This hotel wasn't bad if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights, but it is not the place to be if you are trying to work remotely. The internet was very slow even after getting the promotional code, and the outlets were so loose I had to keep wiggling the cord to get a charge. The outlet was better when I sat at the desk. On the positive, the front desk staff were great especially the girl who took her time to help me connect to the internet when the hotel pop up window wouldn't come up on my computer. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air worked well and the shower had hot water. Also it was close to downtown. Not necessarily in walking distance depending who you are, but Uber and Lyft got there quick.

Bed matters very old and uncomfortable. You can feel the wires!

We stayed 6/13 weekend. My first thought walking in the lobby no one greeted as we walked in.Hospitality definitely not there strongest. As we got in the room and opened the door , the smell was just horrible.Smelled musty, and like urine. We thought maybe lowering the ac would help.I sprayed air freshener Thinking maybe it's that the room wasn't in use for a while. After turning the ac on.The cold was like wet .I looked up at the ceiling definitely they had water spots and chipping of the paint . So I wouldn't be surprised it had mold in the walls somewhere. Water or urine spots in the carpet. The mattress on the bed was horrible! You could feel the wires from the sides.Seem like the mattress was picked off of the side of the road!We had an extra fridge sitting on the floor in the room. Not sure why? If you get this #308 just know the ice machine doesn't work. But makes noise all day all night. Not sore why they don't just unplug it. Walls are definitely thin.Wall paper peeling. Now the shower! You will get hot water! But the bottom of the tub was horrible it was ruff had to shower with my crocs on! The food basic bland and boring. Barely consumable. 1 waffle maker for entire hotel. The lobby was hot no ac blowing. So enjoy your food while sweating! Being, that the area is in Vanderbilt. You think it would be decent!Since we were out in about just needed a place to sleep. We sucked it up.As we were packing I looked over and seen the tall dresser have mold on it. Makes sense why my throat was becoming itchy. Wouldn't be surprised if the ac unit has finding of mold! This place definitely needs a remolding A.S.A.P! I believe as long as they have some customers they are happy with that. With a big name "Hilton" this is embarrassing. I think our stay would have been better at a motel 6! "Definitely will change to Marriott!"

This is one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. The employee at the front desk barely gave a rip about anything. The motel is so run down. It's super dirty and in poor repair. The elevators were filthy and the floors had stains and cracked and destroyed tiles. Our room stunk. I think it was the A/C but I'm not certain. I didn't walk on the carpet in bare feet. The bathroom clearly had a leak on the ceiling above the toilet because typically could see the terrible repair effort. The toilet was reset crooked. People must always be slamming the doors because each door on our floor had a round chair legs pad stuck to it, I guess to help absorb some of the sound. We were there for only two nights and I would have left immediately if we had t have had to pay for the parking ahead of time. Parking ended up being $80. CRAZY. Don't stay here. Plenty of other better choices in the area.

Central. Affordable. Dated. Centrally located hotel far enough off of downtown to let you sleep, but close enough to traffic to still keep you up at times. Hotel is basic and a bit dated around the ends with various in room items like lamp shades that need replacement and doors that block toilets across multiple rooms. Beds and linens are always clean, but mattresses could use a refresh. Proximity to Vanderbilt university and several Music Row destinations is great, with the amazing Midtown Café directly across the street for those seeing more than the usual Marriott breakfast sandwich.

I just had a 4 night stay at this property and I have nothing bad to say about it. We arrived on Saturday morning around 11am and our room was all ready for us, yesssss! We checked on in, got our complimentary water bottles, and went up to the 5th floor to our room. We had a king sized bed and the room itself was pretty spacious. We had a couch, closet, desk, and a big enough bathroom for two. The bed was comfortable and the AC/Heater worked great! On our first day there, it was raining outside and the friendly lady at the front desk gave us an umbrella to use without us even asking. This made our day, thank you! Walking in and out of the hotel was a breeze and the elevators worked pretty fast. The housekeeping employees were also very friendly as we bumped into them in the hallways a few times and they would always greet us. The area itself felt pretty safe (day and night) and the hotel is in walking distance to everything. I will definitely consider staying here again when in the area!

It is not my style to put negative reviews on a website before reaching out to the company. Please see my experience at your hotel. Our experience at Loew's Nashville. When we arrived, we were offered a bigger room, so of course we said yes. When we got to the room, the condition was a bit disappointing. We were shocked to see that our view was a rooftop HVAC system. This is information. I think should've been told to us when offering us that bigger room. I've included pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. See hotel pics. (Dirty stained bench at end of bed, multiple carpet tears, etc). In addition to the condition of the room we experienced an air conditioner that was so loud we had to have the television at a much higher volume and speak loudly over the sound of the system when running. When the air conditioner would turn off the TV would be way too loud. We also had a coffee maker that never worked. We had a bathroom sink that didn't drain. We let the person who cleaned the room know that it wasn't working, but nothing was ever done. For the first two mornings that we were there work was being done on the room next to ours starting around 7:15 AM. It wasn't the kind of noise or atmosphere we expected on our vacation. Regarding the valet parking, we decided to pay the $50 a day and yet The first two mornings when we were ready to leave, we had to wait additional time for our car, even after giving the attendants the required 20 minutes request time before showing up at the curb. That additional time was between 25 and 30 minutes of waiting at the curb. One time the lady came out and told us she couldn't find the keys to the car. When it was time to check out, we stopped at the front desk to confirm charges that were put on our room. They were accurate. The lady asked us how our stay was we politely recounted most of the issues with the room and the valet parking. She was kind and offered to remove the valet parking charges.

On our journey across the country we stopped at a few hotels. I must say this was the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at! The Inn, in total, was well kept, tidy, with a very friendly staff! The breakfast are was spotless and well attended! My wife and I were very please with out choice to stay here. Keep up the great work!!

He provided us with a list of Broadway which was so helpful. I am pretty exhausted of being on my phone and using the list was convenient. Brian at the bar is really fun to talk to and very experienced. Excited to get 1 drink tonight.. Afterall I am an Utah native. "E" at the front desk was awesome as well. Everything did work out with that too and it couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you for listening closely and taking care of all the fine details. You're such an asset to the Conrad. It was just a typical hotel, nothing too unique about it. It did the job and the location was perfect for staying in Nashville. I loved how it was honestly walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Didn't really do anything special. I was in their conference room and it was big enough to fit for my division. Of course, Downtown…read moreNashville has grown and with the Hockey Area and Country Music Hall of Fame right across the street and Broadway a block away, this is one convenient and large location. I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.
