What a truly fantastic hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Hotel staff who quickly got my bag, and after I checked in ushered me to my room. I was truly blown away by how wonderful the room was. The custom lighting was amazing as well as the panel control on the drapes. The only bad thing about this hotel is its proximity to attractions. It's more so off the beaten path so there's not many amenities around it like a Walgreens or a grocery store. But other than that, it was amazing.

It was my second time staying here and I would definitely come back for a third time. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous. The turndown service in the evening adds an extra touch and makes you feel taken care of. The hotel's location is a bit of a walk to broadway but I like being away from the hustle and bustle.

Initial Reaction: I was only here for a conference and was staying down the street, but the amenities for the conference was nice. I liked the Blue Astor bar to enjoy a martini. The second floor hallways, ballrooms, and the meeting rooms were quite accommodating to the size of our conference (around 300 people). The one thing I noticed about the hallways is the acoustics were not great. It was hard to carry on a conversation when you had hundreds of people in the hallways when the walls and ceilings cause the sound to bounce everywhere. So if you're trying to maintain a private conversation, you will need to find a quieter spot away from the crowds. The door staff and concierge staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Every morning when I walked to the entrance, there was someone to hold the doors open. The bar staff at Blue Astor wasn't that approachable or kind and tried to bill for a drink I didn't order that turned out to be somebody else. The restrooms were easily accessible, fashionable, clean, and could allow privacy if you took one of the stalls. The catering staff did well with the continental breakfast and lunch served on the two days I attended the conference. The second day was better than the first. The gnocchi being good as well as the other options. The design of the meeting rooms and the library-like gathering area in the second floor was very warm with rich dark wood paneling and sophisticated allure. If you are going to have a conference anywhere, the Conrad is a good spot.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby with valet service. These rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. They are huge and well set up. They are perfect place for a home away from home feeling. We have an incredible view a sofa area, table and chairs, real bone china for your coffee and tea with plates under the cups. There's an amazing tea selection. There's a giant bathroom and giant shower with separate bath tub and separate toilet room. A long closet with slippers and robe. The only thing missing is some bath salts.

Everything here was superb! We had a king suite. It included a balcony, 1.5 bathrooms, full size walk in closet in addition to a big closet by the main entrance. Dinning room and sitting area with couch the let's out to a full size bed. Room service was great and prompt. Definitely recommended.

Certainly my best hotel stay ever! My husband and I were at the Conrad three nights for our anniversary trip, and the hospitality team really went above and beyond. The staff were very friendly and attentive every time we were in the lobby. The restaurants on site were amazing and the transportation service, complimentary for guests, was super easy to use. The rooms were beautiful and oversaw the downtown skyline. Rooms were tended to several times a day and cookies were delivered in the evening, robes placed on our bed for the unwinding and relaxation. The gym on site had plenty of cardio machines, free weights with two benches, and a cable machine. Not only that but plenty of yoga mats and foam rolls for rest days! There were even eucalyptus towels for cooling down post workout. I accidentally left items in my room after checking out and the security team were very attentive and understanding, they were able to send me my clothes no problem. I was a little embarrassed but the reception team were very kind and reassuring. Overall, our stay here was amazing in all aspects. I'll definitely be staying at the Conrad if I'm ever back in Nashville.

One of the nicest hotels I have been in. The rooms are beautiful, I have a corner suite plenty of room with a beautiful new bathroom with a bathtub, Floor ceiling windows and a nice workspace. The staff has been very friendly and attentive every time I walk in and out of the building. I would definitely stay here again

Although my stay at the Conrad Nashville was a little while ago, it's still one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've had, and worth revisiting with a glowing review. I was in town for my cousin's graduation, and from the moment I arrived, everything felt first-class. The valet and parking were secure and well-managed, offering peace of mind during a busy weekend. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff who embodied Southern hospitality and efficiency. The room was absolutely beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with luxurious touches that made it feel like a true escape. Even now, I remember the calming ambiance, the plush bedding, and how easy it was to unwind after a full day of celebration. Conrad Nashville delivered an experience that was both refined and unforgettable. I wouldn't hesitate to return when I find myself back in Music City.

