Good location and good hotel room. I loved the location of this place because it was close to good food options, as well as across the street from a Whole Foods Market and about 40 meters from a Starbucks that's embedded in a Barnes & Noble (books!!!). It's just off from a major thoroughfare, which is good (easy to get to places) and bad (traffic). Never had an issue with parking (uncovered lot). The rooms were clean and functional. Had the usual amenities for hotels of this tier, small frig, microwave, small coffee maker, etc. Breakfast in the mornings are free and have hot options that rotate throughout the week, which is nice. Usually some sort of eggs, some sort of bacon/sausage, some sort of potato stuff. And there's the usual waffle iron to make fresh waffles. Much of the continental breakfast options were there as well. Seating was good. No meal options in the hotel itself except breakfast, but there's a Tokyo Joe's and other options, including Whole Foods walking distance, and much more a very short drive away. Staff was friendly and efficient, as far as I could tell. Bathrooms were the usual for hotels of this tier, with the usual amenities. Clean, with fluffly-ish towels. read more

I booked a hotel room at this hotel and paid ahead. When I got to the hotel, they asked for a card, and I thought it was just for incidentals, but they charged me for the full room rate again. When I stated that I had already paid, the person at the desk told me I hadn't. When I pulled up the receipts, suddenly he could see it in my profile and "his boss had set it up wrong." I asked for the second charge to be returned to my card, and he said that there was no other way for me to pay for the room. I confirmed with him twice that his intention was to charge me twice for the room, and he said yes. I asked for a full refund to my card, but thus far, I've only received the second charge back. I would never patronize this place again, and if I end up not getting my money back,I'm out on all Hampton Inns from here on out. read more

I would go somewhere else to stay. The bathroom in the room had a loose toilet Flusher. Also no exhaust air from bathroom. I was told that the fan on the roof has not worked so years. The water connection at the shower is piped in reverse which caused my daughter to get burnet. read more

We've stayed in many Hamptons over the years, but have never had the such a helpful staff as we had here. Doug who was usually on duty in the morning always greeted us with a smile and wished us a good day. I don't recall all the names, but there was also the two evening clerks and the wonderful lady who fixed us a delicious breakfast every morning. The cleanliness is much to be desired. The bathtub looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Nothing worked in my room and the freaking battery in the fire alarm was shot so was beeping every 5 mins throughout the night. I went to go iron my dress for a business meeting - that didn't work. The tv remote wasn't synced to the tv so couldn't watch tv. Overall, would not recommend this place. Oh also, don't expect it be like other extended stays - they don't have dishes. read more

The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and accommodating! The room was clean when I arrived and they only clean for guests staying multiple nights if asked. The only down sides were that parking was not real easy and the breakfast was not great. I would come back again, as it is conveniently located. read more

Very serviceable and clean Hampton Inn experience. Staff was great. Although the elevator and pool area are dated, this is the same Hampton Inn I have always known, and will continue to use. The cherry on top was having kielbasa available during breakfast. Paying for parking was an unfortunate surprise. I saw in other reviews complaining about the bed quality, but I personally was very comfortable with mine. Bathrooms were also fine. read more

The staff at this Hampton Inn are spectacular! The front desk folks, especially the nice guy in the evening, were so helpful and nice. Under the circumstances of visiting out of state for my wife's brother's funeral this hotel experience getting here was horrible. After having reservations online booked for 4 days, when getting here we received two other rooms than what we originally had. One of the rooms we had to switch twice due to air conditioner not working. I took my kids swimming indoor pool and they have area where they put towels for drying. There was none when getting down and I ask the receptionist and was told she couldn't give out any towels after my wife complaining we were given towels. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay, just my honest opinion read more

