat. First, the sauce and cheese was on point. The pizza was great. The only complaint we had was the undercarriage was a little soft for our liking. The crust was soft and moist, just a little undercooked on the undercarriage for our liking. With that said, we will definitely be back and request the pie be cooked a little longer. Had that happens for us, it would be a 5 star review all day long. I can see why this place is popular locally. Highly recommend you call ahead to order your pizza. Super friendly service.

As you can see. It was good

This is hands down the best pizza in town. Love the sausage and fennel pizza! Nicest owner too!

Very fresh flavors and pizza. It isn't all crust either. Was visiting the area looking for something fresh was worth the money.

Apparently they don't respect their customers enough to stay open for their advertised hours. Here at 7:22 and they're already gone.

The crust was soft and not firm like a wood burned pizza. Nothing special. Very disappointing after all the hype I read.

Best pizza in Columbia County. Worth the wait if you have to. Best to call ahead. I recommend the MeatZilla.

The pizza and breadsticks are really good and fresh tasting. A bit pricy for the size, but very high quality.

They really made it a comfortable experience. The store was so clean, the staff was having a great time interacting with each other and customers, the speed of service was impressive, and the variety of toppings and portions were really engaging. I love the fountain drinks! The lemonade options are to die for.

The team member that answered my call was kind and courteous, patient with my questions, and very efficient! We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and a Greek salad, with a couple drinks, oh, and the no name cake! We ordered at 7:40 and the food was delivered by 8:06. And, it was all sealed, so we knew our food wasn't touched in between packaging and delivery. And, the pizza was super tasty. Plenty of cheese, definitely no skimping on cheese, ham or pineapple. The crust was lovely! Thin, soft, not soggy or greasy. All around A+ on the pizza. The Greek Salad was super fresh! Feta, cucumbers, chick peas. Red peppers. Tomatoes. Sweet pickled peppers. Black olives. We ordered the Mod size, and it was definitely as described, entree size. Fed both of us and had leftovers for next day. Let's not forget the no name cake. Think rich chocolate covering a tasty chocolate cake that is filled with a light cream. Be sure to have milk! Thank you, Mod for helping to nourish our bodies and spirits tonight. My wife discovered this place while planning our trip, and she immediately knew we had to stop in…read more It's a locally owned small grocery and deli--it not on a corner anymore (it used to be), but now located on a roundabout. When you walk in, the check-out counter is to the left featuring local baked goods, gelato, etc. There is some seating to the right with some really cool sliced log tables, and the restroom is in the corner of that particular area. The mid-section has shelves of specialty and convenience items, with stairs leading to a second floor which we did not check out. On either side are coolers, produce, and other grocery staples. The deli sits in the back. We loved the overall look of the place--rustic with a bit of an industrial touch, totally our style. The deli menu board behind the counter lists breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and pizza. They also serve coffee. We weren't in the mood for a deli sandwich but did see they have been awarded best sandwich for quite a few years which is cool! When we saw the pizza prices, we did a double take. A 12-inch cheese pizza starts at $19.89 and goes up to $25.89 for a supreme. Gluten-free adds $4+, and focaccia crust adds $6+. While we appreciate good sourdough (and they use Kalama Sourdough, which has a great local story), the prices felt a bit steep for a 12-inch pizza. So we decided to eat elsewhere. That said, this was still a really cool stop. The shop has character, local charm, and a great aesthetic. We'd definitely come back for coffee or to browse again next time we're in the area. We are even open to trying the pizza and seeing if it worth the price.

The name alone made us curious, and once we realized they served pizza, we were in. Inside, the space opens up to a medium-sized dining room with a few bar-top seats and a main counter where you order, grab a number, and seat yourself. We asked the staff for a pizza recommendation and were pointed straight to the sausage and peppers pie, made with Italian sausage and Mama Lil's peppers. Sold. We ordered a large, plus a Caesar salad, a glass of house white wine, and an IPA. They also serve liquor, which is a nice bonus. The menu leans Italian with pizzas, pastas, salads, and a meatball sandwich that immediately caught my eye, especially after seeing the table next to us order it. It looked very good. The Caesar salad came out first. The dressing was delicious, the croutons were solid, but my one critique is the presentation. It was served as whole romaine leaves, so you have to cut it yourself if you want a normal bite. Not a dealbreaker, just not my favorite style. Flavor-wise though, it was a good Caesar. Then the pizza arrived and--visually--wow. Gorgeous crust, great color, and toppings that looked perfectly balanced. But when we tried to lift a slice, reality hit. The center crust was rolled super thin and got weighed down by the toppings, making it too soft to hold up. You basically have to slide it onto your plate and eat it with a fork until you get closer to the crust. Once you hit that halfway point, though, it's fantastic. The crust edge was perfect. Flavor-wise, the pizza really delivered. The sausage was rich and savory, the Mama Lil's peppers added a great tangy heat, and there were dollops of what tasted like ricotta that tied everything together beautifully. We also added mushrooms and hot honey. You wouldn't know there was a structural issue just by looking at it. That said, I don't think I'd order the pizza again without trying something else first. I'm very curious about the meatball sandwich or a pasta dish to see how those stack up. I also learned Bunnies has a sister restaurant, Little Conejo, which I've been to a few times but haven't always loved. This spot feels like it has a lot of potential, and I'd definitely come back. I just want to be honest about the execution right now, because the flavors are there.

A staple every time I come here is the wedge salad. I could eat the whole thing. Then sun dried tomatoes are just so flavorful. It's the best. Today, I got the Gabagool pizza with the hot honey. Seriously, WOW. Even my husband said that it was THE BEST pizza he has ever had in his life. I know it's a bold claim, but it was truly that good. We also got the rigatoni, which my kids completely smashed. They absolutely loved it. ***Of all the pasta dishes, this is by far hands down the best one. The fettuccine Alfredo pasta was a bit too heavy and fell a little short of flavor. We've also had the carbonara, same thing. If the pancetta was a little more crispy and little less butter it would be good. All the staff is really nice and friendly. *Only thing I am not a fan of is the seating. People sitting on the big table won't allow you to sit in the middle or they give a major side eye. So you couldn't even sit there without feeling unwelcomed. The outdoor seating doesn't have heaters. The taller bar tables with the bar stools aren't safe for younger kids. 1 person was taking up the corner table which could fit a family of 5. It can get frustrating, and often times I don't go here because of the seating situation. With that being said I still absolutely recommend eating here. It is worth the drive from Portland or even Kalama. It is a 100% must go to. They only serve pizza after 3:00pm.
