Definitely different. Lots of very interesting hamburger combinations. I went with the Apache. It was a lot of food, and I did not come close to finishing it. The bun was soggy from the beginning and only got worse as I ate. The fries are nothing special. I know from my time in food service that they are the standard fries they purchase pre-made and throw in the deep fryer. Nothing wrong with that, but I know what they are. The service was fine. A short wait. The kid behind the counter didn't look old enough to be working a job. The little peppers they throw on the side like a garnish look like they had been sitting under some type of warmer for the entire day. Not appetizing at all. Not Terrible, but I am not rushing to get back. Parking is a topic on this one. The parking lot looks like it has never been maintained. Large potholes dominate the parking lot. It is rough. I brought my son there and he loved it. He couldn't believe how big the burgers are. And he loves the toppings. I have type two diabetes so I can't eat bread, but they have an item on their menu that I can eat, which is basically a deconstructed burger with no bread! Definitely a hole in the wall looks wise but the food and service was anything but! I can't say I order hot dogs often but that's what stood out to me on their menu that took over one whole wall. Food is good, burgers & hotdogs rock. Place is a hole in a wall. It is located on 53rd and Sheridan on the east side, in the run down strip mall. The strip mall/area does look scary when driving by on Sheridan. During the day light hours is safe, but after dark I would like to have some backup. If you get passed the above you will not be disappointed. It is a clean hole in the wall and staff are nice/friendly to none Spanish speakers. Most of the burgers are $11 or less and all the hotdogs are $5 but truly worth it. They cook after you order so it is fresh and comes out nice and hot. With all of the menu options, so long as you like burgers, you're just about guaranteed to find something you will like. Ambience is definitely informal, parking lot felt a bit sketchy.
