Turn out that they could not do it at the same time. This appt went over 2 hours and I missed my other scheduled appt (one hour later). The result was awful! 2 days later they started just falling off and now we are 7 days later and I have only 3.5 nails left. I asked for French and the gel color was not the nice pale pink but rather candy pink and the french line was not the same to all fingers. Thin / Thick, round / triangle - even though I asked to change the color right away - they did not. The result was so bad! Stay away.

I was getting a pedicure - my first of the hopefully, spring season - and so I chose the fruit specialty pedicure. It was $45, but with it came a leg scrub and wrap, 10 minute leg & foot massage, back massage and callous scrape on top of the pedicure. TOTALLY worth it. On top of everything, I was there for 30 minutes after the posted closing time and they never once rushed me. I was sitting there saying ow and scared and in pain. She did a very crappy job on my nails. She rushed through the process with very little attention to detail. She didn't understand at all what I was trying to say when I was explaining what I wanted and I actually gave up on half the design (see photo) because she wasn't doing what I asked. After two hours of it, and by the end of it I was so frustrated and upset because I felt like the nails were such a waste and I just wanted to go home. I won't be coming back here ever again. Recently, my best friend encouraged me to give them another chance, as she is still a regular customer. I had just taken on a new role in my profession and wanted my nails done for an important day. My friend even spoke with the owner beforehand to explain how meaningful the appointment was. I was scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. soak-off and a 12:00 p.m. full set. I arrived on time and waited. Around 12:10, the nail tech finally sat with me, looked at my nails, and said, "Your nails are not off." I told her I had confirmed the appointment with the owner and that the soak-off was supposed to be included. She began using the drill to remove the nails, and the heat became painful. I asked her to stop. She then told me she didn't have time to do my nails, spoke in her language, and walked away. I asked the owner what was happening, and she simply told me to make another appointment because she had other people to take care of. After years of trying to give this salon chances, this experience was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional--especially on a day that was so important to me. I will not be returning, and I hope they take customer service more seriously moving forward.

Walking in I immediately noticed all the COVID precautions put into place such as plastic dividers, temperature check, masks being worn on all employees and extra sanitary measures. Everything was super clean and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. The ladies there were super helpful in helping me choose a color. They took their time trying different shades of pink until they found the perfect one that suited me. The tools used for my manicure were taken directly out of the sanitizing machine and other new things such as buffers were used. As for the manicure they took their time and were super gentle during the process of cleaning and filing my nails. My gel manicure came out thin and even. This was ok since I didn't have any immediate plans, but if you have a busier day, I would recommend setting up an appointment prior to your service. I opted not to have a pedicure but to only have a polish change because the basin and chair I was assigned to were not the cleanest. Luckily, I had a scarf which I placed on the chair and sat on. I will however give credit to the technician for using a new packet of tools (nail file, cuticle pushing tool, nail buffer). I observed that this was the standard for each customer. My technician stopped my service in twithout notice to go and get groceries outside and bring them inside to the back of the establishment. The technician was helpful with helping me pick a color. The one I picked would have been too light. I requested a square shape but got a round shape. I don't hate it, but it wasn't what I asked for. The technician offered me a water after the service on my way out. They have a rewards program. After 10 visits, you can either get a free manicure or eyebrow or lip wax. I would try this service again with an appointment and on a less busy day.
