I have a 2018 Audi A3 Premium that needed some transmission work done. His garage was very nice, well appointed. I live around the corner from him, and I went to see them about my car. I'd had someone else work on it and he wouldn't help me because he said he had a "open case" policy where if someone else had been working on it he would t touch it. He was very busy, had a least a dozen European cars lined up outside so I guess he didn't need ghr business. That's quite a "policy". I guess if you've had someone else work on something they didn't fix you can't go there. At the end of June 2025, I brought my 2017 Audi Q7 to this auto repair shop for an inspection and diagnostic check before a long trip to Florida. After the inspection, I received an estimate from the owner of the shop. My son picked up the vehicle because I was busy, and literally two minutes after he drove away, the check engine light came on. I contacted the owner and asked him to verify whether everything had been properly secured after the diagnostic, whether all connections were correctly reassembled. The owner told me that I would have to pay for another diagnostic and that he would not check it for free, even though I had brought the car in without any error codes. For several months, I drove with the check engine light on, which increased my fuel consumption, disabled the cruise control, and prevented me from passing the emissions test and completing my state inspection. Eventually, after even receiving a fine for an expired state inspection, I visited several other shops where the codes were read. Every time, the same errors appeared: P2006 and P2007 - Intake Manifold Runner Stuck. This is a very expensive repair, yet aside from reading the codes, no one performed any actual work -- the hood was not opened, the engine cover was not removed, and nothing was disassembled. Naturally, I began preparing for a costly repair. Later, a knowledgeable acquaintance of mine discovered that a vacuum hose under the engine cover had been disconnected. It is difficult to say whether this was done intentionally or whether the shop employees simply failed to reconnect it after their inspection and diagnostic work. However, I suffered significant emotional, financial, and reputational losses as a result. I strongly do not recommend this repair shop. Either the employees act in bad faith and cause damage so that customers will return for repairs, or this is a clear case of negligence. Additionally, the owner refused to provide even a follow-up inspection after the work they had already performed. I am extremely upset about this situation and feel deeply offended. What makes this even more disappointing is that the two employees who inspected my vehicle were from Ukraine -- my fellow countrymen -- and I personally messaged them asking to double-check that everything had been properly reassembled after their work. Had AC problem with my black ML 400 Benz. G the owner was very responsive, kept informing of what was the issue. Very informative and attentive. He even posted the pics of the readings and video, so there is transparency on what was the issue. Immediately fixed the issue and my wife is enjoying the AC. We were in town for the eclipse having taken a family road trip in my '15 BMW X5 from California. On the last leg of our trip in on Friday afternoon, I got the warning that the diesel exhaust fluid was low and I only had 1000 miles before the car wouldn't start. YIKES! I searched for an appropriate service shop near my TX family's home and found Euro Garage with excellent ratings. I called not long before they closed, asking if I could get in on Monday (scheduling around the eclipse). They said yes, I could just drop by at the time frame I requested and they could do it while I waited. When I got there Monday morning, they found they didn't have enough DEF in stock (apparently it has a short shelf life) and called their local supplier to get some delivered. They told me it should be there is about 10-15 minutes (!) and that I could wait. The waiting area was blessedly cool and before I knew it I was on my was for a VERY reasonable price! Throughout it all, we were easily onboarded and kept abreast of everything needing repair and service. Highly recommend Euro Garage for many reasons! G, the owner, has been extremely responsive and helpful with throughout the process from initial quote to completion of work on both my cars (Audi and Land Rover). Not only is the pricing very fair compared to other independent shops (much cheaper than the dealer), he runs the shop extremely well and goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Had a very extensive service done on my Audi including PCV, thermostat, and water pump replacement as well as full 115K mile service and the car is running great! Also had multiple services done on my Land Rover (oil cooler and brake vacuum pump), giving me comfort that that car will be running well for a while. I am extremely pleased with the service I received today on my old ML350. Gurjap was very knowledgeable and pleasant and was able to repair my car which had reached a dangerous stage of operation. The MB dealer neglected to even check for the problem by a simple test drive and they had my vehicle for almost a month waiting to be looked at. If you have a high-end European car that needs work, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Euro Garage to do it. These guys are great! I used them to perform some major scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Audi A6 and they did a great job. While I know Audis aren't the cheapest or easiest cars to work on, the estimate from North Austin Audi was outrageous (not unexpected...I normally have the dealership do the work). After reading Euro Garage's reviews and going back and forth with Gurjap in email about what I needed, I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad that I did. Not only were they able to beat the dealership's estimate by a couple of hundred bucks, they also identified some other items wrong with my car that needed attention (from looking at it myself, it was clear that more work needed to be done), They gave me an estimate for the work and I again compared it to the dealership and Euro Garage's estimate was, once again, much lower. While my car was being repaired, they sent me pictures of the work as it progressed...bad parts, before and after pics of items, etc...which really made my wife comfortable with understanding the problems and the work they were performing to fix them. Additionally, they spent time looking and fixing a few things that were not listed on the estimate because they said "it made sense to do it" and did not charge me for the work even though they invested their time and effort on it. However, even with all of what I wrote above, the thing that really stood out and showed me they truly care about taking care of their customers is the work Gurjap performed on my Dodge Challenger. When my son was idling in front Euro Garage in the Challenger as he was waiting for me to pick up the Audi, the Challenger's timing belt randomly came off of the pulleys. Hearing what happened, Gurjap grabbed some tools, came out to the car and after inspecting the belt, he reinstalled it back on the engine. No charge...I offered to pay him...he refused. Also, for some more context, this occurred at the end of a very hot day and took 30 minutes or so to complete...and he doesn't work on Challengers. So with all of that being said, I rarely write reviews and only do so if something is exceptionally bad or, as in this case, OUTSTANDINGLY GREAT! If you're thinking about taking your car here for some work, DO IT!!! You'll save a few bucks and your car will be in great hands. You won't be disappointed! read more

We brought my sons 2007 BMW 328i to Euro Garage last night, after hours, and Gurjap (owner) still helped us with our sons car. It needed two oxygen sensors and unbeknownst to us, also needed a gallon of coolant and to have the system bled, I don't believe I was even charged for that service. Gurjap is a class act, very professional, and an educator of sorts as well. He patiently talked my son through a variety of things to extend the life of his car and made sure that the best OEM parts were used in this repair. We have several other German cars and they will all be serviced by Euro Garage, definitely a 5 star establishment! This place was really great to me. I have a 92 Miata and wanted the clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate swapped out with my own parts. The quote I got here was the only reasonable quote I got out of half a dozen other mechanics. Every other place I talked to or went to acted like a typical mechanic. Charging as much as they felt like because they thought I knew nothing about cars. I dropped my car off here and got a call later because I gave them the wrong parts. I accidentally ordered the clutch kit for a 1.8 and not a 1.6. I apologized and felt like a total idiot. Fortunately they let me leave the car there for about a week until the new parts arrived. The old parts were still in perfect condition since they didn't try to force the installation so I was able to return them for a full refund. Once I brought the new parts in, they were promptly and properly installed. I was charged the reasonable amount I was quoted, and tipped a bit for Christmas and because of them for being respectful and an honorable mechanic shop - extremely rare nowadays.
