Im trying to write a review about a hotel that is professional and impactful and will catch the attention of upper management. This is what I have so far: The Hampton Inn in Blythe was a horrible stay! There was no hot water, very little water pressure, the TV barely worked ( couldn't turn the channel or the volume up or down. The air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night by its self. There was hair everywhere. The toilet in the room ran the entire stay. I complained to the front desk and he just looked at me bewildered and literally said nothing. The beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress and it was squeaky noisy. This brand is under Hilton
Here's a more polished, professional version that keeps your complaints clear but makes them more impactful for upper management:
Subject: Serious Concerns Regarding Recent Stay at Hampton Inn Blythe
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Blythe, a property operating under the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standards I have come to expect.
During my stay, I encountered multiple significant maintenance and cleanliness issues. There was no hot water and the water pressure was extremely low, making basic hygiene difficult. The television was largely non-functional, as I was unable to change channels or adjust the volume. Additionally, the air conditioning unit shut off unexpectedly during the night, disrupting my sleep.
Cleanliness was also a major concern. There was visible hair throughout the room, which is unacceptable and raises questions about housekeeping standards. The toilet ran continuously, indicating unresolved maintenance issues.
When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. The staff member appeared unsure how to respond and offered no assistance or resolution, which was particularly disappointing.
Finally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with noticeable springs and persistent squeaking, further impacting my ability to rest.
Overall, this experience did not reflect the level of quality and service associated with your brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address the operational and service deficiencies at this location.
If you want, I can make it more forceful, shorter for a public review (like Google/Yelp), or more formal for corporate escalation--just tell me where you plan to post/send it.
Add that I came here with a group of 40+ and many had the same complints
Here's the revised version with that added, keeping it professional and more impactful:

Importantly, I was traveling as part of a group of over 40 guests, and many others in our group reported experiencing similar issues, including problems with room conditions, maintenance, and overall service. This suggests that these were not isolated incidents, but rather broader operational failures affecting multiple guests.
When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. The staff member appeared unsure how to respond and offered no assistance or resolution, which was particularly disappointing.