The hotel was fine.but...I stayed 3 days in a row checking out then checking back in.and I was told I'd be charged $50 per day in deposits..it was $55 and and Noone at anything told me there was $5 charged for PARKING!!?first of all the "parking lot" was totally unsafe and unsecured! And ive had to search out my deposits each time from my bank and the bullshit from the employees who have no idea what they are talking about. I've stayed in some disgustingly dirty hotels in my life, but this was one of the worst. There was a collection of hair stuck ceiling in bathroom: footlong lengths, mid size, and a lot of pubes. Cigarette burns on the wall. Torn sheets that were neatly tucked in on bed. Lots of illegal activities going on in lobby and parking lot till all hours of the night. Overall clean and smelled good. Friendly front desk. Very cramped bathroom, two people really can't be in there and even close the door easily. Beds are very hard, our backs hurt after the first night. Covid has given them the excuse to dispense with a good breakfast and replace it with a sparse assortment of cereal, plain bagels, tiny muffins, and nutrigrain bars. Milk, yogurt and anything else cold you have to specifically request from the front desk. Saving money is what it amounts to. We had to run the hot water for 10 minutes to before it reached our room on the 6th floor, thankfully the front desk warned us. read more

Wow. Hamptons are not what they used to be. We had to pay to park in an open lot (not a garage) that was half full. I should have parked ten paces further away in the Barnes and Noble lot! We only asked for housekeeping once for a three-night stay. They did a less-than-great job, including not leaving us any washcloths. The desk would not bring us any, though we were invited to go down and get some. The first set of keys would not work - had to go all the way back down to get a new set. Digital key on the app never did work. The desk staff was certainly not the professional type that we used to expect (and that we experienced at other hotels on this trip). Bottom line: no more hamptons, and certainly not the Cherry Creek location. read more

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The sheets had stains from being old and the rooms by the elevator are loud. My room was right by the elevator and I heard sounds all night. Bravo! Each staff member was friendly, pleasant, helpful a courteous. It was clean and tidy each day. If we passed on room service each day we accumulated 250 points. They was a game wheel in the lobby and if one donates $2 bucks to their charity of choice ( a local school) one gets to spin. It was fun, I did a good turn( pun) and earned lots of points towards another free stay. Bottled water was available free as well as teas and coffee ( some fruit) all day. Though updated a couple of years back it's not the best look in the rooms but the lobby and hallways are nice. Location is walking distance to many stores & restaurants. Free parking & well lit. One star only because I had to leave a star.......Apparently the hotel runs out of hot water, some rooms don't have shades, other rooms have broken shades. Bathrooms in the room are excessively small, the toilet is almost under the sink. Can only book the pool/spa for an hour, and if you have friends staying with you at the hotel, they can't book the hour before, after or join you. The complimentary breakfast is ok, but worthless. Some of the front desk staff are nice, but one always seemed angry and super rude. Do not book here. read more

Decent place. Not luxury, but I assume people know that. Pros: has refrigerator in the room. walking distance to food options (fast food and a whole foods). pretty decent continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Not restaurant quality, but free is free. Cons: not exactly located in central downtown locations, but it seemed most people drove It says it has wifi, but when I tried to connect, I had to buy a wifi package no amenities, really. Gym is one small room with two machines. Room kinda small-ish, but I also dont know many people when traveling who spend hours upon hours in their room. Pool was closed when I was there, but they let us use the pool at the nearby Holiday Inn. read more

