I made an appointment and took my car to DR auto where they first tried to sell me an oil change at 56,000 miles when I had their sticker in my cart from my last oil change saying that I was due at 56,484 miles so right off the rip they're trying to sell me an oil change that I don't need when I say no to the oil change that I am only here for my brakes. They take a look at my brakes and they report $1200 to fix the brakes. I wanted to double check with my dad because that seemed really unreasonable and he agreed so I went to brakes plus literally known for their brakes to get a second opinion they took me back in to the mechanic area and literally showed me my brake pads they were brand new. They were not down to 2 inches like DR auto claimed and could compare it to a brand new brake pad. They gave me in for reference this place lies and then they reach out to you via text and harass you there for leading a bad review because they lie, I have never experienced such bad service in my life. This is a horrible company and they take no accountability. They were literally just trying to get money out of me and it's so embarrassing better Do not take your business here they will lie to you just to get money. read more

Did a quote request through yelp and got response to text a phone number. And never got response back after providing info through text. Only reason response rate is high is because you just respond back to text a number back without any work done on the quote. Stop making excuses and admit you don't do a good job responding back or keeping track of your quotes or customer requests. read more

Emilio was my initial contact and his confidence in how best to service my Jaguar F-Pace made me confident in bringing it to Dr. Euro Masters. I live about 30 miles from their location and it was well worth the trip. Emilio recognized my car when I drove up, remembered my concerns and their service group was on top of it immediately. This car had been pre-owned and the care the previous owner gave was negligent. Although a bit crowded, the service was excellent. Took an older Mercedes in for B1 and Brakes They identified an additional issue with motor mounts (which they replaced). Took it in early Monday morning and car was finished Thursday by noon. Replaced all 4 wheels brake (pads and rotors) as well as Motor mounts and B1 services. Very comprehensive inspection and excellent service. Enjoyed meeting the shop manager - Marlon. Their main assistant Grant was young and pleasant to work with. They always communicated quite well. Including photos of the 4 issue areas. Its just a bit crowded with cars but I noticed they were working on the caliber of vehicles I expected for a high end Euro Car service/repair shop - Including Porsches, Bently, Mercedes, BMWs, etc. Hope to use them for any further service for my AMG read more

I took my car to Mercedes of Austin to have my transmission serviced and after they examined it, they told me that it needed to be replaced at a cost of $15,000!!! I found this shop on Yelp and decided to take it there. Joel was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. Needles to say, they repaired the transmission for about $1000!!! This is all the more reason to have the highest rated auto repair shop with an honest owner along with factory trained technicians repair good cars like that. Recently, I went to Dr. Euromaster knowing my car needed a diagnostic test. When they completed the test, Joel thoroughly explained what needed to be done to get the car up and running well again. His knowledge, along with the five star reviews I had read, convinced me that I could trust him and his team. It meant they needed to perform extensive "surgery" on my beloved car. I was pleasantly surprised when they kept me posted during the process by sending photos of both old and new parts. They did great work. I am grateful to Joel and his team and especially to Marlon who patiently answered questions through (and after) the process. I will never go anywhere else after my visit today. I called late yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Everyone is very knowledgeable and straightforward. I came in with a thumping noise and left with a quiet car. The prices are extremely reasonable considering that European cars are so expensive to upkeep. These are the first guys in any mechanic shop in Austin that have explained things to me patiently without any sexist undertones. I would give 10 stars if I could. They're seriously awesome here. Long overdue, been busy lately but wanted to put time aside to write this. I have an older X3 but I want it to last so I searched for a BMW focused shop. This place is amazing. Joel is one of the best repair shop owners I have ever met. Pure honesty, doesn't try to oversell you on things you don't need. Me being a woman I'm expecting to be sold extra stuff every time I go to a repair shop- nope, not here. Shawn (spell?) was very honest, nice and showed me everything they were going to work on with Joel. Joel stayed til 9PM to fix my car and get it back to me same day. No other shop would do that! I highly recommend bringing your car here for maintenance and service! Below is my experience! I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a great place to take my wife's BMW X3. I did my research and found that DR EUROMASTER was highly recommended and so I went to take my wife's car to get an oil change. They went above and beyond and did a comprehensive inspection. Joel and the team took pictures of an issue they saw and pulled up and printed out the related Technical Bulletin that BMW had put out in regards to the issue. He recommended that I take into the dealership to get it fixed. Had a fantastic experience w DR Euromaster! Especially helpful were Joel and Sean (sp?) My daughter's Volvo had a check engine light issue and failed an inspection. Based on the remedy suggestions, I bought a gas cap to replace the missing one she had somehow lost. The light persisted so I took it early in the morning to be the first at another auto repair house but they couldn't look at the issue for another week! Already up north in Austin, I searched for other options and found DR Euromaster. I called and spoke to Sean. He said to drive it over and they would take a look. And that's exactly what happened. I met Joel at the front desk, explained my situation, asked if Sean was there and they took my keys and checked out the issue! Sean immediately pointed out the after market gas cap didn't fit as tight as the factory one. And the check engine light might also mean a catalytic converter problem! He tightened the gas cap. Reset the check engine light. Told me to have her drive it a few days and monitor the check engine light. If it comes back and stays lit, bring it back. Or it might come back and then turns off, the catalytic converter isn't always the issue w that check engine code, get another inspection. So they hand me the car key and that's it. No charge! I was really surprised! That was totally unexpected! I thanked them both. Grabbed a business card and told them I'd be back if the light came on, and to order the factory gas cap. Now that is tremendous service. Next time I have any issues w my Euro car, I'm going back to DR Euromaster! I highly recommend anyone to give them a call and let them service your car. read more

