Make sure to not book a corner room because they are facing the building construction across the way. We requested a room away from construction and hotel front desk staff thoughtfully called to suggest a different room type and we didn't hear construction noise except for slight, infrequent moments in the 8-9am hour timeframe. The standard king room at 300 sq feet was fine. Agree with others about the clear sliding bathroom door and glass door on toilet not feeling as though there's enough privacy but we knew that going in. We parked for $45/night in the north cherry creek shopping garage. It's an underground garage and you don't need to pre book it. Location of hotel is fantastic and we dined at Narrative room service daily due to wanting to use the amenity fee benefits. Loved tart cherry smoothie, blueberry crunch pancakes, bacon, and lobster corndog. Don't recommend bagel with cream cheese and lox. I might still prefer The Thompson in downtown. Fayden what an amazing check-in with a lovely bday gift, Vincent for a seamless check out, Nichole our incredible waitress for brunch, and Kasey & Rafael up at the rooftop pool. A spontaneous birthday trip landed me at the Jacquard Hotel. While I've been to Denver multiple times, this was my first time to Cherry Creek. The area feels posh with great shopping and restaurants. It's extremely clean and walkable with lots to do nearby. I really enjoyed my stay! A few great pros: -The lobby restaurant, Narrative, is great! As a Titanium elite, we enjoyed free breakfast and it was delicious. Each morning, we'd have a ham omelette with boursin cheese and avocado. So tasty and cute. -The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar. It's a little small, but service is attentive and the pool is perfect for a CO summer. -Although you have to pay a resort fee, it includes tickets to the zoo, botanical garden and natural history museum. This was well worth the price of the resort fee. They also have bikes available for rent. -Location is outstanding. It's within walking distance of the mall and the fresh market on Saturday. Tons of great restaurants. Overall, an excellent stay in Cherry Creek! read more

We spent Labor Day weekend at The Jacquard to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday and we had so much fun! The staff made sure we had everything we needed--they were amazing! From check in to pool time to brunch to check out we were taken care of at every turn. Reshma made check in breezy. Casey and Rafael made sure our day at the pool was terrific. Nichole handled our large group for Brunch with ease. She was so kind! The managers made sure our weekend had plenty of sweet treats. And our rooms were so clean! The pool should be reserved for guests and not day pass users. It makes the pool extremely crowded and not fun. Hotel operators are prioritizing some additional revenue over the guest experience. My wife and I had a very nice stay about a month ago for our anniversary. It was very hot this summer in Colorado, with the lack of normal summer rains and some substantial wildfires. We decided to spend most of our trip in the city. And the rooftop pool at Jacquard was a refreshing spot to squelch the sweltering heat! Upon our check in, our room had an issue with the shower not draining properly. I contacted the front deck and they sent a maintenance worker to take care of it when we were not in the room so it was great because it wasn't a nuisance that we had to be there while they fixed it. And they were quick and efficient to get it taken care of!!! We stayed for I believe four days, and upon check out I had left my shaving bag there and I didn't notice until I was already out of state driving back home. I contacted them and they informed me that my item was found my the cleaning staff, and they mailed it to me very quickly! I was incredibly impressed by the high level of hard work and dedication of the staff of this hotel! Their level of commitment and dedication to their customers is really outstanding! Aside from that the hotel is really a nice place to stay! I highly recommend the Jacquard if you are planning a trip to Denver!!! read more

Had the pleasure of staying here during July 4th and it was a lovely experience. Sure, the hotel rooms had it's quirk and the pool could be warmer and the area could use some love and cleaning, but it's the staff here that made our stay so amazing. A big shout out to Zacc the front office manager who was so helpful, sweet and nice to me and my family during our stay. Everyone here from the valet to the cleaning staff was just the friendliest bunch of people you can encounter. We hung out at the pool and ordered food and the bartenders, hostess and wait staff was great. There's a restaurant that's attached to the hotel and their food is amazing with a wide range of food that's kid friendly. It's also in a great location that's close to shops and lots of other restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again! read more

The Jacquard is conveniently located in the heart of Cherry Creek near all the shops and restaurants. I came here on a business trip and after this trip, I've decided this will be the hotel I stay at again when visiting in the future as well. As you step into the lobby, there is a beautiful glass fireplace, dim lighting, artwork and during the holidays, decorations. It was warm and inviting. Once up the elevator, I came to a door and needed a key card to access my floor. It felt like a great added security measure. They spared no expense to make sure every area features beautiful artwork and decor. The room was very spacious and had a great view of downtown. I was quite impressed with the closet, bed and TV. I loved the robes and slippers. I could go on and on with how many things they have done well. One thing I would change is the bathroom. It's a typical barn door style entrance, but it's made of frosted glass and there's no handle on the inside, so when I took a shower it was very slippery and hard to open. Also, while the bathroom and shower have a frosted glass door, the inside wall connecting them is clear. So, if you're sharing a room, it might be uncomfortable to shower and use the bathroom at the same time. A little more privacy would be a nice consideration. read more

