The food is great, I have no complaints with the food. The burger was good and the fries were excellent! The only complaint I had was customer service. I ordered some coupons through Groupon to save money because I do not have much money (Single mother trying to work and get through college) and I like to save any way that I can. Well, I came in with a friend and both of us were ordering two separate meals using 2 separate Groupons. The cashier seemed irritated that we were using the Groupons and gave me major attitude the entire time he was taking the order. I don't appreciate the fact that he was so irritated that we used Groupons. The establishment was still getting our money, so it's not like we are getting the food for free. He made me feel bad for the fact that I used the Groupons, and that's not the type of environment I want to be in when I just want to enjoy a good dinner. read more

The staff was really friendly. I had a fried bologna sandwich. It was not good at all. The bread was grilled with a lot of margarine on piece was light and the other dark and hard. The bologna tasted like it was really cheap and it was burnt. Not everyone likes burnt bologna. read more

I always wanted to try this place but I was a little apprehensive because of the location. It's on the side of the highway. I placed an order for the Angus beef burger, fries, fried pickles, and jalapeño poppers. The burger was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, hot, and seasoned to the "T". It's real ground beef. Most places only have frozen patties. The burger is the best in McDonough/ Stockbridge area and I'm a foodie. The fries were good as well. I'm not a fan of the appetizers. I didn't enjoy the jalapeño poppers or fried pickles but the burger and fries were so good. I hope they start carrying fresh raw jalapeños for the burgers instead of pickled. Picture it: 2019. A vegan living in Stockbridge, Ga. Her options for eating out are... limited, to say the least. Today my mom and I took my niece out for some shopping. Lunch time came and my mom suggested we try Hamburger Mikes. I resigned myself to a lunch of French fries (which is usually the only thing I can eat at restaurants around here) but looked at the menu to see what my options were. Imagine my delight when I saw the Impossible Burger on the menu! We headed right over. When we arrived we were warmly greeted. The staff was really friendly. I ordered the Impossible Burger on the vegan bun with vegan cheese (Daiya cheddar) They also have vegan mayo (Just Mayo) I chose fries as my side. The burgers come out and you get to add your own toppings from a little topping bar they have set up. The food was really good! They also offer an Impossible Philly sandwich which I'm stoked to try next time. That's right, y'all. They have TWO vegan options. And, like I said, the staff was super friendly. I spoke with one of the owners and she was really nice and stayed at our table for a few minutes talking to us and entertaining my niece. My only "complaint" (and I wouldn't even call it a complaint) is that there isn't a vegan dessert option. If they made that happen, they would make this vegan very happy! I'm very glad I found this place and I don't have to drive all the way to Atlanta the next time I want an Impossible Burger. The me was cooked well and the servers/cashier was nice. the space is kind of small so it's a little upsetting they aren't enforcing mask requirements inside the establishment. There's this tiny, little, strip shopping thing in the middle of what feels like nowhere on Jodeco Road. And I swear this Hamburger Mike's food-counter has been "about to open" there for years. Much to my surprise, one day I drove by to find out it's open, and made a mental note to go try it. I found a very congenial Mike at the register and some very talented staff working the grill. Everything on the very short menu is made to order. I had to try a good ol' mushroom & Swiss burger, and a cup of the Irish chili. I'm ashamed I had to ask what "Irish Chili" is, even though I should have known the answer: it's chili with potatoes instead of beans. And it was very tasty, even if it was just a tad salty. (Pssst, Mike, if you should ever read this: cut back on the salt.) And my burger was good. Straightforward. I enjoyed it. 1/3 lb. of Angus cooked medium. (They do a 1/2 lb. and a 2/3 lb., too.) They prep the patty with a dash of something that must be Lawry's (or something similar). I'm not quite sure if this is a good thing or not, but I did enjoy the burger. (Pssst, Mike: give me lettuce leaves instead of shredded lettuce.) Hamburger Mike's also serves other worthy things: grilled chicken, cheese-steaks, hot dogs... BUT: Two other things on the menu caught my eye: Mike's serves a Fried Bologna Sandwich. Now just relax. Put away your pride and any preconceived notions about this country-fare tradition. Fried bologna can be a good thing. And I admit it--I am curious about this sandwich. There's also a 30 oz Mighty Mike's Burger™ on the menu. The day that I ate at Mike's we had originally planned to stop off the interstate and pick up some chicken at another restaurant. As we pulled into the crowded parking lot, we got fed up and decided to try Mike's on my mother's recommendation. It was great. Exactly the kind of place you wish there were more of. This is the best food I've had in Stockbridge. Great vegan and vegetarian options and fantastic fresh baked cookies

The food was great! Service was FAST! The fixing bar leaves a little to be desired, the lettuce looked a little old, the onions were big enough to fry and serve, but they did have chopped onions as an option! The server didn't ring us up for bacon as I ordered but we paid for it and it was bought to us pretty fast. I love that the sweet tea didn't taste like an old batch, and it was not diabetic sweet! I called to place an order for pick up. I was put "on hold" which really meant they sat the phone down. I heard the lady continue to take several customers orders and I finally hung up. The last time I ordered from there, I arrived to pick up my order that I called in and there is no separate line to pick up. I had to stand in line behind everyone placing an order which wasn't a big deal but by the time I got my food it was cold. They have one register and not nearly enough people working. The food is decent but not worth the fuss. They have a pretty good variety of food to offer from hamburgers to veggie burgers. They also offer sweet potato fries as an alternative to regular fries. I have had the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders and both were good. They now have an app which makes ordering easier. They stay busy during peak times and seem to be a little slow and short staffed. Other than that the restaurant is clean and the condiments are buffet style so you can help yourself to relish, pickles, onions, etc. read more
