She highly recommends Kevin, he promised next day free delivery as requested and his promised was followed through with perfection. Appliances 4 less has a large inventory in stock. Many models are 50% off. All products are new and available for same day delivery. The clean sales floor room is similar to a warehouse. They are conveniently located off Portion Road, opposite Dunkin Dounuts. Plenty of parking available. Hours are Monday thru Friday 10am to 6Pm.

So I called Dunrite and was told they could either give me a new one or just have someone come and look at it - it probably wasn't a big problem. So I agreed to have someone look at it. They us Bodewell appliance services so they came and ordered 3 parts which were delivered to the house. when they came back to actually fix the dryer - they said they didn't need the parts - it was just a loose connection. At this point, I contacted Dunrite and said I just wanted a new unit. HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO MENTION TO ME DURING OUR ORIGINAL CONVERSATION THAT ONCE SERVICE COMES, DUNRITE CAN'T REPLACE THE UNIT. They are no longer involved - how unfortunate - they assured me that they would love to help me - however their hands are tied because now I was dealing with Bodewell. Dunrite was no longer responsible for the product they sold to me. This would have been so much easier if they had told me that when I was deciding whether to have it replaced or just try fixing it. Very disappointed and I won't be returning to the store for anything.

(Our frig was leaking and icing up). They said call next week, in the morning, so that we can give you a window. They said between 11a - 1:30pm. He came at 11:15am! We told him the problem, he knew right away what to do. (Ignore his shaking) He was an expert, cleaned out the filter...easy, breezy...$135. 15min! and he was done! (He said that it was a good thing that we defrosted the freezer first - it would have cost us more for him to defrost it and another 2 hours.)

I sort of liked the technician when he came in, I think he might've been an owner at one point, somewhat diagnosed the problem, came back two weeks later and replaced the part and the problem has now returned. Trying to get them back in to look at the problem again has been a nightmare. I just got off the phone with them after they told me on Monday to call at 9:30 Wednesday morning. It's 8:30 AM and I just received a phone call from them that the technician is on his way. I told her that nobody will be there until 930 for our two hour window appointment which is what I was told previous. She nastyilly told me, sir. We don't start until 9:15 AM. I would've never told you 9:30 AM. Do you want the appointment canceled and I just said yes. You cannot get in touch with anybody in charge over there. Absolutely ridiculous. Service companies these days suck and I happen to be a service company myself and I would never treat customers that way.

When they were scheduled to install the machines they came several hours late and didn't even communicate to me that plans had changed, so I lost a whole day waiting for them. More importantly the washing machine only lasted 8 months before it stopped working, I had to pay them to repair it and the owner promised to cover the repair--meaning that if anything happened within 90 days, he would repair it for free. The machine broke down again not even two months later and he ignored me for a week when I tried to contact him and then eventually told me to get a local repair person. Long story short, I should've never tried it, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as the owner sounded like a nice guy. I will probably end up buying new machines now as both machines are out and its not worthwhile to spend a lot of money to repair them.

Went here to return some sadly wilted rhododendrons. The return process was simple and didn't take…read morelong. I went out to the lot to find replacement rhododendrons, but all they had with buds were red ones! I didn't want red. I wanted pink. They did have several different sizes, from smallish to quite large, but mostly red. They did have some Dandy Man plants in deep pink, already blooming, so I got those. They'll be on schedule next year. The garden center cashier was efficient. I found some pink geraniums in small pots on sale, and some lilies in 6-packs. Yay!! The gardens are almost finished, with mostly perennials.