When my cousins said they wanted to splurge on a nice hotel for our first early family Christmas celebration in Denver, we didn't mess around. The Jacquard was by far the nicest hotel I've stayed in since my sweet suite at the Encore Suites at Wynn Las Vegas. Not only was the room amazing but the people who worked there understand hospitality. From the valet attendant to the front desk personnel, every interaction was top notch and genuine. Nice people. Nice pillows. The best pillows. I actually took one of the six pillows and removed the pillow case so that I could take a picture of the tag. Now I'll be buying said pillows to enjoy nightly!!! The area of Cherry Creek where the hotel is located has a ton to do within walking distance. Restaurants. Bars. Shopping. People watch. Let's just say if we do early Christmas in Denver again this year, or if I go to Denver for other reasons, I know exactly where I'll be staying. read more

Explicitly asked for room to be feather-free. It wasn't. Tried to call the front desk to get pillows swapped. Phone didn't work and just made a loud angry buzzing sound. Shower design forces you to walk directly fully into the shower to turn it on, which means a blast of frigid water before you can leap away. Shower doors don't block water which, based on the forced position of the shower head, means the bathroom floor is constantly soaking wet and slippery. Only one towel hook. Toilet and shower are right next to each other with a piece of completely see-through glass from one to the next. It's just odd given that the entryway to the shower and the entryway to the toilet both have a frosted glass door... Tissues ran out right after arriving and using a few for toiletries. No spare tissue box in the room. Two full size towels and two hand size towels. No spares. Single ply toilet paper. Seriously? One small tiny closet. Room was small too, although hotel was in a good location. Bathroom sink drains slowly (except when plunger is fully depressed, in which case it still drains, just extremely slowly). So not ideal in either case. Rhythmic pulsating noise not coming from A/C controls. Required maintenance to fix something in the utility cabinet in the ceiling. Service was prompt and helpful. It's just a pity it was so often required. read more

This hotel was such a disappointment. I would not recommend staying here specifically based on value. I paid $425 a night on a Wednesday night. In my opinion that is a premium price for a hotel room. A few things to know: 1. Valet is $50 per night 2. Don't expect to receive anything. Upon check in outside of a key to your room. I am accustomed to receiving a few bottles of water at the least. 3. The clean up crew will attempt to clean your room prior to the check - out time- that's rude. Ok- a few friends and I had rooms at this hotel. We attempted to check in early. I was able to get a room early, but my friend ( who has status with Marriott) was not. This was not a big deal since we did have a room to place our items. When we dropped off our luggage my friend noticed that the gummy bears in the room were open. I made sure to let the staff know that they were already open as I did not want a charge ion my bill for them. Additionally, the room was not clean. The bathroom toilet was dirty and dust was on the table lamp, and likely other places. I noticed the lamp, and did capture that in a photo. The rooms are relatively small. I also do not like the placement of outlets, or the intimate lighting throughout the room. I am not sure who the designer was, but they should have gotten a second opinion before committing. When we returned from dinner my friend was able to get a room. The problem- the room smelled like sewerage. Yes, it smelled terrible the moment you stepped foot into the room. She complained about it but was told they were sold out and could not switch her room. They only offered an apology. We advised her that she needed to request compensation for the issue. After making a request they did take some money off the cost of the room. if interested the room number was 407. This hotel just does not live up to being an autograph property. Per the Marriott website, an Autograph property is a signature experience that leaves a lasting imprint on all who stay. This hotel did NOT meet that mark. It's a strong negative for me. Great location, in the heart of Cherry Creek. New modern clean, rooms are good size. Bed is super comfortable. They will provide feather pillows if you ask. Roof top pool and bar on the 9th floor. My only complaint is the music the play at the lobby and outside of the main entrance is never turned off during the night and you do hear it even though we were on the 8th floor with closed windows. So either bring the ear plugs or ask to be on the opposite side of the building from the main entrance. read more

Our Fourth of July staycation was great at the Jacquard. We have been there a couple times before, but this visit was made "5 Star" by Zach, the Operations Manager who was so pleasant and created amazing customer service and it seemed all the guests staying there were so friendly and happy to be there. The Jacquard (and Marriott) are lucky to have Zach and he was overseeing the front most of the time we were there, it was obvious he really cared about how the property was run and thought of. It was a great scene at the pool and they had a DJ both Fri and Sat nights. We are an older couple, and blended in great with the crowd. The room was quiet and the bedding was nice and we slept well. My only constructive advice is to heat the pool another 10 degrees as it was freezing and it was not just us!! read more

