It's obvious that Bella takes really good care of our fur baby Winnie and trust her completely. She is responsible and reliable and we couldn't be more grateful- especially now that I'm recovering from knee surgery and physically can't be walking our spoiled black lab every day like I used to. I was happy to see her on the video camera while in group play, but very sad to see the person sitting down the whole time, with a different dog on her lap and her cellphone in her hand. There was absolutely no human interaction, to a puppy who was trying to approach her and get some attention. That weekend she got groomed by Abigail who I will say is a fantastic groomer. HOWEVER, I specifically asked they give my dog the food and treats I provided bc the dog has a sensitive stomach. Had I not asked for the containers back, I would not have known that they didn't give her any of the food I provided. My dog had diarrhea for 3 days. I also noticed that she was limping and afraid of putting her harness on. The limping became progressively worse where she was unable to walk. Took her to the vet, she had a cut on top of paw and was put on antibiotics, a $500 vet bill. I called them to report it, was told they would get back to me, that perhaps they could help cover some of the vet cost, and of course, no one ever followed up. I understand things can happen, but I left countless messages. I wanted to speak to management to ensure that something like this would never happen again. So a few weeks ago, I decided to call and try to speak to the groomer before trying the place again. She assured me she would be extra careful with the paws. I requested they give my dog ONLY the food I would provide. And of course, when I picked her up, I asked for my containers and ALL THE FOOD and ALL THE TREATS I had packed were still in the containers!! If it were not for the location and the convenience when in a pinch, I would never set foot in this place again. They really don't Give. A. _____ about you or your pet.

We stayed in the back yard and her husband brought out their dog, Zajka. She was so great to my Rusty! I've never ever felt more comfortable and connected with dog people before. I thought the owner must have the magic touch. I WAS VERY WRONG. On August 20th, I was asked to meet another pet parent. I was in the daycare that early morning, with CJ the owner and a few other dogs including my own. CJ retrieved a drop off mixed breed dog from outside and CJ's attitude and personality completely changed before my eyes. This 70 pound mixed breed, was treated horribly (not going to go into nasty details, as CJ's behavior was totally unacceptable). The dog got yelled at outside, inside and when I confronted CJ, I was told not to get involved by CJ since I didn't see what this dog did the day before. Regardless of what a dog did the day before, the dog has no idea why you are treating him so poorly, the following day. CJ told the dog to sit, in a screaming manner. He then left the room. The dog got up and CJ took a mop and swung it over her head as hard as he could against the wall. The mop didn't touch the dog, it was a scare tactic. CJ was so quick to pick up that mop, you can tell this wasn't his first time using this method of getting a dog to listen to him. I immediately took my 9 month old pup out of that daycare and filed a complaint with Lowell Animal Control and MSPCA. I was told by the investigator, 2 other complaints were filed during an 8 day time frame. If CJ treats a dog so poorly in front of customer, imagine what goes on when the pet parent is not around. Close this place down and take your dogs out of there. Reason for delay in review = I was directed to hold off on posting any review until the investigations were closed.

We were taken in by the veterinary technician who listened to me and took notes to let the doctor know about the situation that brought us there. They checked my cat, gave her some medicine and fluids and before the tried to do any of this they gave me an itemized receipt that specified the procedure and cost. The veterinary only did tests that were needed and no extra "just in case" exams which I and any other pet owner would appreciate. Overall I'm very pleased with my visit to this location. Dr. Carmichael and her technician Courtney were so caring and gentle and that made me feel at ease. I appreciate the transparency and care provided for my pet that day.
