Neat clean hotel right off the highway. The room was smaller but the location was newer. Nothing around but a gas station so plan accordingly. Amber at the front desk was kind and helpful. Bluetooth door locks did not work but the breakfast was fabulous.

    Same as before.

This hotel excels at making you stay like you're at home. The GM Shondra is one of the nicest people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Shole goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best possible. They serve breakfast from 6am to 10am for all guest. The food is great and prepared and served hot and delicious.

Lobby, busy early evening. No pool available, no greeting with fresh cookies ... oh well. There will be a hot breakfast and waffles!

Good service, clean rooms, predictable and well located chain. We use Hampton Inn often. Breakfast is 4 stars, pool is not open, we were told when we arrived, "not open, it's closed", my response : "gee thanks". So that would be zero stars. Yes, I really like hot tubs and swimming a few laps to relax after a long drive. Glad it's here in Jackson - cost about $50 more than the other chains.

We were so disappointed in this hotel! The lobby looks nice but out room was aweful! It is run down! And we were not the only ones to complain. There is an older couple at the desk telling them they left a bad review due to all the mold in the bathroom. Our bathroom was disgusting. Drops of urine on floor in front of toilet. Pubic hair all over bathtub and the soap dish. The shower had mold and pink bacteria growth all over it! The carpet was ripped and frayed at the seams at the bathroom door. The worst part was the bed. We pulled the sheets back to fin the bed sheets had not been changed! Dried stains looked like body fluids and hair and all messy! The housekeeper must have just pulled the sheets/comforter up and never changed the sheets! The mirror and wall above the sink at the entry had some type of dark sticky liquid stains all over the wall and mirror! We called the front desk to move rooms. Chris was once and said they had one other room Ee asked to see it first....the AC wasn't working so we did not want that room It was almost midnight and we had driven several hours after getting off work so trying to find another hotel at that hour was not an option. We asked the front desk staff for clean sheets and we made up the bed We will not come back! After hearing another couple complain about how dirty their room was with all the mold, this wasn't an isolated event! The hotel manager should be ashamed to allow this hotel to be so run down and lack the basic hygiene standards for a bathroom and everyone expects clean sheets! This was so gross!

This is what we arrived at to keep the blinds open :-(

Our stay started with blinds that wouldn't open. The staff was super nice...the blinds were Electric in an ADA Compliant room. Staff was trying to help with the upgrades that were Not ready for the public. The shower curtain fell off and there was plenty of mold in the shower:( Breakfast...bar wasn't ready until 6:20 and the staff was unapologetic and acted as though we were in the wrong for arriving at breakfast at 6 a.m., when it's posted that it opens. We usually trust a Hampton Inn but for a travel ball tournament, I would look for another hotel.

I am driving across country with my family and stopped at the Hampton in. First, the front desk was rude at check in which I blew off. The lobby was nasty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We got to our room and it was FILTHY and the shower wouldn't work. I went to the front desk and he switched us to another room. We walked into the room and the coffee pot was sitting in the middle of the table and crumbs were all over. There was, what looked like blood, on the walls by the bed. I went back down stairs where the front desk gentleman was on his AirPods talking on the phone. I was a big inconvenience to him as he had to stop his conversation to talk to me. I told him about the room and asked to speak to a manager. He said there wasn't one. I told him the issue and he didn't care and told me there was nothing he could do. I'm disappointed in how rude the staff has been at every turn and disgusted at the filth. I travel for work often and stay in hotels and never have I been in one so unkept.

Linens were clean with fresh odor, pillows were fluffy and firm, bed was very comfortable!

After multiple flight delays, I ended up getting a rental and making the excursion from Ohio to Louisiana. Nearing midnight, I saw the hotel from the highway and decided to rest for the night. I parked under the underpass for convenience and rang the doorbell, which indicated to me that the building was secure. A friendly gentleman greeted me from behind the desk, got me checked in, informed me of the renovations and the continental breakfast. He was professional & personal, and as a female traveling alone, he put me at ease about staying the night. The room was clean and not by the elevator or stairwell, which was important to me. The breakfast was to be expected from any continental breakfast and the other guest were friendly and pleasant. The morning attendant was super friendly and encouraging and checkout was easy. This would have been a 5 star review, but the staff member who oversaw breakfast was on her phone, rude when asked for a separate utensil for the sausage, and did too much walking around while complaining loudly. There are too many people in this world who'd love to be employed, so if you're that unhappy, go find somewhere that better suits your needs. All in all I'd definitely recommend staying here, and thank the staff for making my stay memorable!

If I could give this zero stars, believe me I would. I am a loyal Hilton customer, but made a huge mistake staying here. It's absolutely filthy. The bathroom had zero toilet paper. The shower was dirty. The pillows and bedding were stained and disgusting. The whole building has an awful smell. It's musty and just so gross. If I hadn't arrived so late at night, then I certainly would have left. Please don't waste your money by staying here.

Hands down the worst Hampton Inn I've ever been to. The front desk staff was less than helpful. I wound up leaving within 20 minutes and staying at the Courtyard next door. This hotel does not value their Diamond members at all. The stagnant smell of cigarette smoke was so terrible, it smelt like a nightclub in my room. The hotel just wasn't clean. There were stains on the carpet and randomn cleaning products just left laying in the room.

No waffles and no juice at the breakfast bar and nobody cares.

Beds are extremely comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast is very good; with all the favorites. The reception area has iced water with lemons in it and a pool/gym down the hall. Neither of which we used during our stay, so I cannot speak to those amenities. First impression was our room smelled fresh/clean!! Upon pulling out the couch to make a bed for my kiddo, I noticed it had crumbs in the bottom and the cushion needed to be washed (stains on them). Also, the shower needed to be bleached and scrubbed as well as floors, I'm a housecleaner so I notice things like that. I am very grateful there were clean linens in the room and didn't notice any bugs on the bedding though. I will add the AC was perfect and the bed was true to its name (comfortable). For breakfast, there were hot biscuits & gravy, eggs, potatoes hash and then cold breakfast items as well as fresh coffee! I overheard the ice machines on the second and third floor were out of order because an older gentleman was trying to get some for his cup and couldn't find any. All things considered, I would stay here again. Safe, friendly staff, and comfortable!