Although the hotel and rooftop are beautiful, the bar staff at pool need customer service training. How happy would you be if you paid $1,000+ for 2 nights and you asked for a cup of ice and were told in a sarcastic way "the bar isn't even open. I don't have ice." This young girl spoke as if she hated her job and I was asking for something out of the question. A simple reply of "I'm just opening, let me get that as soon as I'm set up." Would have been fine. Let me just remind your management there's a reason places like The Beverly Hills Hotel is top notch and goes the extra mile with guests. You'd never see that at their hotel and yes, it's the same price point. When guests are treated poorly it needs to be addressed. This place has an amazing interior design but is seriously lacking in management and common sense customer experience. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and the thing is, you can build a nice place but it requires customer experience if you want it to carry a positive name. The hotel is situated in the heart of cherry creek a very affluent and beautiful area of Denver. It has the possibility to be great . Why the 2 stars? They don't stock toilet paper. Maintenance is required everywhere even in a new building. The front desk is snooty and arrogant without having a reason to be. Even if you're nice, and do things correctly your reservation will be wrong or requests ignored. I've now stayed here several times and the reason I came back is because it's a beautiful location and the hotel itself has potential to be incredible. Yet again though; on this most recent stay much of the same issues if my last visit. Blinds are broken, lighting defective, no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom when this is supposedly a room that's ready. I was given an incorrect room, woken up at 7am to slamming on our door even though I had do not disturb clearly posted and the entire experience thus far has just been miss after miss. This place needs restoration of customer experience, increased accountability and restructuring of departments and SOP's because it's a mess. read more

