    Good taste! I love almost all furniture here. Great quality. Some of them are from Italy. I bet their furniture lasts longer. Much more expensive than Bob's and Ashley's and etc... They give you extra 10% off for all furniture now. You can do custom orders. The lady working there is pretty good. Parking lot is right in front of the building.

    Do not bother! I was sold an italian leather couch and chair set here a couple of years ago, and the couch material immediately started peeling off and now looks horrendous. I'm no expert but I would guess this set is not genuine leather. Huge waste of money

    After three years of the cat using our couch as his personal scratching post, husband and I were finally and sufficiently embarrassed enough to think twice about having guests over. I experienced deep shame observing the couch through the eyes of others: tattered fabric, snags in the cushions, and batting literally spilling forth from the armrests where that fiendish cat did most of his claw-honing. It looked like something a great-aunt would pass down to you to go along with your cinder block bookshelves when you shlepped off to college or rented your first studio apartment. It was time to buy a lasting, grown-up piece of furniture. We looked high and low for something in our price range that didn't have the kind of fabric that would tempt the feline. We found a few sofas that were fine but didn't really excite either of us. Then Moms and Pops suggested Hamilton Sofa and Leather Gallery, having successfully purchased several pieces there in the past. So we went to take a look. And we found lots to like. The showroom is filled with really lovely pieces -- sofas, chairs, end tables, armoires, lamps, wall art, and more -- to fit every style as well as a good number of price ranges. These aren't price points like Marlowe (ew) or IKEA, but you won't see anything priced quite like Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn, either. I also appreciate the sales technique at HSLG: they leave you alone. Unlike many furniture places where someone creepily shadows you as you browse, HLSG employees greet you, ask if you need help, and then leave you to explore on your own. They're never far, tho, if you do find something you're interested in. And we spotted a lot of couches to keep in mind, but in the back room, we came across The One: a large, faux-leather sectional that looked like a million bucks but had a pricetag of little over $1,100. It was in our price range, marshmallowy comfortable, the measurements worked perfectly with the space we had in our den, and -- most importantly -- was made from claw-proof material. The store manager who was helping us with our purchase took an additional 10% off "just because", so the entire purchase including delivery was right around $1,000. When we bought our couch we were told to expect it in 4-6 weeks since we had some special-order changes to the floor model. However, we received call a mere week and a half later that it was ready for delivery. The transport guys brought the sectional up to our condo, assembled it for us, and hauled the old ratty, clunker away. The whole experience with HSLG was quite pleasant from start to finish. Now we've got a fabulously impressive, grown-up couch to sink into each night...and a thwarted cat. Yeehaw.

    Customer service has become a bit of a lost art. Online is nice but sometimes you need to see the product, feel the texture, ask questions that are not FAQ, questions that pertain to how the product will work for you, fit in your space and fit in your life. The people at Hamilton's Sofa and Leather gallery get it. They get Customer Service. I came in the store in a state of uncertainty. My rock, my dear husband recently passed away. I downsized and got rid of the older, larger furniture we shared as I moved into a smaller condo. I knew two things. I knew I wanted a particular color and that I wanted a leather recliner sofa and chair. I'd been to other furniture stores and was underwhelmed. I was so fortunate to meet Herland Baker the Falls Church store manager at Hamilton Sofa and Leather Gallery. Herland listened to my story and what I was looking for. He gently asked questions regarding my tastes, the amount of space and looked at a picture on my phone of my floors, which was the only thing in my living room at the time. He explained each brand in the store and had me sit on several pieces. He was so funny! I said that I wanted to have this furniture long term and for it to fit me. Every time I mentioned how this might work for someone else he would gently say, who is this furniture for? And I would say, oh, me! He made sure I saw different samples in different light then most importantly, he left me alone so I could retrace my steps and sit again in the numerous brand of sofas and chairs until I came to a decision. This was right in the midst of the pandemic so I knew with border issues that it would be awhile before I received my furniture so that was not a concern. In the end the furniture did come, was easily delivered and put together and looks perfect. I could not have asked for better customer service than what I received throughout this process. I may never need another sofa and chair again but if I do I will go back to Hamilton. I highly recommend this store! Thank you Herland Baker.

    Ok I'm going to do an update on this company. First of all my original purchase of two recliner chairs that I paid $800 and something each for now I see from the company who made them cost $399. They were falling apart from the very beginning but they always blame the reason on the customer. Yes they replaced one which for the short time I had them when they did that should have never happened but their furniture doctor that comes out to access the situation wanted to blame the side collapsing on me ramming the chair with a vacuum! Really? I would buy $800 chairs and ram them with a vacuum??? NOT! Now after I gave a bad review the sales manger a year ago (yes it's been a year of hell back and forth) but I wasn't given many options other than I could come in and see if there was something in their store equal the price because he wasn't about to refund me. He told me he would meet me at the store and I get there and the associate tells me he wasn't in that he forgot he had a funeral to attend. Forget you had a funeral to attend? Really? So we went to the clearance side and checked out what they had and wasn't finding anything so we went to the side that nothing is on clearance and as we walked to a chair his assic informed us yea like that was out of our league when this person hadn't a clue what league I'm in. Very rude!! So after all this we left since she decided to spend her time with a potential sale ( a person that came in after us) because she saw $$$$ verses making me "The Customer" that had already purchased happy. So then after the fact the sales manager Alex apologized and then sent me several links to other recliners most of which were leather which he knew I was not interested in and showing me some express lane furniture that they discontinue because he decided to be more upscale. Mind you he felt my $800 dollar chairs was pennies of course until I wanted my $ back which the whole time refused. So in the end there was one that had a fabric that had green and pink in it that I felt might be doable since he was out of options and I didn't want to be stuck with two broken chairs so I settled for a paisley material with green and pink and I even asked if it was green tone verses brown and he said yes. I also mentioned I had pillows made with my original purchase and would like two new ones to match the new chairs and he said he would do that for me. Well months and months later, they delivered the right chair but totally different color of fabric so I refused the delivery and sent an email in which he argued for MONTHS it was the right one! Again, NOT! I will attach photos after my review. So in the end i had to settle with them or he was done and no more options even though after hundreds of emails back and forth he still insisted it was the one I chose which was absolute BS! So now after purchasing chairs and pillows originally costing me around $1600-$1700 I am now stuck with two new chairs that do not go with my other furniture but I took them back verses having two broken ones figuring I would sell them since he would not refund me but then I find that the value is like $399 each so what a rip off all the way around!! If you purchase anything and they break it will be YOUR FAULT!! Do not waste your $ on their overpriced Walmart quality furniture! Never again! He said if anything ended up wrong with them to contact him when really? When they delivered the wrong fabric he insisted to me that it was the right one!there was no pink in it at all and more blue. Then tells me they only had two colors and if that wasn't it, he would get me the brown ones which I had already told him I hated brown so it was his way of saying either you accept the ones that we delivered that was not the colors I wanted or he would send me brown ones. Even the one I chose I would never have ordered a paisley print but I only did cause it had greens and pink in it that would have went with my decor and he wasn't giving me any other options other than leather which I did not want. I found another recliner that cost the same I would have been happy with that did go with my decor and he refused. So.......DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! RIP OFF!! I bought a sofa through Macy's and have not had one issue! Here are photos and notice one has pink and the other doesn't
