I took my cat in for an emergency visit after calling Bedford Veterinary Hospital and not having any available time slots. We were taken in by the veterinary technician who listened to me and took notes to let the doctor know about the situation that brought us there. They checked my cat, gave her some medicine and fluids and before the tried to do any of this they gave me an itemized receipt that specified the procedure and cost. The veterinary only did tests that were needed and no extra "just in case" exams which I and any other pet owner would appreciate. Overall I'm very pleased with my visit to this location. Dr. Carmichael and her technician Courtney were so caring and gentle and that made me feel at ease. I appreciate the transparency and care provided for my pet that day. read more

Location is a veterinary clinic, groomer, and boarding location. The Veterinary clinic is open 7 days a week. The vets and vet techs are great to deal with and are knowledgeable and informative. They have full range of meds for your pet as well as care for senior pets and rehab for injured and post surgery pets. The groomer is open Monday thru Friday and does great work. They have pet boarding as well as dog daycare. The prices are on the higher end but you get what you pay for. read more

If you're looking for a vet that is honest, and treats your animals like they're their own, Lowell Rd Vet is it. Lord Boba is my actual child, and I only wanted the best care. I did extensive research on the vets in the area before I moved here and this was the one that I landed on. From reception, to the techs, to the Drs - everyone is amazing. They remember us, and love on my little guy. And it's not just because he's a puppy, I've seen them love all over a golden senior before too! They answer all my insane questions, and always answer their phone line and emails. Lord Boba gets PUMPED when we pull into the parking lot because he knows he's seeing all his friends. He's not scared of anyone here, and runs to see them with his little booty wiggling away. Our first vet tech was Isaac. He is so gentle and nurturing and made a lasting impression for myself, and obviously Lord Boba as well. Our Dr is Dr Stroganoff. She is SO sweet, loving and patient with my wild little man. Always takes the time and answers any of my questions. She's also popped her head in to say hi to us even on just a tech visit! Courtney has been our tech multiple times and is SO fun and exciting for Boba. She's amazing at her job and you know she's passionate about animals and their well-being. She's a wealth of knowledge and Lowell Rd is incredibly lucky to have her on the team. Brooke has actually never been our tech, but has checked us in almost every time and always is the one to answer the phone on my crazy questions. She's never made me feel silly about asking anything. From "can Boba eat ____??" To "should I bring more poop for testing to you guys!?". There are definitely others that we have interacted with and are also amazing- but these repeat faces for us needed a shout out. We are so excited to continue our vet care here for Lord Boba and soon my 5 year old kitty Zina. Thank you all for being such an amazing team and making me feel at total ease. If I could leave a negative one for a review I would! I am not returning because of the unnecessary stress they put on me with my dying cat. I could tell my cat of 16 years was not doing good. I brought her in for a check up about 3 weeks ago. She was only 5 pounds. They wanted to do more testing on her and I declined stating that she was 16 years old and she was fighting both kidney and thyroid disease. She was skin and bones but still eating and drinking . So Wednesday I called to make an appointment for a quality check of my cat. They put me on hold to ask if I can have an appointment Thursday afternoon. Thursday happens to be Halloween. I asked for a Friday afternoon appointment. I had no idea my cat was going to decline so quickly. I made an appointment for Friday. I went to work on Thursday. My husband called me and told me to come home, our cat was not doing good at all. I came home and called Lowell Road to asked if I could change the appointment to today because my cat is getting worse. They said they had no available appointments but they had one in their Bedford office which was 1 hour away. I asked what I was supposed to do with my cat. They said I could bring her to the urgent care in Bedford, nh and pay double the price. I made the appointment for Bedford but called back and said I could not make in time. I called another vet 5 minutes from my house and they were able to get me in within 2 hours!! My cat ended up being euthanized by the other vet! I am disgusted on how Lowell road handled everything! I am so broken hearted! It gets worse! I called to get the records of my other 7 pets from the vet office. The girl on the phone asked me if I wanted my deceased cat's record that I just put down. I said to her that I just put her down at another vet and I had an appointment here that I had to cancel! I was so disgusted that I said don't you care why I am leaving your practice. She said I will have the manager call you on Monday. I have spent a lot of money there. I would not recommend this vet to my worst enemy. Stay clear of them. They clearly are only in it for the money. I have been going to this vet for about 5 years! I brought 8 pets to this practice for their medical care. I loved going to this vet . I would drive 40 minutes one way to go there. Until recently , the staff there were awesome. In the past year all of the familiar faces are gone! They all left and they have new staff there that's not friendly, not compassionate, and simply don't care about you or your pets! They are only in it for the money! It is really sad and disgusting! I am dealing with the loss of my precious cat and Lowell Road made it along more stressful for me! It is heartbreaking that they couldn't make time for my dying cat! Obviously they didn't care about my cat, me, and my other pets!! So I would find a place that is more caring, and compassionate! Customer service needs some improvement! I brought my cat here 2 years ago and it was her first time at a vet. She was not a happy cat. The vet came up to me and said we will invite your cat back here however you should have given her medicine before arrival. No one asked about the cat on the phone. I brought the cat back today since she hasn't eaten and trouble breathing. Appointment was at 3:30 and they close at 4, they brought her out back and did nothing and told us at 4 to bring her to urgent care. They said she was too vicious, however they made comments in the waiting room and in the evaluation room about her to us before even looking at her. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to put her down at urgent care and my family will no longer recommend this veterinary center. read more

