Pet friendly, and even parking lot facing rooms can still see water from window

Clean, modern, pet friendly, right across from beach, free breakfast, plenty of parking, great location, and beautiful pool. Can a hotel have it all? This one does!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Comfy beds, great view and location. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because when I was getting a room there the 2 front desk workers was so rude to me. Makes me never wanna go back to that Hampton Inn.

Sad to have to post this because of previous good experiences, but this stay was hands down the worst hotel experience in the last several years for our family. I've never posted a review like this on Yelp, but I'm trying to save other families some regret. 1) The entire downstairs is under construction to the point that there is no lobby. For breakfast, I was handed a bag with a bagel, a banana, an orange juice, and apple, and a water - for my entire family. Upon requesting another bag, an employee who spoke no English was wagging his finger in my face saying ONE over and over, loudly. I told him I had an entire family in the room, and I needed another and another employee said "You can go next door to the Hilton if you need anything else" and walked off. Wow, what great service and accommodations! :/ 2) We had a water leak - a bad one - from the A/C unit and the carpet underneath it was drenched (like soaked), and who knows for how long. We requested another room - which they didn't have - and was told that they knew about it (why would you still book those rooms??), and their A/C installation "technician" didn't seal most of the units correctly so "many of them were leaking". ....but the hotel was full so they couldn't move us to another room. So I guess they booked all those rooms?? MOLD GROWS under wet carpet. I mean, this is where we're at after one night? Also, they had huge industrial carpet drying fans in the hallways in the morning. Fun! :/ 3) Staff's attitude and helpfulness was beneath anything that could be considered service. Check my other Yelp reviews. I've never posted anything like this before. It was that bad. 4) Water never got hot in shower the first night. I will concede that it did work fine the next morning, but still. It was hit-or-miss within a 24hr time period. 5) No fire alarms in room. They were taken out and not replaced. Yet they still booked the room like that. 6) Look at the Hotel hot tub in attached pics. Wow. So needless to say, I'm done. This was always my go-to place to stay on our way to Florida, but after the way we were treated and spoken to, plus the fact that the hotel shouldn't even be open and they're booking rooms like this with literally soaked carpet that's been there who-knows-how-long without telling the customer ahead of time...I'm out. Only thing I can suggest is coming back after construction is done (whenever that will be), and hope management trains employees in customer service (or, instead, treats them well enough for them to at least halfway enjoy their jobs), and then hope it's decent. Absolutely abysmal experience. Will never be back. Hotel shouldn't be open like this, and needs serious customer service training for employees.

This is the dirtiest most rancid smelling room!

Folks are vaping cherry vomit in the halls- front desk gave me Clorox wipes and room deodorizers to clean the old sweat smell. Do not come here! No charm and definitely no interest in staying open...I hope I don't get bedbugs

I'm not sure why this is so highly rated. I'm having trouble believing there aren't any nicer or newer hotels in the area. I was here for work. The hotel inside is dated and my room looked a little depressing and sad with fluorescent lighting, chipped paint and damage on walls. Not confident in housekeeping since there was dust all over the lighting fixtures, they didn't replenish a laundry bag that usually hangs in the closet and for some odd reason they put the coffeemaker and all the k-cups in the bathroom! Why would one do this if they could be placed on a table far, far away from a toilet?? The breakfast thankfully was fine. Check-in was ok. I will look elsewhere for my next trip to this area.

Not sure why people would rate this hotel at even 4 stars. If you still stay here after reading this review then I don't feel bad for you, it's a old hotel that need repairs and renovation.

    No wifi even available!!

A scam of a place. Will let you pay for a falsely advertised room. Also the wifi was not working they said the routers were down. Have attempted to contact them for reimbursement with no response. My booking agency has also tried to contact them with no response. Tried to go downstairs for free breakfast and the smell of the food made me want to vomit. There was also no bathroom door. Which was gross. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.

Our stay here was decent. I do like this particular location because of their: 1. location (right in front of the beach), 2. free breakfast & 3. friendly staff. Some things I didn't like: 1. our shower didn't have a shower curtain - at first, I thought it was just one of those types of showers that's made to be without a curtain. Wrong, housekeeping just "forgot" to put one back on. 2. our key card was pointless at entrance/exit doors. The exit door to the back parking lot has a scanner for your card, but it was broken, so it was pretty pointless. Anyone could've come in. Not safe. Overall, decent stay. They have a pretty big parking lot in the back, and some parts share with the Hyatt next door. They have a small pool in the front, overlooking the beach. The pool, in my opinion, is awkwardly situated. The breakfast area looks directly at the pool and the Hyatt's pool is right next to it. I thought Hampton had 2 pools, until I was told it was the other hotel's. Customer service was friendly (as per usual with Hilton) and for Mother's Day, it was sweet they gave roses to the mothers.

