My 70 year old mother scheduled a ride with them the other evening. The ride there was fine. She'd scheduled a pickup with them for a few hours later in downtown Buffalo. They confirmed the return trip when dropping her off. So her pickup was scheduled for 12:30. They initially said they were "on the way" and a call at 1 resulted in them saying they "were on the way from Hamburg". Clearly they lied and my mother was stranded in downtown Buffalo in 30 degree weather. They never did show up, and never even called. Let me ask you, would you want your mother stranded downtown? Do you want to deal with an unreliable company? If not, do what I will do and choose any other company and tell everyone you know Hamburg Taxi is about as bad as it gets. read more

I would give 0 if system allow, setup appointment for ride in the morning, never show up, never call to notify, I called them when they were 5 mins late, "oh driver is on the way", wait another 20 mins and call them again " oh someone put wrong date on the board" So?! My first mistake: I trusted my driver yesterday when he said that I didn't need to call for my ride appointment because he wrote it down in front of me and said I was set. However, when I was at the spot where I said I would be, there was no driver. When I called dispatch to make sure my driver was en route and okay, I was told there was no such ride appointment made. So thanks to my previous driver's negligence, I have to pay someone else more than I'll make working and get there late or lose my job full stop. Recently used for ride to airport. When no one arrived at specified time I called and sounded like I woke this gentleman up. He stated he was on his way. Arrived 30 min late. Car was dirty and smelled of smoke and alcohol. Drove 75mph on thruway and proceeded to answer texts. I was a nervous wreck. Will not use again. read more

Day 3 that the driver was 30+ minutes late. He is being a y Total asshole. Told me he was going to dump me on the side of the road when i mentioned he was 40 mimutes late. I called this guy for a taxi ride when I was leaving for New York to drop me off at 2055 Niagara Falls blvd and he told the taxi driver that I was going to 55 Niagara Falls blvd. than charged me $50, for something that costs me $30. When I got back I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and still use his service, only for him to tell me to hold on while he pulls over so that he can get someone over to pick my husband and I up. He had me repeat the address location about 3 times to which he than lied and said he couldn't understand me. I said how? My English is perfect there's no accent in it. Then he said good bye and hung ! Be ware of the unprofessionalism and don't book this taxi company. I will be reviewing it on Yelp as well. Not very happy with the service tonight. Was charged $20 dollars more than the last time we took the taxi to and from the same addresses. We scheduled it about 6 hours beforehand and still had our driver about 25 minutes late than expected. Are you kidding me? And they took a detour route, taking the wrong exit making our ride an extra 10 minutes than it should have been. Same guy, different charge, late pickup. Unprofessional to keep driving and making phone calls. Nice driver, but I'm totally am turned off by this company now. Thanks. read more

So I've never written a yelp review before but I feel this situation warranted 1 I called this service because I had to get to work and it was raining. They told me 15 to 20 minutes, I said ok that's important because I need to get to work on time the taxi finally showed up after 35 minutes I ran outside and actually had to chase the taxi down because it wipped around my parking lot and proceeded to head back for the street if the driver had been looking at all he would have seen me. After this the driver proceeds to tell me he had the wrong address he takes me to work a mile away(I realize I was being lazy but it was raining hard and I had no umbrella) and when I asked what I owe he says" just give me 10 bucks".I paid 10 dollars to be driven 1 mile and still be late for work I will never use this service again read more