I have left Lowell Road Veterinary Center because of the way they handled my dogs euthanasia. After watching my dog not eat, drink, or poop for several days, and witnessing his rapid decline in health, we contacted the vet for options. He had previously had bloodwork and an ultrasound that could not tell us what was wrong. They could not give us any hope at all that there was something they could do, so we made the extremely tough decision to end my 13 year old dog's suffering. While we were at the vet to do the euthanasia, and I was clinging to my dog, and crying my eyes out, we were shamed twice, once by the vet tech, and once by the vet, about whether we were sure we wanted to do this. They pressed several times for us to spend $5000 to put him in the hospital and give him a feeding tube, acknowledging that there was a very slim chance it would even help at all. This was my baby. I had him 13 years. I was watching him die. I knew 2 days in the hospital with a feeding tube was not going to fix what was wrong with him, and they did too. His organs were shutting down and he was scared. He would not leave my side for days. The vet did not have a plan forward. We felt they just wanted us to spend more money and didn't care about our grief. I felt discomforted by them in a time that I really needed compassion and understanding. These vets really made me feel even more awful than I already did. I do not recommend them. read more

My dog is a diabetic who requires a high dose of insulin twice daily to remain healthy. Near the beginning of our diabetic journey, I called to have him seen because he was refusing his food and so I was unable to give him his insulin. They scheduled me for the following evening to bring him in. They did not say it was an emergency and he should go to urgent care immediately. When we arrived to his appointment, he was in keto acidosis. We had to go to the emergency vet where he was admitted for a week and we were told there was a good chance he would not survive this. After the ordeal, the original doctor told me they would talk to their front desk team about the urgency of getting diabetic patients in sooner. Since then, getting his insulin can be a pain. On multiple occasions, I have called at opening and by nearing closing called back to confirm that his meds would be ready only to be told that the entire day was not long enough notice for them to remove the prefilled vial from the fridge and stick the label on it. On even more occasions, it's impossible to get in touch with them, you have to leave a message and try again multiple times to get in touch with someone to confirm they have my order in only to be met with answering machine over and over again and no call back. One evening when I arrived to pick up his meds, they had filled one prescription but not his insulin. I was told a blood glucose curve would be required to fill it. I was happy to schedule that but denying him his insulin in the meantime would not be good. They were able to get the doctor to fill the prescription but knowing his history I'm not sure how they would consider not filling it an option. A few months ago, after picking up his prescription, I received a call to bring the insulin back because they gave me the wrong one. Tonight my cousin picked up his prescription for me because he was able to get there before they closed and when I took it out of the fridge to administer it, it was again the wrong medicine but they were closed. Missing two 22 unit doses of insulin before they would be open tomorrow is not an option for him. I was able to go to urgent care and they swapped it for the correct insulin but at this point, I could not recommend this practice. read more