My first service at DR Euromaster on my Porsche 991 I was not disappointed. Shawn repaired my air conditioner from something on the road (probably a pebble/rock) which hit the AC condenser putting a hole in it and caused loss of all refrigerant. This to me did not seem like an easy job since front bumper and other parts have to come off. Shaw had air conditioner repaired with new parts that he got in a few days I brought the car in at 10 AM today and picked it up at 4 PM. I think the dealer would have had the car a lot longer AND would have cost much more. I will be back to these guys for sure anytime I need work done. These guys are great! It is easy to give a good review when everything goes smoothly. But companies show their true colors when there is an issue. When I picked up my car the tire was flat. This could have just as easily have happened when I drove there as it could have happened when they test drove it. That said, they immediately repaired the tire and offered to replace it at cost. The cherry on top was that the owner called me the next day just to make sure my tire was fine. Genuinely good people!! Had my first encounter with the guys at Dr Euromaster this morning and came straight home to write this yelp review. My experience was above and beyond what I've experienced at any other shop. I took my Prius in to get estimated for some body work. They not only gave me a few alternative options that would help me save some $$ (that hadn't been mentioned by either of the other 2 shops I took it to), but also made a few super quick fixes that, while don't take away the need for the body work, made it manageable for me to drive until they I bring it back to be fixed in a couple weeks. It took them maybe 7 minutes to make these quick fixes and didn't charge me. Seemed like they really just wanted to help. Super quick and easy service. My Civics battery finally died this morning after about 6-7 years, and I was able to get it changed quickly. Went in at about 11am, and was out by 1:15. I called ahead and they asked for my plate numbers so that when i got there they could easily identify my vehicle and start taking a look while i got checked in. They had to order the battery and went to go pick the part up instead of waiting for it to be delivered. They even checked to make sure none of my other engine components had any issues as well as my brakes and tires. Everyone was incredibly polite and professional. I'd also like to add for my ladies who are used to getting spoken down to at car shops, you dont need to worry about that here. I was actually listened to about the issue being my battery, they didnt try to talk me into services i didnt need, and were very respectful. Hopefully I wont need to be back for a while, but when I do this is where i'll be going for car service. read more

The shop manager is very nice. The work was really good. Car quote time to be finished was a little longer, but I expected that with all the cars in the lot. Pricing is reasonable and fair. When I got my car back, there was an immense amount of white film all over my car, inside and out. The worse part is its stuck to the windows. I've tried to clean it off with standard cleaner, but no luck. I'll take it to a detail shop and see if they can remove this stuff. read more

My son's car (he's a college student), a 2017 Audi A3 was having some transmission issues beginning 6 or 7 months ago. We bought the car from CarMax in 2018 and have an extended warranty. CarMax said they couldn't fix it and suggested that we go to the Audi dealer. The first available appointment was in several months which was surprising to me. Then the dealer called and canceled that appointment saying that they would call back in a "10 days or so" to reschedule. They never called back and when I called them the next appointment was in September. This was in May. So I looked up shops in the RepairPal network that supports the extended warranty. I saw DR Euromaster and called them. They had an appointment in a couple of days. Long story short they had to replace the transmission and they did all of the paperwork for the warranty company. The bottleneck was still the Audi dealer who was needed to program the new transmission. I emailed the GM and eventually they were able to work the car into their schedule, such as it is. That took a week or so but we got the car back and everything works great. Joel at DR Euromaster was great to work with. Even though it was a very frustrating situation when dealing with the Audi dealer they were always very polite and responsive when I contacted them. They did great work. I highly recommend them and they will get my return business. read more

My car had a gas smell so I took it to a body shop near where I lived. My car was there for 3 days yet no issue was found. I was told to keep driving it and let the mechanic know if I kept smelling gas. I smelled gas as soon as I re-entered my garage. The next day, I took my car to Dr. Euro Master and literally in less than 30 minutes, more like 15 minutes, the owner told me and showed me where gas had collected just below my left back passenger seat. That was very scary to see then realize even more how my car could have caught on fire at any time during the two weeks I didn't do anything about this matter. I left my car, as it was after 4:30pm on a Friday and it was ready the next day. They even did a free extensive check of other things my car needed work on for the future and actually explained everything in detail. I was/am so thankful my mom found Dr. Euro Master online. The owner is very kind and detailed. He doesn't just tell you about an issue, he walks you to your vehicle to show you. I'm going back in a few weeks to have an oil leak fixed. read more
