This is the dirtiest and nastiest Hilton hotel I have stayed in. It is not that the building is old - I have stayed in many old hotels including Hiltons. There is visible mold around the bathtub and on the floors. The room stinks. It was not cleaned after the last occupant. Trash on the desk and used washcloth on the floor next to the vanity. Unmade bed. Also, when the a/c fan turns on, it sounds like a locomotive horn is sounding outside the window. There is much more, but I don't want to spend anymore time on this. read more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Franklin, KY when we went to Kentucky Downs for racing. It's only minutes from the track so very convenient. It was pricey, likely due to the race weekend, and sold out. Breakfast and most amenities you would want in a hotel. Very clean and a friendly staff. 78 read more

We stayed three nights to visit the Ark. I have always had good experiences with The Hampton Inn so I did not hesitate to book there. This Hampton was old. The beds were comfy, lots of clean towels and such but there was blonde hair on the bathroom floor and the cleanliness was just not what I'm used to for this hotel brand. The room was very small with two queen beds crammed in. There was no closet but instead was a makeshift area with a curtain over it. Front desk was nice and the buffet lady made bacon after it was requested. read more

I would do no stars if possible. This place is horrible! Falling apart, dirty, stinks, and rooms look like they belong in a hotel of horrors. Staff is rude, untrained, unfriendly, and scary. Save yourseld the time, money, and aggravation, and just keep driving. Possible drug transactions are going on in the parking lot. Avoid if you don't want yourself or your family exposed to this unsavory place. The first you'll notice is the entryway of the building falling apart! Caution for falling debry! read more

This was our first time to stay at this location. It is an older, smaller but, very clean and nice place. The front desk clerk was not that friendly and when she checked me in did not even bother to thank me for being an Honors Member as most Hiltons do. The room was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The free wifi was somewhat slow but, it worked OK. The breakfast area was very small but was well taken care of and all the items were fresh and refilled as needed. The lady that was there appeared to work very hard to get everything just right. The location is very good and there is easy access on/off the interstate. There is a lot of competition in the area and the Hampton was full so it appears they are doing things right. We would stay again if we are traveling in the area. read more

This Hampton Inn is very run down. Bathroom tile was BARELY clean enough to walk on. Grout was black. The bed sheets were clean and no bedbugs found If would not of been midnight when we stopped and needed to rest we would of moved on up the road. The desk person told us breakfast would be out by 6am. We left at 7am. Nothing out except 1 'happy bag'. Very disappointed in Hilton. Updates needed. read more

This hotel is only an hour from Nashville, TN and half an hour from Bowling Green, KY. Hampton Inn is always a personal favorite, but this one had a REALLY awesome bed and an especially nice staff. Free wi-fi is such a bonus! Two thumbs-up on the breakfast, which included hot and cold options, great coffee, and plenty of actual fresh fruit. That by itself earned them a star as so many hotels offer "fresh" fruit that no one in their right mind would eat. When we come back (to visit the National Corvette Museum, we're already making the plans- yay!) we will definitely stay here again. read more

The hotels is amazingly clean. I arrived 2 1/2 hours early for check in and they rushed my room for me. They also have Diamond parking which is always a plus. The front desk staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate most requests. The location is great. Right between Nashville and Bowling Green. I will stay here often. read more

This Hampton inn is run down. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the smell of cleaner. It felt damp and musty. On the third floor (where we stayed) the ac was leaking so bad and there were towels all over the floor. We didn't even risk going to the pool. We used our Hilton points to stay but the mighty cost others over $200 to stay and I honestly would never pay that to sleep here. The room itself wasn't bad. There was at least clean towels and what seemed like clean sheets but the ac didn't work very well and there were so many cracks in the ceiling I was happy it wasn't raining. I think they need to really think about renovating this place. read more

We chose this area as a central place to visit, Bowling Green, Nashville and other Kentucky cities. What we really found interesting is that there is a lot of fun things to do right around the hotel. Franklin, KY was a sweet little town. They happened to have a free concert on the square while we were there. The hotel was so nice, clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would visit there again in a heartbeat...and, we think you would really like it there too! Not the best Hampton experience. Being a HHonors Platinum member, I get to stay in a lot of Hilton properties. This one is clean and gas great service but the rooms can feel a bit tired, dated, and in need of done maintainence and cosmetic repair. ALSO NOTE - there are Hampton Inns in both Franklin, KY and Franklin, TN. Don't let this one in KY, located on Nashville Road, trick you into thinking you're in TN. We just stayed here over the weekend for a family wedding. When we first arrived we were greeted with a smile and the gal at the front desk acted like she knew us forever. I noticed right off the bat, the lobby area was very clean, no messes around the complimentary coffee bar. There was a really adorable Christmas tree all lit up. I did look around and honestly it was very clean. Every employee that we would pass in the halls or at the counter always smiled and made small chat. Once we got to our room, it was what you would expect for size, simple but had all the things you would need including a makeup remover wipe! (Bonus i forgot mine). The fridge, and microwave was spotless as well as the rest of the room. Even the rest of my families rooms were just the same, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy, it was nice to see a make your own breakfast again since the pandemic. I saw an employee keeping up with stalking the items and wiping up any little mess that was made. The part that made this stay was that Ms. Kathy the GM, was so kind when I called to tell her we realized my husband forgot his suit in the closet. Once the house keeping found it she called me to let me know she would put it in the mail right away and send us a confirmation number without an hesitation. Kathy, THANK YOU! We found our room unlocked when we returned in the afternoon. The next morning we arrived for breakfast about 30 minutes before ending time. They were out of food. The woman in charge of the breakfast was busy on her iPad; paid no attention to job. This property needs new management. read more

Overall stay wasn't terrible, stayed here with my boyfriend while he traveled on business. Staff was friendly however when I asked to have fresh towels sent to our room I was told they would be waiting on me downstairs. Then the last morning we spent here the room service cleaning crew Was SO LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS. My boyfriend, working third shift along with two other coworkers in separate rooms needed to be sleeping but that was a little hard to do with people running up and down the hallways shouting in Spanish and banging our door with the vacuum cleaner. Very inconsiderate. Didn't have a choice in where we stayed but I'd give this hotel a mere average rating. read more
