    Comfortable, seating, breakfast area

Safe, clean, with friendly staff, everything you would expect from a Hampton! Just a short drive from Kings Island, this Hampton Inn is conveniently located next to restaurants, such as waffle House, and TexasRoadhouse, and within an easy drive to attractions at Kings Island. Ample parking space, good street lighting, and easy access to main roads, make this a travel friendly destination. A clean and inviting pool, newly remodeled, breakfast area, and clean modern rooms make this a good choice for stays in the area. I have actually visited this Hampton many times over the years, and can say that the current owners have paid attention to detail, and invested in the building to keep it up-to-date. Comfortable for families, single, travelers, or business, I don't think you will be disappointed if you are accustomed to the Hampton experience!

Room was older, but clean. Used online check in. Spent 2 nights here while exploring King's Island. Did not spend much time in hotel. Air conditioning/heating unit had a maintenance issue (loudly cycling) and disturbed my sleep. Walls relatively thin with noise coming through door, but hotel pretty empty during winter season so it was not troubling.

My feet were not black until I stepped into the shower. Stopper broken.

Most important, beds were comfortable with good linens. Bathtub had a broken stopper and something sticky on the bottom that left black footprints that didn't go away during the shower. Also, the wall needs spackle--15 minute job ignored.

Not bad. Thought it would be more beat up considering all the families that stay here from Kings Island. Very nice room and nice service.

The hotel was beautiful! A couple bars located within the hotel, they only offer valet so if you…read moredon't pay for valet you'll have to find a parking garage near by. This hotel is located next to many bar/restaurants easy to walk to. Safe location, views from the upper floors are nice.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on September 20th. It is a nice hotel located in the Liberty Center…read moreshopping/entertainment complex. The room has a clean, minimalist look. There was a mini-type fridge with some water in it but I couldn't tell whether the water was included or extra. There was no separate refrigerator which is a shame being there are so many restaurants in Liberty Center. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable but there wasn't a lot of amenities. There is a small mini-safe, iron and ironing board and a small area where you can hang a few clothes. The shower is kind of an open style shower with no door. These rooms aren't designed for long stays. The big draw would be it's in Liberty Center and you can shop, eat and drink and not have to worry about driving. I would recommend for one night but probably not more than one. Rooms are in the $200 plus range. There is a bar area on the 2nd floor and it is nice. If you elected on getting breakfast in the morning it's is around $14 a person. There is a small store in the lobby with sodas and snacks for purchase. There is parking near the hotel but if you've never been here before, I would recommend you come early so you can locate it. We stayed overnight because we went to a comedy show at the Funny Bone which is within walking distance. I do recommend.

Do NOT stay here. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. If there was a rating…read moreless than 1 star I would have chosen that. We stayed at this hotel with students for the WGI Championship and encountered extremely poor customer service, unsafe conditions, and serious cleanliness issues--including bed bugs. Multiple members of our group were affected, and we were informed that another group experienced the same issue. Beyond that, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. We found hair on the towels, stained sheets, a malfunctioning shower with little to no hot water, and doors that would not properly close or lock. The pull-out couch was covered in crumbs, there was a dirty handprint on the sheets, and even rubber bands from braces left on the bed. Trim was falling off the walls, and key cards repeatedly failed to work. We stayed for four days, and not once were our rooms serviced--no fresh towels, no toilet paper restock, and no trash removal. Safety and sanitation were also major concerns. The lobby doors were never secured at night, and after breakfast, staff wiped tables with their hands rather than using any disinfectant. Customer service was equally unacceptable. When we requested to speak with a manager, we were told none would be available until Monday--after our departure. Due to these conditions, I have contacted the health department and the hotel's corporate office. This hotel is not safe or suitable for guests. I strongly urge others to avoid staying here unless you are willing to risk your health and safety.