King room with built in storage and well stocked coffee/mini bar area. Lots of entertainment options on tv. Great bathroom.

Everything thing you want in a luxury hotel. Beautiful design, great location, prompt friendly service, great common areas and food options, a rooftop pool, and modern gym. We felt spoiled our entire weekend. Would have stayed longer if we could afford it!

The Conrad Nashville. We absolutely loved our suite and service at the Conrad Nashville. I was so impressed with their customer service, rare today. Everyone from the valet; front desk staff, concierge, restaurant service employees, housekeeping, room service to management were the best! It was comfortable, provided lovely views and offered easy access to local attractions. The house car was a top benefit. We look forward to returning, as we had a top notch experience. #ConradNashville #MusicCity #HouseCar #SuiteLife

Our room was large and beautiful, with a great view and comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly. We had to wait a few hours to check in because our room wasn't ready at check in time but it was an overall good stay.

Had an amazingly wonderful stay two different times last week. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were lavish and comfortable, and the property had great amenities such as restaurants, pool, gym, and complimentary car service. The beds were luxurious and comfortable. I loved the attention to have button operated drapes and lighting. Turn down service in our suite was extra special with care to service our room and provide us with the nightly robe and sweets. Self-parking was quite simple and the bellmen were very helpful. Oh, and I appreciated that there was a Starbucks two doors down from the hotel entrance. Overall, one of the best hotels we've stayed at and highly recommend.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Daniel was amazing, fun, and so witty! I had 1003 and it was tastefully decorated with Conrad staples in the room. The gym has plenty of cardio and free weights to your delight. Theres water bottles and cold towels infused with lemon oil to keep you refreshed. The lobby bar and 3rd floor bars were very good and not crowded. Be sure to visit during HH, you will not be disappointed in their drink and food fair. All we need is an executive lounge.

We got all our stuff, parked and walked back in and sure enough our room was ready. We had the 2 queen beds and it was an okay size room, not much seating for 4 people but it did the job as we didn't hang out in the room much. The pool was awesome! My kids loved it and it was like a volleyball pool (deep in the middle) so you can talk and touch the ground with people who aren't swimming. The spa is huge and a ton of groups can fit in there without touching toes which is awesome. I saw an employee take a PH test of the pool so it's nice to see they take care of it. There is an employee in the pool area at all times (at least what I saw) and she was friendly and nice. The best part??? Happy hour! How cool is it that this hotel offered free food and 3 free alcoholic beverages to every guest (drinks for 21+, obviously and unlimited fountain drinks for kids). It was such a nice treat because then we didn't have to pay for dinner every night. It did get crowded, but the employees kept everything clean and moving smoothly it didn't seem like you were standing in line at all. The breakfast was free in the morning, and free dinner really helps with the price of everything in downtown Nashville. I really wish there was a coffee shop inside the hotel lobby, I think there is one around the corner, but it opened a little later so I had to figure something else out. That is my only gripe and that isn't really one! Definitely book this hotel if you have kids, are on a budget, or just want to hang out and enjoy the pool and food.

They all struck up a conversation about my stay and if I needed anything while at breakfast or just riding the elevator together. For a hotel charging around $300 per night, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The bedding was worn out and overdue for replacement. The duvet was so old and thin that it was practically see-through, with the feathers inside completely flattened and no longer providing any comfort or warmth. The bed sheets were dingy, stained, and looked unclean. The air-conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed, making the room uncomfortably cold throughout the night. Combined with the paper-thin duvet, I spent the night freezing. The bathroom was equally disappointing. The walls were dirty, stained, and clearly in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Given the nightly rate, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Instead, I was met with worn bedding, cleanliness issues, and an uncomfortable night's sleep. The location is great, but the condition of the hotel does not justify the price.