This hotel was the perfect ending to my Colorado trip. I'm usually not one to spend much time at the hotel, but the Jacquard is definitely meant to be enjoyed. The vallet parking does seem a little steep, so we parked on the street and never had any issues. Upon arrival we went to their bar/restaurant to take advantage of their HH before heading up. Our room had a semi view of a few buildings, but nothing too crazy. Once in the room the bed was so nice and fluffy, the robes were hung, and they even provide slippers. The aesthetics of the restroom were very appealing. I love how their eco friendly by providing a refillable bottle in the rooms! Now for the fun part and really, the main reason I booked. Their rooftop pool! I had a drink in one hand, the music was playing, and the weather was perfect. I just wish they had less sofas and more chairs to lay on. You'll have to get there before 11 to snag a pair. The gym was also impressive. They have a stair master, cables, and even peloton bikes. Ah, it's an irreplaceable feeling to be staying at a brand new property! Everything is very fresh and the design is truly amazing all around. Part I: Initial impressions on Design (4/5) A building should make a positive addition to the neighborhood in which it sits. In the case of Jaquard, the building's exterior does not add much to the neighborhood in terms of design, it's neo modern glass exterior looks bland and unexciting. Upon entering, the lobby opens up as an interesting space that appears much larger than it is, with an alternating firepit on the left. The check in desk feels more like a modern bar than a checkin desk, a very beautiful and slick look. Part II: Service (5/5) All around, we've had an excellent service experience. The valet guys were kind, attentive and helpful, reacting quickly to a rather challenging jam that occurred in the valet area. The ladies at check in were very nice and check in was smooth. Even when we needed service to our room, it was done promptly. Restaurant staff were very effluent as well. Part III: The Room Comfort (2/5) Now, i hate to give such a gorgeous room such a poor rating, but hear me out. The design is amazing, some cool, slick and modern elements. However, the comfort is nonexistent. In 200+ nights I've spent at hotels this year, the bedding had to be the least comfortable I've experienced thus far. Tough sheets and hard pillows made it a very difficult place to return to. I even requested down pillows and the gentlemen brought some new pillows, but they were hardly better than those on the bed to begin with. For me a bed can truly make or break a stay and I can't imagine another night struggling with cheap bedding. As this property is part of Marriott group, the least that could have been done is putting the regular Marriott bedding in. My hope is that pillows will get softer with time as more people sleep on them, as this is otherwise a great property. Part IV: Marriott Platinum Premier Elite Recognition (4.5/5) Although there was an initial hiccup with suite nights award redemption, front desk manager addressed it quickly. The room was pre set with an excellent bottle of wine and snacks, which is a very nice and unexpected gesture. Breakfast is provided as well for 2 at the restaurant downstairs. Overall, i felt the hotel did a great job recognizing loyal guests and tried to make sure things are done well. Part V: Breakfast (3/5) The restaurant downstairs, despite its gorgeous library design, needs some improvements in terms of food. The cappuccino machine made a disastrous cappuccino which the waitress took off the bill. The food was brought out barely warm, as if it's been cooked a long time ago. Despite a nice presentation, the dishes were not great. Huevos rancheros tasted like it was made with canned ingredients and semi-fresh avocado. They don't provide water, so they give u glass vases to fill it up with their expensive water filling machine in the hall...the water is warm. I was leaving a meet up with friends and saw they had some great live music outside along with some tables out to enjoy sit and listen or even dance around and jam out to the local music. I got such a great vibe at this place. Super relax and comfortable place to enjoy on a weekday. There also a bar to order alcohol and alcohol free drinks. A good crowd easily develops to the music outside, I am sure most the people crowd around just from casual walking around the area. We stayed here for New Year's Eve weekend as a staycation and to maintain Bonvoy status. We chose this hotel for its location and rooftop. The hotel is beautiful, nice pool and the views from the rooftop are incredible. The room is nice and comfortable. Unfortunately this is where the positive feedback ends. This hotel is really lacking in good management rooted in service. From check in to check out, we had multiple sub-par experiences. Check in was frigid and we were given zero information on hotel, but handed a piece of paper and weee shuttled to the elevator. Rooftop service was ok, but a bit awkward and the prices compared to quality were abominable. The cleaning service was very poorly done. However there was a maintenance man in the halls who was the kindest and best part of our stay asking if we had everything we needed and letting him know if he could improve our stay. Chatting through the app to the front desk was also frigid and short. I stay at many Bonvoy/Marriott hotels and this was not up to the level of an autograph collection hotel. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors for guests. Let me clear the clouds. First-upon peering at the hotel amenities and photographs and the way it is presented. It appears to be a pretty high level 4 star hotel. Upon my experience and arrival they would possibly treat you better at a motel 6. The valet/bellhop watched as I lifted my bags out of Uber- after a long day of traveling and offered no help, no smile, no hello or welcome. They have a revolving door to enter and as I was pulling my bag behind me, the door got stuck. Wow! It took a minute for it to start back up and work properly. The front desk woman was awful when it came to searching my reservation. For anyone who has traveled, you know it's proper for them to verify an ID. However, she did not greet me, welcome me until I got to the counter and she smirked while saying- i need your ID to check in. I paused before diving into my wallet. I said. Hi how are you? Do you ever just say welcome in! Is this your first time? Let me start searching your reservation. She then said sorry I'm new here/ I started a month ago and I only know how to look up with an ID AND credit card. I said okay well maybe next time welcome in someone and the. Say can I start looking you up and THEN verify an ID. SHE DID NOT do the following. : explain amenities, explain additional held funds, explain breakfast (which was included with my reservation) explain where even the elevators were. So crazy. As I got into my room, I was just opening my suitcase to get a quick shower when someone unexpectedly - without a knock - walked into my room with a bottle of wine explaining she was so sorry and that they told her this room was missing one. I called down to verify my Marriott reservation # and the girl kept looking up my bonvoy. It was a mess. I had to connect many times with the chat via the bonvoy app to inquire about digital keys and breakfast in which still unable a day later to use a digital key. Unable to have breakfast. After connect and sending over my reservation verifying that I had indeed had breakfast included- I had also contacted my agent to have them call and verify they Chaulked it up to an internal error. I received a phone call on the rooms landline at 9:50pm which I did not answer for good reason. 1) it's late 2) they could have chatted with me in the app which then they did but only 1x and never since. They decided to include 40$ vouchers for each day during my stay but they didn't explain how to use or get them. I was contacted by what I believe is a front office manager to discuss my experience and he really just started off great but dropped the ball. Kevin told me that my hotel was prepaid (it was not) he also told me that my booking agent can adjust the rate - a request I had instead of using breakfast vouchers. Reduce nightly rate by 40$ seems easy enough. He told me to contact agent. Which I did they explained my rate was not charged by them and it was charged by the hotel so the hotel needs to change the rate. They contacted the hotel. Overall it's a messy hotel. If you want service and treatment like this by all means stay here. If you have other options I would seek those out! read more

I stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter. Valet arrival was great and friendly and bell services were very helpful. When I got to my room there was a welcome letter and chocolates for someone else. I called down to the front desk to confirm I was in the right room, they sent someone to retrieve the items- no apologies and not even an offer to keep the chocolates! At checkin, I am used to my Marriott status being acknowledged, but didn't receive- that's not a big deal, but I wish they had warned us that there was a large group in town for a tournament and they were staying at the hotel. They were all middle school aged kids and there was constant crowds in the lobby and elevators and the kids were loud. The front desk staff on Saturday gave us great food recommendations - and we were pleased with that. For a nice hotel, with a great location, that bathroom was disgusting. Great location in the heart of Cherry Creek in Denver Colorado. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping areas. Weather was good in mid October. King size bed was comfortable and clean comfort comforter. They provided total of 5 pillows. Ample space in the room. Spacious bathroom. Modern furniture. Close proximity to coffee shop and to the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Staff are helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. read more