This was not my regular vet clinic, but it will be from now on! My female dog was lethargic and staggering in the morning. I immediately called our regular vet and was told they were short handed so I needed to go to a vet hospital 30 mins from home. I remembered the beautiful new veterinary office I pass on Lowell Rd, so I called there. Dr. Komma answered my call and despite a snow storm agreed to squeeze my dog in. She was calm, confident and concerned both for my girl and for my wallet. ( She actually told me which tests I could wait on so I didn't waste money! In the past 3 years, I have been going to LRVC, I have put up with less than friendly service but they were convenient so I kept giving them another chance. Since moving to their big, fancy, new facility, their customer service has been horrific. They do not answer the phones. It takes days for them to return calls and when they do, they are defensive, hostile, and rude. My dog tore her ACL and they told me she would need surgery and it would be booked for 11/19 (3 weeks out) but as the date approached, I kept calling to confirm and was finally told it was a mistake and could not be done until 12/9. They said she should start physical therapy (offered there). I waited a week to hear back about when she could do it and they said to bring her the next week. My poor girl has now been in a crate, on pain meds and limping for a month and there seemed to be no accountability for the error in dates. Meanwhile, I asked to get more medication for pain/inflammation and it was a huge hassle to get through, and again, they were rude about it. I brought her in to try the daycare to ensure she would be ok with going for a few hours. After about 90 min they called to tell me they didn't know what happened but her back left foot was bleeding badly and I should plan to get her after they bandage it. Then DR Komma called and said that she had been so anxious in the crate that she ripped her back nails off! I asked how long she was left alone to have that happen and that the woman who called said she was with her the whole time and didn't know what happened - a completely different story! The DR was combative with me, saying its not their fault and these things happen. Upon arriving to pick her up, before they brought her to me they presented me a bill for daycare and caring for her wound. She wasn't even there 2 hours and expected me to pay for not only the daycare but also treating the wound that was caused under their watch! I told them I wanted to speak with the manager and was left waiting 15 mins before I was told that she was not willing to speak with me in person but would call me later. The tech said I should bring her back to be checked in 24 hours to make sure it didn't get infected. They also said that unless I paid the bill, they would not be able to refill her medication! When the manager called, I was again given no apology but a defensive tone and more concern over not being at fault than concern for my pet. I explained the situation in detail and she said she didn't realize all that, would speak with the others and call me back...I never got a callback and it's been over 2weeks now. I brought my dog back the next day and asked my boyfriend to meet me there. I wanted him to experience the place for himself as a pet owner of his own 2 dogs. We waited for 30 min to be seen, he asked the receptionist after 25 if they knew we were here and she was snippy to him. Then 2 techs hey brought us into a room and before looking at my dog, presented a bill for $50 to change her dressings. My boyfriend asked what the charge was for and they said they needed to wrap it with gauze and bandaging. He questioned the expense of that and that given she was injured under their care would think we would not be expected to pay $50 for a bandage change. Again, we were spoken down to, told it was not their fault and when I became upset and said "my 5-year-old baby is injured, you've delayed her surgery, now she has been hurt under your watch and all you seem to care about is the money and not being at fault, what is wrong with this picture"? the tech said, "you are more than welcome to find another vet ma'am". We agreed that would be best and left. I am horrified. I have spoken now to many others in my town who have had similar experiences. Additionally, the other vets in the area I have called said they are not surprised to hear this as they have had many new patients from Lowell Rd due to this kind of treatment. I would give zero stars if possible! I took my dog in for what I thought were EAR INFECTIONS! The doctor came in the room and barely looked in one ear and charged 70.00 for that calling it an exam. When asked if she could clean his ear she said you can do that at home. The whole bill was close to 250.00! I don't believe that was an exam nor should I have had to pay 70.00 for that! This Doctor went on to tell me that since I own a bulldog I will need to have 30,000 (yes thirty thousand dollars in the bank) that's crazy, I have owned 4 bulldogs and never did I spend that kind of money. She also named about 20 things I could do to ring up the bill, none of which I agreed to. Oh and she wanted to give him a steroid. Does she know anything about bulldogs? They do not do well on steroids and there was no need! Thankfully, I know my dogs and I always have their best interest at heart. I complained and got a call from the practice manager who said the doctor said she checked his heartbeat therefore it was an exam, well she is a lier, she never checked his heartbeat! Update: 3 weeks since I lost my dog and Lowell Road Vet still has never called me back. When I called to speak to someone, I told them I had to put him down the person I spoke with said sorry to hear, but nothing else. The emergency clinic that had to do it was more caring and sent a card, along with information and pamphlets on grieving a lost pet. They showed more concern and empathy for my dog after 1 visit than Lowell Road Vet did. They do not care about your pet. Go somewhere else if you want a vet who actually cares read more

