Always accommodating and love the welcome sparkling wine when you arrive. Makes you feel like you have truly arrived. This is a beautiful boutique Hotel which also adds to its charm. Love that they offer snacks in the afternoon along with a contential type of breakfast. Room's are well appointed only sad that they no longer have Nest toiletries. When they had those they smelled like the beach which also made you feel like you were at a coastal getaway. While the Beach is down the road the water is close by. Hotel has both traditional rooms as well as several villas. Love each time we come and highly recommend this Hotel. Always a good time.

We had a hotel driver take us to a restaurant and when it was closed he took us to another place. When we were unable to renew our room because a wedding had the main hotel booked, the concierge gave us a reduced price on the cabin, which was gorgeous. The building is clean and well maintained. We were lucky to come on Tuesday evening and there was a pianist playing in the lobby, which was lovely. Overall, a charming and well maintained hotel with great service within walking distance of 5th Ave. P.S- they have free cookies in the lobby.

Lightswitch didn't work to turn on room lights when you walk in Outside in the back by the restaurant it seemed dirty and all the planters had dead plants in them and they also seemed short staffed. There was live music but it was so loud it was impossible to try and have a conversation. Terrible! Would not recommend. This place is trending to be a Motel 6 in a year and at $79 a night they'll be gouging people at that price.

The hotel elevators do not function properly, and the staff advised it would be too expensive to fix. It too a long while to be greeted by a server, and when we were greeted, we were simply asked, "What can I get you?" No hello, no my name is, no welcome, no sorry for the wait, nothing. We did enjoy the food, which arrived in decent time. The pool was in need of a skimming with lots of bugs on top and the jacuzzi looked dingy. I asked the front desk lady 3 times to turn the overhead lights on and she refused. She said we could turn on the lamps. As an active soccer family, I have never had an experience like this before at the stay and play suite. We could not enjoy pizza in the lobby as a team simply because the hotel turned all of the lights off and refused to turn them on.

The air conditioner was indeed noisy, so I only turned it on when I was not in the room. The hotel has a small cafe serving breakfast and brunch and you can order take away. We usually stay at the Inn on fifth when we're in Naples, but they were booked so I decided to try the Park Central. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Of course it's not a prestige property like the Naples Inn, but for what it does, giving you a clean room and a comfortable bed and place to stay for the night, it does well! Breakfast offerings are somewhat meager. Might've been due to the time of the year, which was highly off-season, (but they were still reasonably full. It seemed). But 100% would stay again if I was coming to Naples and didn't need a prime location.
