Was told a price two thousand dollars higher. I showed the text and was told yes, they would honor the lower price. He even wrote the price quote for "out the door" total. I drove an hour home and back to get my possible trade in vehicle. Had to wait for them to look over my vehicle and then even longer to wait to see the same dealer only to be told they were not not going to honor the price quote. Complete waste of time dealing with these dishonest people.

We walked in on a Saturday and we're looking for an adaptor for a compression tester to fit on the block of my oversized spark plugs in an older vehicle I am working on. When he first saw the spark plug he jumped back and said "that is a monster! I got to take a picture of that, may I? Then he stayed with us and took us to where the stuff we wanted was located so we didn't wander around the store. To top it all off he took my name and number to call the vendors and find out if any of them carries an adaptor like the one I need. Low and behold he called me on Monday to let me know that they don't have anything like that. Just want to say that he either owns that store or if he doesn't the owner should take note that there is someone dedicated to make that business flourish. Thank you Donovan and whenever I need something I will skip the other two that are nearby

After taking it back for a tech to look at they said I didn't have one. I had one when I left the car with them. They had to replace the front bumper due to damage on the drivers side from a side swipe. There was previous damage on the passenger side but nothing that would cause there not to be a horn. Now I have to put out more money to replace a part they refuse to admit they didn't put back when reassembling. I will not go back or recommend.

Last year, I made the move from Northern Virginia to Summerville, and let me tell you, finding good…read moremechanics and services has been quite the adventure. It's an ongoing process, but I've managed to find a few solid professionals along the way. One of them is JC from JC Pro Tint. I've never had window tint installed on any of my cars before since they usually came with factory tint. My last car, a Volvo, had tint when I bought it, so I never really thought about it until recently. After someone hit my Volvo, I had to get another car and ended up choosing a used BMW. It's perfect, except for one thing: no tint! So, I started looking around and was shocked by how much prices varied. Some places quoted me up to $700 for tinting a 328i BMW sedan! That's when I found JC. He gave me a really competitive quote, so I decided to check out his shop. I was genuinely impressed. The place was spotless, with a nice waiting area, and the work area was clean and organized. He had me in and out in about 90 minutes! Initially, I wanted to go the "cheap route" and skip the ceramic tint. However, once I looked at the differences in heat reduction and quality, I went with his recommendation. It turned out to be an easy decision! I chose ceramic tint because it gets pretty hot down here, and the quality is fantastic--way better than the tint I had on my Volvo and other cars. JC is super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He's straightforward, not pushy at all, and really takes the time to explain everything, including the different types of tint. After he finished, I realized he was right about something I was hesitant about: tinting my windshield. I could feel the heat coming in from it, so I made an appointment for him to tint that and my sunroof too. If you're thinking about getting your windows tinted, I definitely recommend giving JC a call. You'll be really happy with the results! GSD
