We had a good one night stay here. Conveniently located right off the I10 we decided to spend the night here as we did not want to drive all the way to El Paso. I booked and checked in on the app and it was a breeze. Upon arrival, we walked past the check in desk and went straight up to our room. We got a two queen sized bedroom and it was spacious. The one thing I like was the fitness room is open from 6am to midnight. Check-in was easy, everyone was nice. I thought the room was clean until I seen some stuff on the wall, not sure what it was but it looked gross. The tvs in the room were not smart tvs, but they had 49 channels from directv. The outlet next to the bed was not working at all and was missing the USB connectors. I had to use the one by the TV. Just made it more inconvenient. The shower drain was clogged, so when I was showering the water wasn't draining properly. The sheets were clean and my room had 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. The site was OK, but there was a lot wrong, than there was right. I had my sleep sign on the door, but for some reason the person vacuuming the hallway kept slamming the vacuum into the door constantly. Kind of a disappointment. Enjoyed a one night stay at this 6 year old facility. Very up to date modern interiors. Clean and attractive. The evening desk staff was ok. Not overly helpful with our digital room key. Couldn't get it to work. Asked for card keys. The room was great. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Morning staff were very pleasant especially the woman hostess for the breakfast. Terrific breakfast! Fresh cut up fruit, oatmeal (cooked, not packets) fresh blueberries. Omelets and hard boiled eggs, etc. Very clean with of seating options. We travel with our dog. Nice dog friendly facility. ( We made reservations on line. We had a nice stay here for a few nights. Not much is nearby, but was close to where we needed to be. The rooms are modern and clean. It had a small refrigerator and a coffee maker, but no microwave and no tea or water given. Breakfast included was decent and the main item changed daily. The waffle batter also changed daily which was yummy. They have a decent workout room and a small pool on site. All in all, clean and comfortable. read more

What a gem of a Hampton! Very new hotel with lots of space and modern touches like plugs and usb everywhere. Our room had a mini fridge but no microwave. Bathroom was very modern with very large shower (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Complimentary breakfast rounded out our stay. The rooms are pre-Covid clean and even labels which room has been disinfected with Lysol I felt so safe, even in the room things were label that was disinfectant as well definitely a piece of mind during these times. Now this Hampton Inn has gone to no bars of soap or bottles of shampoo, conditioner or lotion. It's all in dispenser on the wall. If they are going to do this, FILL THE DISPENSERS PLEASE!! We got in the shower to find the shower gel dispenser was completely EMPTY. Come on!! And housekeeping left only decaf coffee and a coffee tray that doesn't fit the coffee maker so we had to hold the coffee tray in place while it made coffee. This did not make my coffee drinking husband happy when we were leaving at 5am (before breakfast is offered downstairs)! The bed also squeeked every time one of us moved. It might be time for the management to check out the rooms they offer. On a good note, the manager on duty was able to change our reservation without any penalties when we were unable to make our original reservation due to road closures from snow. We greatly appreciated that. read more

Best for business travelers! This hotel is 20mins south of central Tucson but right along the i10 so still easy to get out of town. Fresh, clean rooms. Quality sulfate free shampoo, conditioners and body wash. The gym had all new equipment, few ellipticals, few treadmills, a peloton bike, free weights, bench, mats. Everything that you need! Breakfast is 6am-10am included scrambled eggs, waffle station, oatmeal station, fruits, yogurt and lots of coffee. 2 meetings rooms downstairs for quiet space to get some work done. Water temp and pressure were good, showers and toilets clean. Beds weren't scary to sleep in. read more

Pretty cool new hotel, the only hotel in the vail/rita ranch community. Super clean, everything is new and fresh. The rooms are very nice, the suite we stayed in, had cool barn style rolling doors separating the bathroom and living area. Large TV, good channels. The breakfast on the weekends is good, the breakfast on weekdays is even better. Only negative is the pool is very small, but nice and clean. Will stay here again. read more

I just have to say Rodrigo was fantastic while checking in and if it weren't for our encounter in the morning during breakfast this hotel would have gotten 5 stars for sure! We were running late and my husband said let's just eat at the hotel but knowing it was close to shutting down we knew there wouldn't be much. My husband stated to me there were no eggs (no biggie) and then the Hampton employee had to be snarky and state that's what happens when you come five minutes to close. We were clearly aware we were late and therefore knew there wouldn't be much. My husband was talking to me and no one else and she took it upon herself to insert herself into OUR conversation so therefore it definitely was snarky. She kept trying to explain she wasn't being snarky and wouldn't let it go so I just told her to shut up and of course she lost her cool. I know I shouldn't have said that but dear lord she wouldn't let it go and had she just kept to herself there would have never been an issue. Ever heard of, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. She should have followed that. Do better ma'am! read more