This hotel is awesome. Very clean, helpful staff and breakfast is included! Location wise - perfect to get anywhere in/out off Denver, many choices for dining-out or to bring stuff into your room (Whole Foods and Starbucks are next door), easy parking, proximity to shopping, and trails. My only concern is how easy it might be for outsiders to enter the hotel and go up into the elevators. Sometimes the reception desk was unattended. But, due to the location, it did not bother me. Doug, who works at the front desk is nice but that is all this place has going for it. It takes forever to get hot water for a shower, the furniture is visibly dirty, the carpet is dirty, and they don't even remove the trash from your room. I had a reservation for three nights at this property while in town for business. About a week before the trip, I had a slight change in my travel dates and would only be in town for two nights. When I called to modify the reservation, I was told it was more cost effective to keep three nights instead of dropping to two (which would have bumped me up to a higher nightly rate). So I left the reservation as is. On Sunday, April 8th I checked into my room digitally, requested a digital key and called the front desk of the hotel at 6:44 p.m. MST to notify them that I would be not be arriving until Tuesday, despite my scheduled check in date of Monday. I was assured by the gentleman I spoke with that my room would not be given away and that it would be available for me on Tuesday. I then received an invoice on Tuesday stating that I had been checked out of my room. When I called the front desk, I was told that my room was given away because I did not show for my reservation on Monday. She said she had no record of me calling to let them know I would not be there Monday. She also let me know the hotel was oversold and I'd need to find somewhere else to stay. This is the second time I have called the front desk of this hotel regarding my accomodations and ended up needed to find another place to stay. I understand mistakes happen, but it is clear to me that the front desk staff at this hotel cannot be trusted to handle any deviations from a standard check in and check out procedure. To say that I am upset about this happening to me for a second time is an understatement. I stay in the Denver area regularly for business and am loyal to the Hilton brand, but I will never stay at this property again. read more

9/18/2021 one word BEDBUGS!!! Don't stay here. The response has been very defensive insinuating that we are lyin. Absolutely unconscionabl. When the front desk was notified they basically said you're on your own. We have received NO Response!!! Corporate says they don't handle bedbugs. Hampton Inn Cherry Creek says (day 3 after reporting) they're waiting for an exterminator to confirm before addressing the issue. Meanwhile we are out 3k and more for emergency room visits due to allergic reactio, car fumigatio, all clothing, shoes and luggage thrown away. never again. AVOID!!! DISHONEST and not very clean. Hotel precharged for $50 incidentals per night with no advance notification, adding an unexpected 200 extra hold on my card on Christmas Eve, although they only have a half-stocked little supply of sodas and chips - so they did not actually expect anyone was going to spend $200 on incidentals. Woke up to a fire alarm at 4:30 am Christmas morning (spent an hour in lobby, there was no fire, also no apologies from staff). They THEN tried to charge me for parking when I left although I had no car (and was never asked). When I asked for a refund, they said they would - then REVERSED the refund and CHANGED the receipt from the one I had asked for printed out - so charges were same but it no longer said they charged me for parking (and did not get charge refunded.) ALSO claimed to have not found a makeup bag left in bathroom that had over $200 in cosmetics. read more

