They were spacious, well appointed and the kitchen décor next level. The showers had great water pressure and were very spacious. The pool area is not large but it is well maintained. Much of the pool is shallow which allows for you to sit and chat with friends. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel is located on the canal with a beautiful view. The property is located conveniently next to the Piggly Wiggly which allowed for quick grocery and supply runs as needed. Sadly, due to an impending hurricane, we were evacuated 3 days into our vacation so I did not get to fully explore the property and the area. I hope to one day return to Sunset Cove Resort in order to experience the property more fully!

The resort truly feels like a lush sanctuary, and our 12-year-old absolutely loved the water area -- especially the three water slides and lazy river, which quickly became the highlight of the trip. We stayed in a King room with a balcony, and the spacious marble bathroom with double vanities felt especially luxurious. I also appreciated the little details throughout the stay, like the in-room Nespresso coffee bar and the Diptyque toiletries featuring the Philosykos scent -- a fresh fig and woody blend that made the room feel extra spa-like. During our stay, we explored several dining options around the property. We grabbed breakfast to-go from EXpress(O), enjoyed evening cocktails at Bella Vista Lounge, and relaxed poolside with chips, guacamole, and drinks from Ría Bar. Everything felt very family-friendly while still maintaining that signature Ritz-Carlton luxury experience. Restaurants in this hotel are not their best characteristic. The outdoor restaurant by the pool seems to be the preferred one but it was not great. The food was just OK. Nothing positive except the housekeeping staff. They do a great job at keeping the pubiic areas clean and the rooms themselves. I interacted with the front desk on three different occasions. (1) Check in, (2) to ask to switch rooms and (3) to request a late check out of 30 min. We wanted to come back after the tournament to clean up and change before the long drive home. I don't know if they are just lazy or don't care. They were unfriendly and gave the impression that they are being inconvenienced. "No" is the first immediate response. Breakfast - not worth my time to write about. Only thing I can mention is that we got back at 10:03am (3 mins after breakfast ended) from the tournament. They were starting to clean up the breakfast area and would not let our teen grab a muffin.

At the GreenLinks, I experienced the most heinous and unacceptable incident I've ever encountered…read morewhile traveling. When checking out of my unit and loading my vehicle, a contractor working renovations on-site (driving a white Ford truck, Florida plate 09DXQG) began smoking outside my open condo and car. All of my car doors were open and he could have smoked anywhere else that wouldn't have filled my new car and the non-smoking condo with his cigarette smoke. I responded by simply closing my doors because I wanted to check out and I didn't have time to argue with him. Rather than walk away, the individual became verbally aggressive and initiated a confrontation with me (a paying guest). After I stated that I would report his behavior to his employer, the perpetrator lost his temper and went to his truck to retrieve something while verbally THREATENING ME WITH A GUN. I immediately went back inside to get my phone and call 911. Emergency services instructed me to shelter inside the condo and I waited more than 17 minutes for deputies to arrive. Multiple officers responded, a lengthy ordeal ensued and this all occurred while families and other guests were present. Despite the involvement of police and despite my reporting what happened to the GreenLinks staff immediately after the incident, the perpetrator was not removed from the property and remained on-site in the days that followed. What made the terrible situation even worse was the response (or lack thereof) from GreenLinks management samantha hendricks and randy bayard. When I reported the incident, I expected concern and a commitment to address what had happened. Instead, management dismissed the situation and suggested I stay elsewhere in the future. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of how serious the incident was, and no indication that a friendly environment let alone a safe environment were any concern whatsoever. I found samantha hendricks and randy bayard to be grossly negligent, openly contemptuous of guest wellbeing, and utterly unfit for any role that requires customer service let alone management. Their response to an incredibly serious incident was not only totally inadequate, but in fact made the distress and moral outrage caused by the ordeal that much worse. I would strongly urge anyone considering a stay here not to place your trust and your safety in the hands of these degenerates. FYI - GreenLinks does not own the majority of the condos on-site -- most are privately owned and rented through third-party platforms. You'll find far better, more updated units available from individual hosts who actually care about their guests and providing a sense of hospitality. Alternatively, there are several nearby hotels operated by professional, corporate entities where basics like safety and guest wellbeing are taken seriously, unlike the dirty mafia that I encountered at GreenLinks.

We usually stay at the Inn on fifth when we're in Naples, but they were booked so I decided to try the Park Central. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Of course it's not a prestige property like the Naples Inn, but for what it does, giving you a clean room and a comfortable bed and place to stay for the night, it does well! Breakfast offerings are somewhat meager. Might've been due to the time of the year, which was highly off-season, (but they were still reasonably full. It seemed). But 100% would stay again if I was coming to Naples and didn't need a prime location.
