I briefly mentioned this to the employee inside, and he immediately called the owner who showed up while we were sitting outside, apologized for the issues, and made a trip to a hardware store to purchase a solution so there was no longer a lip on the accessibility ramp. Our problem was solved same day and I do not believe many other places would've taken prompt action like Cooper House Project did. I can only imagine how many people write a tip on there not knowing that 20% was already added to their bill. Unfortunately, I just cannot support a business like this and won't return.