We absolutely loved our visit here at this location. From the second we got in, we had the best customer service and we will never forget how nice Doug was! Checked in Friday afternoon and happy we stayed here. Looks like they renovated the whole hotel. Up to date. Liked the decor and the area where it's located In. No smoking. The rooms were also updated and didn't hear any of our neighbors. If I'm ever in Colorado again I would def come back. They also have complimentary coffee and breakfast too. I am visiting from out of town with a party of 4. Prior to June 27th (48 hours in advance) we were promised early check in. On the day of we called to begin the check in process at 10 AM. We were put on hold a few times and transferred to several people. We were told that all of the rooms are booked and that the earliest we can check in would be 3PM. After expressing to "Doug" and a few other representatives that we were guaranteed early check in, Doug said that we could do a 2PM check in as opposed to 3PM. We as the customers decided to make a compromise despite being promised early check in, despite coming off a 7AM flight, and despite needing to shower, eat, and mentally regroup. We would check in at 2PM. When we arrived at 2PM to check in. We were met by the staff member Doug (quite defensive and condescending). He said that he may have spoke to us over the phone a few times already about checking in at 2PM but all of the rooms are still booked and we will need to wait in the lobby until 3 PM. Of course we were not happy with this verdict. Who would? But we coped as best as we could. While we waited in the lounge an hour and a half this "Doug" character did not make any accommodations for THEIR mistake. No refreshments, apologies... No calls to management or any actions related to making sure those who were supposed to check out, would check out so that we can have our room - "the executive suite" they call it. As a matter of fact, while we waited Doug checked in this White couple with a "Diamond Membership". We were told all rooms were booked but these individuals were allowed to check in because they had a membership? Where did this room come from if you were booked? Secondly, I thought this was first come first served...? At 3PM we waited for Doug to check us in as he sees we've been waiting in the lobby for an hour already in misery. We waited for 15 minutes to see if Doug would make up for his lack of social skills and customer service etiquette and mostly importantly his employers mistake (misinformation or whatever ever story the Hamptons Inn wants to recite as a way to justify this disgusting experience) by taking the intiative to come over and check us in. He failed to even do that. At 3:15PM as customers we decided to come over to Doug (who decided that he would ignore us) and take the initiative. When we did take initiative we were met with his nasty attitude thus making our impression of this hotel even more disgusting and distasteful. He rolled his eyes and said "don't put words in my mouth" "sit down and wait because we are still booked!". We are educated, well to do customers paying to be treated like second class citizens. Why? And where is this attitude coming from? After waiting for another 15-20 mins we decided to talk to Doug's manager "Erica Olenick" to tell her about our experience. She was defensive, posturing, inflexible, and just as condescending as he was. If not more. She had a forced sarcastic smile, bobbing her head frantically up and down dramatically, and recited several lines defending a mistake and an experience that may or may be her fault. These are very *interesting* people and I'm not accustomed to dealing with people who do not have social etiquette. The idea of someone (a "professional") 3-4 times my age acting "nice nasty" is such a turn off and at this point these two individuals embody exactly what is wrong in America with our current social and political climate. That are *paid* professionals for god sake. When we finally go to our room, it was not ready. We had to request towels, blankets, soap, lotion, etc. The dishwasher was quite interesting. Old. There was a pull out couch. Our keys did not work for the room... I understand this is nothing like my home, it is a hotel. But after experiencing the nice nasty attitudes of Erica and Doug and feeling like I work a shift at Hampton Inn myself from, the flaws of this underwhelming executive suite becomes very much apparent. We will be contacting corporate, reaching out to the BBB, and Erica's supervisors as a way to advocate for additional training and remedy this unique and disgusting experience. read more

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. Good location and good area of town. I stayed there for a week with my sister who was having some testing done at nearby Jewish Hospital. They have a shuttle to the hospital which makes it convenient for patients to stay there. Good restaurants nearby. I love a hotel that offers a fridge and a microwave. It is great if you are traveling with kids. They also have a breakfast offering that was truly impressive. I felt they made the effort to offer healthy choices, including turkey sausage and a southwestern style omelet. Usually, breakfast choice are scramble and some disastrous meat. I noticed Hampton Inn an I appreciate. The rooms are comfortable. The lobby area is warm and inviting. The workout space is ridiculous. 3 Treadmills in a closet does not a workout room make. But they do have an indoor pool, so if you can swim off your calories, you'll be happy here. Free wifi! Always a bonus! The staff was very cool and friendly, and all in all, I can see making this a Hilton Honors hotel of choice for the future. read more

I was not impressed by the cramped bathrooms or the noisy air conditioner, nor did my back appreciate the concrete-like mattress...but THE FOOD! Omigosh you guys, the breakfast buffet is EPIC. And it lasts until 10 a.m. if you like to sleep in! You get eggs, sausage, do-it-yourself waffles, doughnuts, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, french toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee, milk, you get it ALL and it lasts for hours instead of cutting you off at 9 like most hotels do. NICE. and then later on if you get peckish? Fresh baked cookies every afternoon and in FOUR varieties. Plus ongoing free coffee and tea selections all day and night. I for one appreciate this. Zach at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and he made up for all the construction noise and the power-washing of the bricks out front which made it hard to hear ourselves think. So my window had a view of some power unit instead of the Rocky Mountains and good luck getting the temperature below 70 degrees, but the excellent customer service made up for this.