It was just a typical hotel, nothing too unique about it. It did the job and the location was perfect for staying in Nashville. I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

A Love Letter to Noelle Hotel - Where Nashville's History Meets Modern Luxury…read more Some hotels simply give you a place to sleep. Noelle gives you an experience. Located at 200 4th Avenue North, just steps from historic Printer's Alley and only a short walk to Broadway and the Ryman, Noelle occupies a beautifully restored 1929 landmark that originally opened as the Noel Hotel. After decades serving as an office building, it underwent a remarkable restoration and reopened in 2017, preserving its architectural soul while transforming into one of Nashville's most beautiful boutique hotels. From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was completely smitten. The first thing that caught my eye? The gorgeous one-inch mosaic tile floor spelling out NOELLE at the entrance. It instantly reminded me of the grand historic hotels I've wandered through in Europe. Every detail feels intentional. The soaring ceilings. The original marble. The stunning Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture. The plush emerald velvet furniture. The dramatic lighting. The oversized artwork. Every corner begs you to stop, admire it, and take another photo. It's truly a feast for the eyes. The location couldn't be better. You're tucked just far enough away from Broadway to escape the chaos, yet close enough to walk to all the music, restaurants, and nightlife that make downtown Nashville so special. The valet staff couldn't have been friendlier, making arrival and departure completely effortless. Even if you're not staying overnight, Noelle is worth visiting. Inside the lobby is Drug Store Coffee, a gorgeous café with beautiful design, an incredible pastry case, excellent coffee, and a menu that made me wish I'd arrived hungry. It feels more like an upscale European café than a hotel coffee shop. I could have happily spent an entire morning there. Downstairs you'll also discover Lona, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nashville. Outstanding food, beautiful décor, exceptional service, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away nearby complete the experience. Honestly, Lona alone is worth making the trip to Noelle. What impressed me most is that Noelle doesn't feel manufactured. It feels authentic. The restoration honors the building's nearly century-long history while embracing modern luxury, art, and Nashville's creative spirit. It's sophisticated without feeling stuffy and elegant without losing its warmth. I didn't stay overnight this visit, but after spending several hours exploring the property, I already know where I'll be booking my room next time I'm in Nashville. Hotels like this remind you that travel isn't just about checking destinations off a list. It's about finding places that make you slow down, look around, and appreciate great design, thoughtful hospitality, and the stories held within historic walls. Noelle is one of those places. Life's too short not to eat well, travel well, and sleep somewhere with a story to tell. Noelle lets you do all three.

I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.

So polite, inviting and overall gave us such a good experience and feel that we ended up cancelling our other hotel to continue our stay at JW Marriott for the remainder of our stay in Nashville. She really needs a shoutout by the way she treats people! Exceptional. Room was great and pool was fun too!

The bar on the top floor the host or whoever he was said there closing and no service at the bar. May we just look around for a second? he followed us to the bar and the bartender asked if we wanted a drink uh sure but I thought you we're closin. No sir you have 15-20 minutes I turned and looked at the host who said they were closed and I asked if we could sit and the end of the bar and he said that section is closed. so we ordered our drink and stood there drinking it and the bartender said we could have a seat at the other end of the bar where the host told us no. I've had better service at Fairfield Inn in Arkansas coming and headed back home than the stay in Nashville. Never again will I stay at the JW Nashville. Tried to let a manager know how their service is below Marriott standards and he could care a less Why shouldn't he care when we're paying 800.00 a night.

Serena was working the desk. She checked and told me there weren't any rooms available yet which I figured. She told me she would call me when the first one became available. Sure enough, she called right at noon. Unfortunately, I was grabbing a bite to eat. But what great service. She kept her word and I really appreciated that. It so happened when I checked out, she was also working at the time. Decent and reasonably priced restaurant attached to the hotel. Drinks were definitely cheaper there. Hotel bar was more expensive. Nice pool and outdoor area to hang out in. There also a nice patio area just outside the hotel lobby with couches to hang out and drink or smoke cigars. Good bbq place with live music across the street. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Nashville (hopefully sooner than later).

The issue the room itself. Upon arriving at my room - love the contactless/digital check in; there was not remote in the room. I had to call and get one brought to me room. The maintenance person arrived with 5 or 6 remotes. After going through a few he found one that worked. Great right? Well, it did "fuction" however it would not power off the TV. It's a bit frustrating when you are about to fall asleep in bed and you have to get out to turn the TV off. The other issue was the bathroom. The sink stopper was broken. So much for washing your face or shaving without wasting water. How does that get overlooked or not addressed??? It appeared that this has been like that for a while.
