For some reason the woman who gave me my pedi cut my big toe nail extremely short and in the process really cut me up and did some damage under the nail bed. I'm on vacation now and walking hurts (not great when you want to walk on the beach and around town) and I've been waking up at night with throbbing pain in my big toe. I'm now just praying it isn't infected. What is the point of getting a pre-vacation pedicure if it ends up hurting you and making you miserable and worried the whole time? I should mention the man who gave me my manicure did a nice job and was very nice but I can't risk going back to a place that may injure me or worse, give me an infection.

That's not even all, an older woman came in and asked if there were any available seats. She was told no but to come back an hour later. She came back about an hour and a half later and was told again she needed to wait another hour. So like any of us would have done, she got up and left angrily and disappointed. As for myself and my mom. We got the more expensive uv gel set because we were told they "last longer" yet the next night for the wedding- both of our nails popped right off as if they were press one from walmart. Now I paid $120 for both my nails and feet just for my nails to not even last me 24 hours! Also! Cant forget that the man who did my nails (who did seem careful and took his time) didn't even work there! My mom really liked my nails so asked for the same guy to do hers just to be told "he's just my friend he doesn't actually work here" wow. Waist of money. Don't bother.

I'm very happy with how it came out as I just wanted to experiment with nail shapes. The length is slightly shorter than I wanted, but that's my fault for not really knowing what length I wanted. A few of my nails are slightly uneven on a close glance, but does that really matter? I also appreciate the no questions about why a young man wants to have pretty nails, not that I expected questions. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because this isn't a place you can go to talk to your caretakers, as they don't seem to speak English very well. It could just have been the woman that served me, however. It might be an issue if you want something specific or someone to talk to. Otherwise, this is great for the price and service!

After two days, three of my nails were already cracked and the gel started disappearing after one week. This has never happened to me, after leaving a professional nail salon (gel manicure should last at least three weeks). Price: $50 2nd Time: Hoping they would do a better job, I asked them to apply tips (=fake nails) because I wanted my nails to be longer (like they used to be, before they cracked). Price: $65 After one day, one nail broke and after two days another one did. I went back to show them and they applied new tips and powder gel (I used the powder gel this time, even stronger and more efficient than the nail polish gel). They charged me $10. Went back home, the same night, two other nails broke. You can imagine my frustration... I spent $115 for poor quality products, terrible service and, icing on the cake, extremely rude staff: they treated me as if I was forcing them to do my nails! AND they even had the courage to charge me an extra $10 for fixing a job THEY didn't do well in the first place. The technician Yuna was very professional and very skilled as I have some physical limitations and she was excellent and accommodating and did not make me feel awkward when helping me in and out. The other staff were also very attentive. The environment was inviting and clean. I went at closing so quiet was a given. I was very happy with the service from Yuna. I was in an out in 17 minutes. My one comment; because I have physical limitations, sensation and touch issues of the feet, legs and hands, as well as allergies to polish, I cannot enjoy the benefits of a relaxing pedicure and never a manicure. I would like the proprietor to consider a no polish, no message a step down from the price of a standard pedicure and charge maybe $10 to $8 less for the time not spent and the product no used. However, I will go back, during a normal busy time to see if the professionalism, skilled technique and attentiveness remain. I will recommend this establishment if anyone asks me. Thank you for the last minute accommodation, it was a change of pace to be treated as normal.
