I was very disappointed in how the pumper from Hammer left my landscaping when he pumped my septic. It was a complete mess. So the company sent out the young man who had certified my septic, Alex Aceves, who because he had taken the time to do before photos, put everything back as it was. He hosed it all down and even cleaned up the water in my atrium before he left. He should be the example for the courtesy that's given to their customers because I would request him every time.
