Originally checked in for a two week stay but had to leave after five discouraging days. Two out of three washing machines out of service. Pool was closed indefinitely. No bar of soap in the bathroom to wash with. No roll of toilet paper other than the half used one on the dispenser. Provided breakfast items were marginal at best and not replenished. We were told our first housekeeping would take place on the third day. Never happened. Lackadaisical desk clerk told us it would happen the next (4th) day. Came back at 4:00 to find nothing done. Fifth day we finally got serviced, but we had had enough and checked out. Every interaction with staff provided a "really don't care" attitude. Wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

Definitely left a lot to be desired in the fit and finish department but it was a fine place to sleep and let the kids enjoy the small indoor swimming pool. Breakfast every morning was a plus. Other than that, the amenities were greatly lacking. First, my boyfriend and I were really looking forward to the pool, which we found out was closed for renovations. We were informed of this in an email, but yet still very disappointing. Monica at the front desk very kindly was able to give us each an alcoholic beverage complimentary due to this inconvenience, which was appreciated. Next, we decided to work out one morning. The workout room was clean, yet we quickly realized only one of the two treadmills worked, and one of the two ellipticals worked. This was disappointing since both of us wanted to be on the treadmill at the same time, so one of us used the elliptical instead. Another thing that took a while to figure out were the blackout blinds. All we saw when we first looked was the see through drapes. Eventually we figured out that the blackout blinds were way at the top and you had to pull them down, so just be aware of that! Overall, our stay was disappointing, yet we made the most of it. Won't be the first choice on a place to stay when in the area again.

I was given a room away from the highway noise, which was nice. Rooms are clean and new; equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Huge flatscreen TV on the wall and comfy bed. Something new is they have Tea Tree products hanging in the shower - shampoo, body wash, so no more dropping the tiny bottles in the shower. Did grab a quick breakfast, any and everything you need to start the day. Good so far! Will update more later!

Well they let me know that the cut off was going to be midnight and that if we weren't going to be able to make by that time to call them back so we could figure something out. We were scheduled to land before 11pm so it wouldn't be a problem. After picking up the rental we barely made it with 10mins to spare lol. I was actually surprised they had continental breakfast, I wasn't expecting it. Its the bare minimum waffle maker, cereal, toast, coffee, juice a little something to get you going. We only had it on one day lol. The location of this hotel was actually not bad. You're really close to some shopping centers so thats good and freeway is not that far either. We had no fridge or micro in the room so that sucked. But since it was cold outside the car did a good job of keeping the water bottles cold lol. It wasn't the nicest place ever but it got the job done, we needed a place to sleep and it provided that at a reasonable price. The bathroom was an issue thought, they need to work on the plumbing lol.

He couldn't sleep at night because of all the yelling and commotion outside his room - that is until someone pulled the fire alarm - then there was the noise of emergency vehicles. He didn't leave his room. He checked out as soon as possible and informed the desk clerk he wasn't coming back. He was glad to find that his truck had not been broken into during the night and all his work tools were still there. He would definitely not recommend this establishment.

Breakfast was bare bones, same each morning, boiled eggs, microwave cheese omlets, bread, peanut butter, yougert, cereal, milk & OJ. The waffle machine was not working well, so it was removed and not replaced. The coffee was empty several morning, had to wait on it being made. One person trying to keep breakfast stocked and run the front desk. The breakfast and rooms are much better with fridge & microwave and not much more expensive at the other days inn a few miles to the south.
