He kept me in the loop the perfect amount, not spamming me with courtesy stuff, but also making sure I understood everything. It was nice to chat with him, but he also didn't need much attention. The work required is something outside of what a mobile mechanic to fix. He tried several things that might have been a work around. I called Hama on a Friday night around 7. I had an emergency situation where my car electrical got jacked up and the engine would not turn off, besides other major issues created by it. It was his day off, but he made an exception given the emergency situation. He was able to turn my car off until I could properly get it diagnosed by an electrical specialist. Mohammed was absolutely amazing to work with. My battery died and I needed a jump, and I also couldn't get my hood to open due to an accident I recently had. He responded to my request quickly and was at my location within a couple of hours. He was so nice, friendly, explained everything he was doing, and fixed the issue very quickly. So my car suddenly went into limp mode out of nowhere and every 5 star auto shop on yelp was booked at least two weeks out when I called. Mohammed was the first to respond when I request for estimate on yelp and had availability the same day. It turns out that my battery was dead and my oil was bad. My dealership specifically had told me that I only need to change my oil once a year and I didn't realized that battery is only good for 4 years and the one in my car was the battery it came stock with so it was 6 years old. The diagnostic fee was $100 which was way cheaper than another shop I had called and then $100 for labour and $50 for the oil. What Mohammed did that was above and beyond and prompted me to write this review is that I decided to go to Costco and get my own battery cause it was cheaper. He was fine with this and even got on the phone with the Costco rep to make sure I got the correct battery for my car cause they couldn't find my make and model. The whole battery run took over an hour cause of the long line at Costco's auto shop and Mohammed patiently waited for me to come back to start the work on my car. I had been in contact with my friend thats knowledgeable about cars and he agreed the price I was charged was fair. I highly recommend Mohammed's service as he is a good and fair mechanic. read more

First off I have never had a mechanic house called before, but I will say now I will always try to get this kind of service for my geriatric Mazda 6 whenever I can! Mohammed was extremely efficient in solving my primary issue (which turned out to be two failing engine mounts) but was able to fix a few secondary issues that I had basically given up on. This company replied to a mass message which had all my vehicles details and the service I was requesting. I was told to call and schedule an appointment. When I called I was told they don't offer that service. The whole thing was very unprofessional, overall I wouldn't recommend if you need serious, or legitimate work done by a mechanic. I'm sure they can do easy work like oil changes or could top off fluid or something like Walmart does. And with respect, Walmart would probably remember the make, model, and year of your vehicle and not waste your time. read more

I had put in a service request for my abs sensor light coming on through Yelp, and Mohammed answer right away. He came to check out my car the next day and walked me through and explained what the computer was picking up from the ABS sensor error in my right front wheel. I had to have my axel, wheel sensor and the wheel hub bearing all replaced. He couldn't repair my wheel the same day due to parts not being available at the stores, which was not his fault but he ordered all the parts and even came back the following day and repaired my wheel! Mohammed installed a replacement timing belt/ water pump kit in my 2008 Hyundai Elantra GLS in April of 2023 and provided a two year warranty on parts and labor. My daughter had the car inspected in May of 2024 and the shop informed her that the timing belt appeared to be fraying along one edge. Once I was able to reconnect with Mohammed he fairly quickly scheduled and replaced the timing belt at no cost. I asked him about the water pump, seals and belt tensioner he had initially installed and he assured me that there was no issue with them. On the one hand I had hoped he would have installed a completely new kit which would have started a new two year warranty on everything I trust him to take care of any of the parts he installed should they fail within the two year warranty period. I will not hesitate to use him for any future maintenance or repairs I am not able to perform myself. His pricing is very competitive as well. read more
