First off, location was easily accessible! Staff was amazing, check-in was smooth. Rooms are clean! It was supplied with appropriate needed items and linens. Breakfast was always fresh and ready! Along with constant hot coffee. We found our place to stay when here in Jackson! We also met the manager, Sicily, very nice, gracious and after having a 3 night stay. Picked this hotel at random on our 19 hour drive to Florida. Glad we did. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and new downstairs. The room was fine and after having stayed in several hotels recently, the pillows in this hotel were the absolute best. Breakfast was fantastic because they had bacon. And good bacon at that. Excellent Staff, Excellent stay! On 10/7/24 my mother and I were evacuating from the upcoming hurricane, Milton. We spent the 6th driving thru Georgia and at 6am on the 7th we finally found refuge here! The Front Desk Staff Member, we believe her name was Jasmine (from Bronx, Ny), was so kind to us - she listened to the evacuation route we had; driving all night and finding no where to stay. She empathized and cared about us when she didn't have to. Then, she put us in a beautiful, clean, and spacious place room near the elevators so we can get some rest, refresh and go. She solved all of our problems with her caring demeanor and helped us get to our evacuation location with the rest of our family. Jasmine, your empathy and kindness were most appreciated! This place is DIRTY!! Yes it's brand new but it's disgusting. Also for whatever reason everyone who stays here is as loud as they can possibly be at all hours of the night. I've stayed here for 9 nights, I regret every second of it. There's nothing around here to do or eat. The hotel is dirty, the walls are thin. There are only 13 channels even though it's DirectTV. Do yourself a favor and go one exit north. Stay away from this place! read more

My family checked in on December 28 around 8pm for 5 nights to stay near my in-laws in Jackson. We have stayed here before with no issues. We booked two rooms for the duration of our stay. Upon check in the desk attendant was seated in the lobby on his cell phone. He smelled like marijuana. He didn't greet us and got up and went behind the desk and asked my name and if I had a reservation. He made no eye contact, didn't acknowledge me when I said hello and asked how he was, and simply handed us the key and said nothing else. We got up to the room and we were given 2 bath towels for 5 people. I sent my kids down to get more. I then noticed the pull out sofa had no bedding. I again sent the kids down to get bedding. He was rude to my kids both times they went down. He seemed to be annoyed by having to do any work at all. He gave them one fitted sheet and said they were out of pillows. I called down to ask if someone could bring up a blanket, he told me, "Uh, you can come and get it. This ain't no concierge service." I asked if a manager was available to speak with and he told me, "Yes, me!" He told me his name was "D." My husband then went down to get a blanket but he refused to give him one and instead gave him another fitted sheet. My 8 year old slept with a fitted sheet as her blanket all night. The next morning I went down to discuss how terrible the night went, prepared to check out and go somewhere else; however, Veronica and Mia were amazing and apologetic. They said D is not a manager and they were not out of blankets and pillows. We decided to stay because they were so amazing. We avoided D the rest of our stay. We did see him coming from the back of the building one night where it looked like he had been smoking with another guy while on duty. Faith and Jessica were also amazing staff. The ice machine was broken and you have to get ice from the employee kitchen. The laundry machine and dryer are also out of service. We live in CA and have never had such horrible customer service as we did from D. Next time when we visit we will stay elsewhere. read more

Wish I could rate negative, all because of my Interaction with AWONA, she refused to give her last name. Her attitude was deplorable. AWONA was by far, the worst represtative I've ever encountered In my life. Tho hotel AWONA is paid to represent overbooked us and she could care less about the mistake, Offered no solution whatsoever and was incredibly rude to me. I was astonished at how horrible AWONA treated me and I will be filing A formal complaint with corporate tomorrow. I have many details to share. read more
