    So clean. Friendly. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Just close enough to restaurants and the city .. but far enough to avoid higher prices.

    Emilio at the front desk is a rude and inexperienced employee, it's a new building but I will never stay at this location ever again.

    This looks like an older Hampton Inn that they tried to remodel. They did a decent job....the lobby looks great, the hallways have new carpeting, etc - but my room definitely has that 90's appeal. The common areas have been remodeled, but my room was pretty dark and gloomy (see picture). Hotel staff was extremely friendly (kudos for that!) - but for the price per night, the other local hotels look a bit more modern for about the same price. Would I come back? Ehhhh....a good backup hotel if everything else is booked....

    I have no idea why my fellow yelpers were disappointed with this property. From the evening cookies to the round-the-clock, fresh coffee to the ample breakfast to the impeccably pristine rooms, why would you stay anywhere else? First of all, the customer service reigned supreme. Every interaction with staff was friendly. The woman who worked breakfast during our stay (6/20-23) seriously did not rest for a minute! Everything was fresh and replenished before having to ask. Breakfast options were as follows: DIY waffles, a hot egg and meat option, four different types of cold cereal, prepared oatmeal with toppings on the side, yogurt, pastries and muffins, bagels, bread, juices, and my personal favorite: fresh fruit salad - one morning it was a variety of melons and citrus fruits, the following day it was strawberries and blueberries, the last morning it was pineapple, strawberries and citrus. They also had two different takeaway fruits from bananas, pears and oranges. Sugar free syrup! The room was a good size, and since we faced the parking lot, it was very quiet. There's a microwave, mini fridge and coffeemaker. Nice toiletries. And clean clean CLEAN! Although we had neighbors, the walls are not paper thin as we didn't hear a peep outta them. Tip: ask for a corner room, top floor. You won't have anyone above you and neighbors only on one side. Sure you'll need to walk from the elevator but who cares? Peace and quiet will be yours. P.S., the only reason I didn't give five stars is that my new rule is, once I've patronized a business twice (to make sure that it was not a fluke) , I will edit the review accordingly but this was a five star stay. Now we have an alternative to San Jose area properties.

However, within a few minutes , the front desk told us was told that there was no staff for it. A lot of the ice machines were out and not working and also I hope they get the refrigerator in the café area checked. The first morning that we had breakfast there I went and grabbed yogurt for our daughter, and I realize that the yogurt lids were not properly sealed, so I threw it away, and I grabbed a new one only to discover it had the same problem. Then I noticed some of the yogurt was doming like they were fermenting. It was brought to the attention of the staff and they threw away yogurt. Then the next day, my husband grabbed a milk out of that same refrigerator and it was completely bad well before expiration date. Again, let staff know but it sounds like they definitely need a thermometer in that refrigerator and that refrigerator should be replaced. The hotel overall is really nice and the staff is really nice. I just think it's interesting that things are not well managed or well maintained.

This property is actually a bit of a drive from my office in Santa Clara, but the drive is worth it when compared with the pricing of closer hotels. The staff are friendly and for the elites they have both: a lounge and included breakfast in the restaurant. The gym is solid. They have weights, benches, cable machine, leg equipment, pull equipment and for cardio they have treadmills, a bike, and ellipticals. They also have a nice indoor pool. B

When I brought it up, the only option given was to move to a regular room, which didn't make sense because we paid for the space. The first night we got there, there was only one washcloth, the shower wasn't draining, and we had to call for an engineer. After he "fixed" it, he used the remaining towels and left dirty shoe prints on the floor and handprints on the countertop. We also asked for extra blankets for the sleeper since there weren't any in the room. When they were brought up, they were wrapped in her arms against her chest while she was working, which didn't feel clean or professional. I even went and bought a white noise machine just to try to make it work for my daughter to sleep because of the elevator noise, and it still took her a long time to settle. The next morning, before checkout, someone knocked on the door repeatedly and just stood there. When I opened the door and asked if it was checkout time, all I got was "sorry" with no explanation. On top of that, I had called the front desk the day before and was left on hold for over 10 minutes, then had to go downstairs just to find out I was still on hold. We also paid $71 for breakfast, which made the overall experience feel even more frustrating considering how everything else was handled. On top of everything, our allergies were really bad during the stay, and after seeing how much dust buildup was inside the vent, it made sense why. That's something that should be maintained, especially in a hotel. The stay just didn't feel taken care of, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Anish went to help us find a better rate for the second week, which we greatly appreciated. And He was always available, ensuring everything was clean, comfortable, and running smoothly. We would also like to recognize Julieta, who manages breakfast early every morning. She was always friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Marian, Elena, Rosalina, Betty, and the rest of the housekeeping staff also helped with breakfast whenever Julieta was off. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home and added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our extended stay so comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality.