This hotel is old, dated, dark and in need of a serious update. The walls are paper thin and you can here neighbors talking normally and partying next door. We checked in at 830pm, walked into the room and immediately realized this hotel was not up to Hilton standards. It was severely outdated and very depressing. We stay a lot at with Hilton and we're able to achieve diamond status with them. We are very familiar with the brand. This hotel is not up to their standards. We requested a checked out and refund 30 mins after we got there. The location is great and with a major renovation, the property could become a 4/5 star. We don't recommend this property to any loyal Hilton member. We moved to the Hampton inn 5 miles away off the I-10 and what a difference.

What keeps me coming back is that I feel like I get value for my money. Compared to many casinos, Beau Rivage has been generous with complimentary offers, free play, dining credits, and other promotions. While gambling always involves risk, I personally feel like my money lasts longer here, and I've had some enjoyable wins over the years. Although I haven't personally won more than $1,000 at one time, I've seen many reports on social media and heard from family and friends who have won several thousand dollars here. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience whether you're there to gamble, dine, or relax. One thing I really appreciate that often gets overlooked is the restrooms. The women's bathrooms are very spacious with a large number of stalls, which makes a big difference during busy times. Even when the casino is crowded, you don't feel packed in or waiting forever. Everything is kept clean and well-organized, and it's one of the more comfortable restroom setups I've experienced in a large casino. Parking is a bit of a long walk from the garage to the casino floor, but I personally don't mind it because it gives me some extra walking and exercise. For those who prefer convenience, valet is a good option, especially for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. My biggest concern is the cell phone service inside the casino. Most of the time, your phone will not work properly once you're deep inside the building, especially in the casino area. It feels like being underground or in a basement where service drops completely. To get a signal back, you often have to walk closer to exits or the security desk area, or wait until you leave the casino entirely. In today's world, having reliable phone service is important, and this is definitely something Beau Rivage should improve. As for the dining options, I've eaten at Stalla, Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, and several of the other restaurants on the property. The food quality has generally been good, and the restaurants provide a nice dining experience. Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, in particular, stands out. The food was very good and better reflected the comfort food, Southern flavors, and Mississippi Gulf Coast cooking that I was hoping to find during my visit. I think some of the other restaurants at Beau Rivage could take notes from Salt & Ivy when it comes to menu development and food preparation. While many of the other restaurants serve good food, some menus feel more generic and don't always capture the local flavors and culinary traditions of Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. When I visit Biloxi, I want to experience food that reflects the region, and Salt & Ivy does a much better job of delivering that experience. The buffet is decent and offers a variety of choices, but I would also like to see more regional favorites and authentic Gulf Coast cuisine. With Beau Rivage being such a premier destination in Biloxi, I think the food program has the potential to better showcase the area's culinary traditions. The only thing I'm still waiting on is a complimentary room offer! Hopefully that comes with future visits. Overall, Beau Rivage continues to be one of my favorite casinos. Between the beautiful property, enjoyable gaming experience, generous promotions, and quality amenities, it's a place I recommend to friends and family. A few improvements to the food offerings and phone connectivity would make the experience even better.

    Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

    (359 reviews)

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The water pressure was pretty low in both bathrooms but the temperature was nice and hot. And there are vents in the bathrooms, something I hardly ever see. I am also extremely satisfied that they opted for rugs versus carpets, as carpets can get nasty and you can't replace them easily. The beds were comfy, towels were thick and heavy, the rooms were cold, ac's working top notch, the classic old touch of luxury just brings you back to another time. Upon check in they gave us tokens for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. 10 out of 10 I recommend and would stay here again. But if you do, you're on your own for breakfast. Also, the concierge people weren't rude, exactly, but not friendly at all. If I were to improve the stay, I would have a pull-out magnifying mirror in the bathroom, extra towels, extra blankets as the comforter was as thin as 3 sheets put together, perhaps larger travel bottles of shampoo and body wash, dish soap and towel in the kitchen, and it wouldn't hurt to have the foyer smelling good with diffusers.