I have been going here for several years. Two weeks ago I brought my dog in due to an injury. Was suggested she have X-rays. When I spoke to the Vet, she told me that she didn't see any breaks. She did say she thought it might be dysplasia. She also stated that if my dog wasn't feeling better in a few days, she should have sedated X-rays. Which she had done. Again the Vet told me she didn't see any breaks, but suggested having a Radiologist look at the film's. Next day get a call saying her foot was fractured. So this was Undiagnosed twice! My dog needed to be bandaged. I got a copy of her X-rays, and I can see clearly, 2 fractures. Oh btw this cost me $700.00! I didn't pay that much to have her spayed and microchipped. Everyone I have encountered at this Vet clinic has exceptionally empathetic and helpful. They are great about getting your pet in right away if they are sick. My cat is notoriously difficult to get into a carrier and Thai has caused us to be late for more than one appointment. They are always very understanding of this. After my at was diagnosed with with a disease, the vet spent 40 minutes on the phone with me (after normal business hours) explaining the ins and outs of the illness and reviewing possible treatment options. All staff members are very friendly AND knowledgeable, which is just so helpful when you are stressed about having a sick pet. You can really tell that everyone who works there loves animals and really care about what they are doing. It's a great feeling to know that your pet is in such good hands. I have brought my pets here for several years. In the beginning I got a good feeling about them. They seemed to take good care of my pets without the nickel and diming that a lot of vets seem to do (they still did some as they all do but not as bad). I have had issues with cats and dogs and brought them here with satisfactory results until my previous visit. One of my 5 year old cats has wheezed slightly from time to time. At first I thought it was him trying to cough up a hairball. I never paid it much attention as it never seemed serious. Then one day I find him outside his litterbox doing what appeared to be choking. It was so bad he peed on the floor. I tried to do the Heimlich on him (I know how ridiculous that sounds but I thought he was dying) to no avail. He was moving air so I scooped him up and rushed him the 15 minutes to Lowell Road. I called them and they came out and took him in (Covid protocols). Maybe 10 minutes later the Veterinarian called me (apparently also the owner whose name I cant provide as its not on the receipt [Indian woman]) and said that he was still making some of the heaving movements but had slowed down some (I'm betting because they used an inhaler on him). So here's where my favorite part comes in when dealing with unscrupulous Vets: she claims she's not sure what's going on with my cat and its TEST TIME! He possibly could be choking on something so lets start with an x-ray: fine/done. Nothing remarkable (shocker). She suggests putting him under and scoping him or getting a specialist involved for a deep scope as well as blood work. I told her I was on a budget and I was already up to 285$. So she said that they could observe him for the rest of the day to make sure he was okay. When I spoke with her on the phone later that day she suggested a slew of tests but nothing about Feline Asthma as a possibility or suggesting treatment for asthma. She told me to call back when I had thought things over (essentially when I was ready to donate more money to her practice). I did some research on my own and within 20 minutes of watching videos on feline asthma, reading articles on it, and looking at pictures of the posture of cats in the throws of an asthma attack I determined that was the case with my cat. Obviously there could be some other underlying health issue with my cat that could cause him respiratory distress. Too many times at this vet though (and others) they order 5-600 dollars worth of tests and guess what: INCONCLUSIVE. I explained to the vet about the previous wheezing incidents. He clearly was having an asthma/allergy attack. If the vet couldn't determine that she's either lying to milk me out of money or GROSSLY INCOMPETANT. To sum it up the vet left me with no choices but more expensive tests so at that time Sept '20 my cat was at home and doing fine so I left it alone as I'm not made up of disposable income I hate to say. Move forward to Jan '21. My cat starts wheezing slightly. I called the vet and spoke to a receptionist. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the vet. She wasn't in so I asked for a call back from her. What I got was a call back from another receptionist. I asked her why I couldn't speak to the vet and she only would say that I would have to bring my cat in for another checkup (another fee). I asked her what another visual examination of my cat would do. Nothing reasonable and a lot of attitude. I started off the conversation rational and calm but all I was getting from her was excuses and trying to talk over me. Zero resolution. They refused to prescribe a rescue inhaler or anything simple to start. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. I'm extremely disgusted. I had years of business with them where I went along with every suggestion they made (within reason) and am not some deadbeat/frugal customer. At some point you have to stand up for yourself and not get taken advantage of. It's sad because I stopped going to All Pets in Nashua because of this (cat wouldn't eat and they charged me 1000$ in tests which were inconclusive to end up giving him 5$ of meds to stimulate his appetite which fixed the problem) and I thought Lowell Road was different. They're not different they just lure you in with a false sense of security and the go for the kill once they have your trust. read more

