We were surprised to see most of the appliances were in excellent condition and found the exact slide in range and counter depth LG Max zero clearance refrigerator. We have been searching sales for quite a while and ended up taking a chance on these appliances. We typically buy our appliances and add extended warranties. For the price, we decided it was worth the risk. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted. The refrigerator was literally brand new with only one minor cosmetic blemish. The stove was not as perfect but was a great deal. Andy was helpful and even assisted the delivery driver. I was surprised to see him on the delivery. The items were carefully packed and well worth the $50 in the delivery fee.

I needed desperately to replace my dryer and…read moreunfortunately also badly needed a fridge and money has been mega tight lately. basically, i was in a position where i couldn't be picky -- and i have wanted the samsung bespoke fridge for years and settled for admiring it online while looking for a used dryer, i found elite kitchens and went in to look at what they had which is new, not used. the salespeople are great and not pushy -- the prices are so unreal they don't need to be. in under 5 minutes, i found my dream fridge. the salesperson recommended this washer and dryer, and while i research even tiny purchases, i didn't this time and bought all three. in and out in 5 minutes. you can't even find an associate at home depot that fast as it turns out, the washer and dryer are top of the line -- jeevesny keeps recommending it; I could not have chosen better. i had spent hours searching for a cabinet to hide what I thought would be used machines (before I found elite kitchens) in my kitchen, but these are brand new and so gorgeous it's not necessary -- i styled them like a mini laundromat and they look good in my kitchen! the fridge is pristine and beautiful, and due to an issue in my kitchen, i needed a replacement part. marian contacted me back immediately and said they had a spare one. that level of customer service is so rare appliances are not a frequent purchase, but after this, I'd never go elsewhere. they have amazing quality appliances that look stunning and perform perfectly, and the entire set cost what one brand new washer/dryer unit cost (something i was considering to save money) for the longest time, i thought I'd never be able to afford replacements, much less the very best replacements available, and my clothes have never been cleaner! they ship the pieces to your driveway, and I found an amazing installer who carried in and installed all three this economy has been brutal for a lot of us (especially in my field, journalism) and being able to get gorgeous, perfect appliances locally at a discount is a godsend. i have told everyone about this place, and i actually enjoy all of the laundry process right now, and for the first time in my life nothing sits unfolded. and I've wanted that fridge for so long that I still can't believe I have it without having 2-3 years of paying them off also, they're really cool about preferences. specifically, i wanted this fridge in blue and they had the panels and subbed them without me asking! if you want to save money on new but far more affordable appliances and put more money towards a kitchen renovation, go here. honestly, this place will be my first stop for as long as it's available because these appliances are nicer than the big box versions i bought new and replaced. idk why anyone would pay the big box tax for the same appliances when your budget goes so far here also I should mention I had a few questions post purchase (I'm a young widow with older kids so it's just me around here) and they were FAR more accommodating and responsive than a big box store could be in short, I cannot recommend this place enough and my new appliances have made me and my kids so happy. get your appliances here! there is also the added bonus of supporting a local retailer instead of the corporations that overcharge us and aren't available for questions after you buy. on that note, you call and a person picks up. you're not locked in to a date you can't change and we're so used to big stores and their poor service and overpriced stuff 100/5 stars

Please stay away from this store as far as you can. Purchased a Bosch induction cooktop…read more Delivered over 4 weeks ago. It has not worked since day one. It was sent to a third party repair company, which are as incompetent and the appliance store. They are Island Wide Appliance in Patchogue. The technician had no clue how to fix the cooktop. I have been dealing with this every day for four weeks. They are not sure what is wrong, yet they keep telling me the parts are back ordered. Still have no resolve. Customer service and the service center have not been helpful at all. Adding insult to injury, they billed me for a double oven I did not purchase. I am not sure what to do next. FYI - I paid over $6,000 plus installation for the paperweight.

They were installed by JSA installers, a very professional, fair, and friendly two gentlemen. I'm still waiting for the bill for the 2 air conditioners. I called this morning at 9am and within 15 minutes a technician was assigned to us. Jeff came at the time designated with the part needed to repair our refrigerator. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job without hesitation. He even vacuumed behind the fridge. The pricing was reasonable and he saved us from throwing out tons of food that had already started defrosting. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you

Appliance World came through for us when GE did not! Our GE PROFILE electric 30" slide in double…read moreoven was installed May 22, 2025. It shut down on Thanksgiving Day while I was preparing dinner for 12 people in our newly renovated kitchen. GE Bodewell "repaired" FOUR times. Within minutes of the repair tech leaving our house EVERY TIME the bottom oven beeped, showed faults, smelled awful and shut down. I spent literally hours trying to speak to an actual person at GE. I finally spoke to someone who promised that the situation would be escalated and my request for a SAFE replacement would be "considered ". They eventually refused to do more than send another technician. I didn't have an oven for Christmas dinner, either. Appliance World did NOT HAVE to help in any capacity other than to contact GE. BUT THEY DID!!! They replaced, delivered and installed my new range this morning--all at their own expense. We've been loyal Appliance World customers for years, and will continue to go to them for our next appliance purchase. THANK YOU!! I want to add that we received frequent updates concerning delivery and installation times and Oscar and his crew were extremely efficient, helpful and professional.
