Two years ago I had my 2019 f150 fully tinted. All windows and the windshield. And they did an amazing job. Phone calls were answered to set my appointment, there was no waiting the day of my appointment, and they did a high quality job for my install. Fast forward to now, i had a windshield replaced and needed my window retinted and it was boarderline a nightmare. It was almost impossible to have someone answer the phone to even set up the appointment . The day of my appointment, I came in at my scheduled time only to wait in the lobby well over 4 hours with other guest, some who had to wait even longer than I did. Only to come back another day for them to also install the Brow i ordered as well. When i got to my truck after the first time there was still scraps from cutting the tint film on my floor boards, and luckily i have all weather mats because the floor was very wet. Also not a bash, but the installer broke my vent mounted cell phone holder and only told me about it after i asked where it was. Fast forward about a week i came back to have my freshly tinted window retinted because the cuts didn't fit the window and there were bubbles that were not going away. The second time the window was tinted was better but i still am not completely satisfied. The hand cut portions still have very sloppy cuts. It was good enough to hold me over until i either sell the vehicle or have to tint the window again.
