As a result, I had been contemplating CoolSculpting as an option to help with the situation for a couple years and decided to finally go for it. I chose Sculptology because while not close to my house (hour away), I wanted to go to a place that specialized in the procedure. Looking back, I have no regrets about the drive. From the beginning I couldn't be happier with the experience. I wasn't quite sure what to expect or what the process entailed but Lauren and the team made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole journey. My first appointment was in Feb 2025, and my final session was in Oct 2025. Looking back on the experience, this is my takeaway. While CoolSculpting is not a miracle worker and will not automatically transform you into the body you always wanted, for me, it definitely was a very effective tool of resetting my baseline of fat storage in the targeted areas that were treated (flanks). Although I was clearly informed going in that results vary; after a month or two of each procedure, there was a consistent noticeable difference of reduced fat in the treated areas. Another big thing that going through this journey accomplished was motivate me to live a more consistent healthy and active lifestyle. While the goal of coming here was to reduce fat in my flanks, the all-encompassing goal is to have a healthy and functioning body as the inevitable father time does his thing. At almost 42, this process (along with some reflection) was the catalyst for making consistent better lifestyle decisions and was the extra boost of motivation that I needed for change. To Summarize, while it is definitely an investment in yourself and there are no guarantees you will get the exact results you are looking for (depending on how realistic your desired results may be). CoolSculpting absolutely had a positive outcome for me. I tried to leave the office but they have a 60 day cancellation policy which means I was stuck with an incompetent doctor and pay my membership dues for the next 2 months. Fast forward 60 days and they're still trying to charge me for an additional 30 days. No response from the doctor. Money money money.. excuses after another. She cannot even get a simple blood work order in correctly. This woman is an awful excuse and shame for any person in medicine.

At least the Lafayette community can go to Fiedler for free drug prescriptions, did you hear that kids? She took no time to understand my medical history and issues to make an appropriate diagnosis. In all, Fiedler's attitude is shocking, assuming she would be more personable and caring towards her patients when they express their problems rather than disregarding and minimizing them. A waste of an office visit, a waste of money, and a waste of this woman going to school to become a Physician.
