Be careful before you stay here. They hotel is going through some construction issues and the entire dining and check-in area is a mess. The hotel rooms are older and updated. One positive note, the evening staff is friendly, courteous and very accommodation. We had a major Infestation of ants in our room. Waiting to hear back from the general manager, however I was told the hotel manager and general manager does not work weekends. There are plenty of other hotel options in the surrounding area.

Stay away , dirty place to stay for the price .

Hallways are unclean. Dirty carpets . Very small bathroom area. Few crawlies in the room . Bugs and flies in the gym. Unclean gym. Rude & unfriendly staff at the front. I took pictures and videos , I will upload them on this survey, Google ,Facebook , trip advisor , Yelp for your review .

Absolutely terrible hotel! I have nothing good to say about this place. The worst thing about it was the front desk staff though!

The atmosphere was…read morewarm and inviting, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier--everyone we saw greeted us with a smile. Our room was perfect--surprisingly quiet with no outside noise, and the blackout shade was a game-changer, letting us sleep in without the morning sun waking us up. One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast at the Great American Grill, conveniently located just downstairs in the lobby. It's open from 7-11 a.m., which is later than most places--perfect for sleeping in and still making it to breakfast! You can choose the buffet or order from the menu, and we went with the latter. Everything was cooked perfectly. I loved that I got to customize my omelet, my bacon was exactly how I like it, and my friend's eggs and toast were made just right. Another huge plus is the location. Being in Cherry Creek, the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants in the same parking lot, from Mexican to seafood--and even a Dunkin' Donuts! Honestly, I think we picked the perfect hotel for our trip, and I'd absolutely stay here again!

For a budget friendly price this semi upbeat hotel is under rated. My recent stays have been twice in the past few months. I'm impressed with the level of service in all areas of the hotel. Love my keyless entry but have had to engage with hotel front desk staff. Offered a bottled water to a quick can do attitude with ALL those I have encountered. The hotel is clean offering a nice lounge area, spacious dining with a full breakfast buffett and swanky bar at night that serves food. There are a variety of places to eat adjacent to the venue or within walking distance but the bartender in the bar is a lovely gal. The little bar area gets busy and she does not miss a beat. They serve yummy cookies at night, fresh water sometimes garnished with fruit, and coffee/tea in the morning. Nice little business area, small private gym and a pool. The rooms are nice, with room service offered every other day. My recent stays my toliet was spinning all night. When I called the front desk in the morning, they immediately sent someone up to repair it. No problems after maintenance left. Parking in the garage is $15 a night with plenty of parking. I'm just very overall impressed with the level of service provided.

It's just off from a major thoroughfare, which is good (easy to get to places) and bad (traffic). Never had an issue with parking (uncovered lot). The rooms were clean and functional. Had the usual amenities for hotels of this tier, small frig, microwave, small coffee maker, etc. Breakfast in the mornings are free and have hot options that rotate throughout the week, which is nice. Usually some sort of eggs, some sort of bacon/sausage, some sort of potato stuff. And there's the usual waffle iron to make fresh waffles. Much of the continental breakfast options were there as well. Seating was good. No meal options in the hotel itself except breakfast, but there's a Tokyo Joe's and other options, including Whole Foods walking distance, and much more a very short drive away. Staff was friendly and efficient, as far as I could tell. Bathrooms were the usual for hotels of this tier, with the usual amenities. Clean, with fluffly-ish towels.

When I stated that I had already paid, the person at the desk told me I hadn't. When I pulled up the receipts, suddenly he could see it in my profile and "his boss had set it up wrong." I asked for the second charge to be returned to my card, and he said that there was no other way for me to pay for the room. I confirmed with him twice that his intention was to charge me twice for the room, and he said yes. I asked for a full refund to my card, but thus far, I've only received the second charge back. I would never patronize this place again, and if I end up not getting my money back,I'm out on all Hampton Inns from here on out.

We also were in search of ice when we left the restaurant and happened to run into the executive chef. We asked where we could find ice and he very generously offered to bring some to us himself! Parking was easy and our room was accessible from the same elevator from parking, super convenient. No security concerns as the parking elevator can only reach the lobby without a guest room key. We had no trouble finding a spot. The location is very close to downtown, the Zoo and Natural History Museum, medical facilities on Colorado, DU, and of course Cherry Creek shopping. When I mentioned that to the assistant manager, she was aware of the situation, said they were bringing in someone to review, but all of their readings reported adequate water temps. I asked if other people had mentioned the water temp; she let me know others had complained, and then rationalized that the lack of hot water was probably due to the large number of guest they currently had. Sooo - anytime they are at high capacity, all the guests are going to experience cold showers? This is the 2nd Marriott I've stayed at this month that have had hot water issues. I truly hope that Marriott is not cutting costs in energy comsumption to the detriment of their guests. I think that is the wrong answer. Charge me more, but please let me have a hot shower. I don't know when they started but they are now charging $15/night for parking. The bed was uncomfortable, the desk chair was frayed, the sofa was so old.