I cannot express how impressed I am with the staff at Lowell Road Veterinary Center. I brought in my kitty over the Memorial Day holiday with what I suspected was an upper respiratory infection. I was so impressed with the staff and their service and attention to detail. A few days later it turned out that he had stage 4 kidney failure. Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep as he was suffering so much. They were very detailed in communicating my options and their compassion was so unforgettable and kind. This has to be the worst place I have ever brought my animal. I have always had animals and decided to take a new approach to veterinary care. I brought my new kitten to this place and he had already had ear mites. They told me that his infestation wasn't very bad despite all the debris from his ears. They went through a list of vaccinations that they wanted to give him in the next few months, literally after saying they do not like to fill up on vaccinations. She spoke to me about changing his diet to real food and that they would educate me on dental care since it would be required more so without a hard food diet(which they equalized to pop tarts, which I obviously wasnt wanting to give him after) and they never actually spoke about it. The office visit was almost 200.00. Since this visit my cat has developed an absess in his mouth. Every time I call the staff is rude, and they like to have conversations about how 'ridiculous' they think their customers are, which I found out later. I called to speak to someone about all the issues he is accumulating since his visit, and the doctor explained it was my fault for pushing back his appointment a week due to my recent hospitalizations a downward spiraling health of my own. When I disregarded who arrogant opinion, I expressed my irritation about the $50.00 I spent on unnecessary pro biotics that they made me believe were imperative. I drove an hour to get them though I didn't feel that they were good at the time, and administered. He stopped eating for 3 days, so I took him off. When I told this to the doctor, not only did she cut me off every chance she got, but she suggested that me taking his records was a good idea. If u are looking for caring, experienced knowledgeable care, I DO NOT recommend going here. They are rude, and really do not care about much more than money here. I have established care somewhere else and I am looking forward the them treating all the issues that have arisen from this place, and the issues that the doctor here hasn't been able to fix in almost a month. read more

After having a terrible experience somewhere else and reading great reviews about Dr. Komma I decided to bring my 9 year old beagle in for a visit. He had been diagnosed with suspected crushing's and I was searching for a second opinion. At the visit Dr. Komma again agreed that she believed it was Cushing's. However, she would re-run his blood work again, and suggested we schedule an ultrasound. Up until this point..I was happy with the visit. She then proceeded to call over to the previous vet to clear up some things (good sign). She proceeded to then discuss CANCER with the other vet before even mentioning the word to me, my heart sank. Why wouldn't she mention it to me before having to hear her talk on the phone about the possibility?! She then took my dog into the back and did an exam which caused him to howl in excruciating pain. After bringing him back to me she then confirmed the ultrasound date and briefly said the word cancer. While sitting in the waiting room. What kind of professional even mentions such a thing in a WAITING room. Perhaps the exam room is more appropriate. Flash forward 2 days & she calls with the blood results. His liver enzymes were high, and things had changed since his last blood work...I was very concerned but she assured me that we had made the right decision to go for the ultrasound. Dr. Komma also assured me that "It is okay to wait until Wednesday, the pet won't die in 3 days" . My dog stopped eating & drinking that night & died the next day. As for staff, the vet tech I had & older woman who worked the desk were very nice. However, Brittinie and Ashley? could not be any less compassionate. When calling in to check on euthanasia services they were giggling, GIGGLING. Like this is something funny. Also, they also do not know how to read estimates that they themselves put together and send to patients. Beware- If you are looking for a compassionate place to bring your sick furbabies look elsewhere. There are some great vets out there I'm sure, I just haven't found one yet read more