Very nice, it's a beautiful hotel with excellent decor, I have never seen those touchless key card scanners before, very cool. Our two bed room was very clean and comfortable, the sheets where very thin but warm and the pillows where very soft. I was a little surprised the bathroom door doesn't lock, it just slides. the shower door didn't close all the way, you had to force it to close and it would make this awful screeching noise, and you'd need two hands to pull the door back open and suffer that sound again. The soundproofing left much to be desired, we could hear people walking around in the hallway and the room above, not to mention the trains going by and blowing their whistles every couple of hours. But beside from the noise, I slept really good here, breakfast was good and I really appreciate the location of the hotel, it's just outside of the big part of the city but just a three minute walk to a Burger King, a gas station, a subway, a Walmart, an EV charging station and more. read more

NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE! My 90 year old husband and I were very disappointed in the service. At this hotel. we stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned the room, made the beds, changed the dirty towels, emptied the full trash, or replenished the toilet paper. After 2 1/2 days, I asked at the desk for service and she simply handed me a stack of towels! I asked about cleaning and trash removal and she sent someone up to empty the trash. That was it. At these prices, this was unacceptable. Other issues, no side table to hold the CPAP machine which had to be on the floor near the outlet, only one chair in the room for two very senior citizens and a tiny refrigerator where we couldn't even fit our leftover restaurant box. They did have a decent bathroom but closed with a sliding door shared with the closet. So when the closet was closed, the bathroom was open. When the bathroom was closed, the closet was open. Odd! There are many other places to stay in Tucson. read more

This Hilton has a great look the decor is updated and was very clean. When we checked in there weren't any towels we only had two wash clothes . The bed in our room was terribly uncomfortable . I thought it was odd because usually we stay at Hilton and the beds are amazing it's one of the reasons we choose Hilton . read more

Overall my experience was decent. Clean spacious rooms. Front desk employees hit or miss if they have a good attitude or not. There was one gentlemen, Mazin. he went above and beyond every time I interacted with him. Very polite/friendly & always looked like he was hustling. He went out of his way to bring us some extra items to our room when in need, regardless of if they were short staffed. Kuddos to him! My husband and I really appreciate his hard work! read more

Hotel is new, clean and very friend staff. Coffee was fresh in the morning and the food was decent. Room was very quiet and well maintained. This hotel is also service dog friendly and very accommodating to both the service animal as well as the guests. Parking is ample and very well lit. Only downside to it is the single ply sandpaper they have in the bathroom. If you plan on staying a couple of nights, it would probably be beneficial to bring some charmin or angel soft. read more

Clean and new, this Hampton has a lot to offer for a good price. Large rooms with a great shower. Some things need to be looked at by staff. No glasses in the bathroom send you looking for something to drink out of. Hot water diminishes pretty quickly. Little to no cell signal in room, a long walk to guest rooms from outside entrance. And I won't even mention the pillows because I think all hotels have gone to those disappearing pillows or the hard ones. Beyond their control was the constant slamming of doors and stomping of second floor guests who obviously were never educated in hotel etiquette. Over all, I think this location is in its infancy and will improve with time and reviews, hopefully clerks will learn to get a guest's name correct, be able to look up Rewards accounts, and remember to get credit card numbers at check in so you don't get a 7:00 AM call asking for one. read more

Everything about this location was amazing. On the website we accidentally booked the wrong date, we called and they fixed it. Check in was smooth and he staff was more than pleasant. Our family of 4 generations went on a Fall Break road-trip from Texas to Arizona and New Mexico to visit some NPS sites. Rooms were average Hampton Inn size. We stayed in a King bed Suite room. The room was very clean. Linens were in good shape and clean. Pillows and mattress comfortable. We had to call for some extra towels and they were brought to room. Nice not to have to go back to front desk to pick up. Had to request our water bottles and snack for being Diamond member but given to us immediately upon request. The hotel itself is a little drive from most tourist attractions in the Tucson area but that was not a problem for us. Will stay here again if ever in the area. read more

Called front desk within 36 hours after leaving this hotel as several clothing items were accidentally left in room. I asked for someone to just go check the room quickly. I was told an email would be sent to housekeeping and lost/found would be checked. After 4 days, staff did not return my calls. It took three calls to find out whether these items left in room (#312) were found and returned. Finally when I made the last call Lawanda said "Housekeeping said no one turned in anything like that." I was promised a return call would be made and my phone number was given each call. Looking for another place to stay on my trips to this area. I just don't like being treated in this manner. This hotel is your standard hotel with no special amenities. Easy to be replaced with another in the area that has better customer service and conscientious staff. read more
