Hamels came to the rescue and installed a new HVAC. I was lucky and got the owner out who went above and beyond. He even came back that night to see if the house was properly cooling. The installation crew took their time to properly change everything with the new installation. We have an older mobile home that had small debris coming out of the ceiling vents. Turns out there was some water damage years ago and with a severely compromised floor air return situation, old rotten wood was getting into furnace system. After other quotes, Luke from Hamel's came out and immediately assessed the situation correctly. Greg, Cory and I think Brian worked on removing the old furnace and air conditioning unit, and installing a new furnace and a/c unit. Greg had to almost completely rebuild half of the compartment where the water heater and furnace sit. Greg built a completely new plenum underneath furnace, and Cory installed two new floor air return vents with new ducting. Cory also relocated the a/c unit to a better location. All work was done very professionally and done right. Everyone was friendly, courteous and cleaned up nicely. So glad we went with Hamel's Air Conditioning & Heating, they are the best. Hamels just completed a furnace installation and all ductwork. It was done in a professional and outstanding manner by Thomas Zack and Angel. upon completion, they went through the house to make sure there were no fingerprints on the walls or chaseway, and even vacuumed The floors what was outstanding was upon the initial visit they covered all the floors with tarps. The work comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Should anyone need AC or heater work? I would definitely recommend Hamels heating and air conditioning for those who need these services. I called Hamels because our AC went out and our regular HVAC guy wasn't available. I was so glad that they were able to send someone out that same day. He was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything as he was working and gave us options for how to proceed. He was back within 2 days with the needed part and completed the repair, but in the meantime left us with cool air so our household of "littles" and mommy weren't dying from the heat. We HIGHLY recommend this company! Our AC had an intermittent problem and wasn't cooling our home well. The home warranty's company came out to look at it twice, but couldn't figure out what the problem was. Thankfully we found Hamel's! Luke figured it out and explained everything thoroughly in an understandable way! And not only did we get our AC fixed, but also a chronically clogged drain. Luke was great and incredibly helpful throughout the whole estimate and planning process. He made me feel confident that he not only wanted to properly install new equipment but wanted to set everything up so we would get maximum benefit from our new system. We talked for an hour or so about what we could do to cut down on cost and increase efficiency.