$$$$$ I advise you to avoid this place unless you've won the lottery. My cat Howie got sick and we had recently moved and needed to find a new vet, Since Lowell Road Vet was only a 10-minute drive from our home I thought I'd try it. After reading many glowing endorsements, we felt fairly confident about taking our cat there. Well, if I trusted my first impression, I would have run away swiftly as soon as I saw the building. The front doors are badly rusted and look as if they've been that way for the last five years. However, I threw caution to the winds and entered anyway. My first visit cost me 380 dollars and some change! Notable among the charges was a "Comprehensive Physical Examination" for $175, an antibiotic injection for 80+ dollars and numerous other items which padded my bill to the 380 dollars. Since Howie's condition wasn't improving I had another office visit four days later to have fluid samples taken for lab work. At that time I was told that Howie probably had feline infectious peritonitis, a fatal condition, and that a lab test was required to verify it. That visit added another $166 to my bill. Unfortunately the lab work couldn't definitively state what was wrong, and in fact didn't even check for the f.i.p infection. However, Howie hadn't eaten for over a week, and through my own research I felt that the initial diagnosis was probably right. so we made the difficult decision to euthanize him-- he was considered a geriatric cat, since he would have turned 14 next May. So we ended Howie's life today, as well as our connection to Lowell Road Vet. Cost of that visit was $172.30. Whatever happened to the practice of veterinarians absorbing most or all the cost of terminal care as a courtesy to their clients? So we had three visits within a week: Total cost of $734.70 If you've read this far, it should be obvious that my main complaint is about the exorbitant charges and NOT about the quality of care. Other than the last lab results not including an FIP test, I nave no other comments. In my 40+ years of pet ownership, I have never encountered such price-gouging practices. I just wanted to give a new review of Lowell Road Veterinary Center because no one I talked to has had this happen when they bring their dogs to the vet. The last two times I have brought my dogs to Dr. Komma and her staff, Darwin was as excited to go into the building as he is to go to the dog park! He whines and barks as we pull up, his tail wags and he can't wait to get out of the truck. He practically pulls me inside and behaves as if he is showing off for the staff and Dr. Komma. She is so good to my fur kids and so gentle that I believe my Darwin may have developed a bit of a crush on Dr. Komma. Willow... not so much... lol... She loves the good Doctor but I think she would rather be somewhere other than the doc's office... lol.. IF you need a new veterinarian... This facility is under new ownership as of March 2013. I was new to the area and had an emergency with my Sheppard. The doctor not only treated Jager with love and compassion, but she helped put my mind at ease as well. There was no up-selling, the rates were fair and actually lower than my previous vet in Nashua, and they open early at 7am. I have been a pet owner all my life and she is with out a doubt the best vet I have ever had. I am glad she is here and so close. read more

Kind, caring and reasonably priced. I have been numerous times for two pets over the past four years and have had all positive experiences.

I made an appointment for my new 1 year old dog, because of all the great reviews I read on the their web page Now, I am questioning whom wrote those reviews???? The first mistake I made was sitting in there metal chairs, that ripped a hole in my new Levis jeans when getting up. Second mistake I made was staying there. First mistake they made was getting my dogs birthday wrong. When they had copied all my dogs previous owners medical records they should have at least gotten his birthday correct. Second the Dr.Komma told me that because my dog came from the south, and they don't have ticks that they could use comfortis for fleas, but here in the northeastern states we could not use comfortis, because we have ticks???? Third the Dr.Komma told me to use cotton balls or gauze pads to clean my dogs ears, and not to use Q-tips. They offered me a complimentary ear cleaning for my dog, and they used not only cotton balls, but Q-tips to clean his ears???? Fourth my dogs ears were dirty, and the first words out of the Dr Koma's mouth was he has an ear infection, and that they needed to run test to verify it. My question is does he or doesn't he??? Fifth then Dr. Komma told me that because my dog came from down south they could use Safeguard for heart worm, but because we have other worms here, that I would have to use Drontal Plus, and that she would like to run a test to see if he has Heart worm. They ran up an estimate of $229.85 When all I came in for was a recheck vet visit that should have costed only $55.50 confirming the previous owners vets check up done 3 days earlier. These people care. I have gotten wonderful service at Lowell Rd Vet Center since losing Dr. Dan. No matter the circumstances, the staff and vets are helpful and kind. I've almost run out of prescription cat food, I've had health scares, etc. Staff have held off closing the office for me. The doctor has gotten me in on her busiest day when I thought my cat was sick. I've gotten helpful advice, and even been deterred from pricey procedures when the doctor felt they were unnecessary. No one is perfect, of course. The parking lot is waaaay too small (ps:there's more parking down the side of the building). They won't let me be in the room for shots and such, which doesn't make me happy. But I'll take it, for how they care for my poor old cat. read more
