Getting into the hotel was a bit of a rocky start, coffee was spilled on me but... life goes on and it was at least lukewarm warm. I don't think I could leave a bad review when they all try so hard to make sure your stay is great. It seems genuine too. Also it's so gorgeous everywhere you turn. They have a house car that can take you to a few locations around the city. Pool is beautiful and they have just the right amount of restaurants inside. Only thing missing is a small gift shop. I unfortunately forgot a few things. Thank you, it's a lovely place to stay. Matthew with the concierge is phenomenal, we loved his recommendations. He provided us with a list of Broadway which was so helpful. I am pretty exhausted of being on my phone and using the list was convenient. Brian at the bar is really fun to talk to and very experienced. Excited to get 1 drink tonight.. Afterall I am an Utah native. "E" at the front desk was awesome as well. He helped me manage a few things that spontaneously came up and he handled them all with grace. He also gave me a recommendation to get some artwork done. The service at the Conrad Nashville Hotel is like staying at your family's house. They treat you like you are coming home. The food at the Blue Astor was delicious. They had many gluten free options. The morning before they made gluten free French toast (sorry I didn't take pictures that morning, it was beautifully delicious too!) They were fast, efficient and friendly! Gary and Derrick, the bellman, are the sweetest people ever! They remembered our names, treated us so nice and never made us feel like a bother, no matter what we needed. The hotel itself from walking in was beautiful. We was greeted by the front desk but we was just going to the rooftop pool for the day and it was definitely a nice pool. It was a quiet day and they had a bar there that was nice. So I just ordered a spicy marg and also some chicken tenders and fries to soak up the alcohol. But they keep the pool area nice and clean. Wished they had music but they said the speakers was messed up but it was ok bc I had my own little personal speaker. Def cool for a pool day for sure. What a truly fantastic hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Hotel staff who quickly got my bag, and after I checked in ushered me to my room. I was truly blown away by how wonderful the room was. The custom lighting was amazing as well as the panel control on the drapes. The only bad thing about this hotel is its proximity to attractions. Initial Reaction: I was only here for a conference and was staying down the street, but the amenities for the conference was nice. I liked the Blue Astor bar to enjoy a martini. The second floor hallways, ballrooms, and the meeting rooms were quite accommodating to the size of our conference (around 300 people). The one thing I noticed about the hallways is the acoustics were not great. It was hard to carry on a conversation when you had hundreds of people in the hallways when the walls and ceilings cause the sound to bounce everywhere. So if you're trying to maintain a private conversation, you will need to find a quieter spot away from the crowds. The door staff and concierge staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Every morning when I walked to the entrance, there was someone to hold the doors open. The bar staff at Blue Astor wasn't that approachable or kind and tried to bill for a drink I didn't order that turned out to be somebody else. The restrooms were easily accessible, fashionable, clean, and could allow privacy if you took one of the stalls. The catering staff did well with the continental breakfast and lunch served on the two days I attended the conference. The second day was better than the first. The gnocchi being good as well as the other options. The design of the meeting rooms and the library-like gathering area in the second floor was very warm with rich dark wood paneling and sophisticated allure. If you are going to have a conference anywhere, the Conrad is a good spot. read more

This hotel has a beautiful lobby with valet service. These rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. They are huge and well set up. They are perfect place for a home away from home feeling. We have an incredible view a sofa area, table and chairs, real bone china for your coffee and tea with plates under the cups. There's an amazing tea selection. Certainly my best hotel stay ever! My husband and I were at the Conrad three nights for our anniversary trip, and the hospitality team really went above and beyond. The staff were very friendly and attentive every time we were in the lobby. The restaurants on site were amazing and the transportation service, complimentary for guests, was super easy to use. The rooms were beautiful and oversaw the downtown skyline. Rooms were tended to several times a day and cookies were delivered in the evening, robes placed on our bed for the unwinding and relaxation. The gym on site had plenty of cardio machines, free weights with two benches, and a cable machine. Not only that but plenty of yoga mats and foam rolls for rest days! There were even eucalyptus towels for cooling down post workout. I accidentally left items in my room after checking out and the security team were very attentive and understanding, they were able to send me my clothes no problem. I was a little embarrassed but the reception team were very kind and reassuring. Overall, our stay here was amazing in all aspects. Had an amazingly wonderful stay two different times last week. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were lavish and comfortable, and the property had great amenities such as restaurants, pool, gym, and complimentary car service. The beds were luxurious and comfortable. I loved the attention to have button operated drapes and lighting. Turn down service in our suite was extra special with care to service our room and provide us with the nightly robe and sweets. Self-parking was quite simple and the bellmen were very helpful. Beautiful property with friendly staff. Daniel was amazing, fun, and so witty! I had 1003 and it was tastefully decorated with Conrad staples in the room. The gym has plenty of cardio and free weights to your delight. Theres water bottles and cold towels infused with lemon oil to keep you refreshed. I spent a night at the Conrad this weekend and really enjoyed it. $500 a night in Nashville is definitely high, especially since the walk down the main strip is a solid 20 minutes. The front desk service was good and the room was gorgeous. I'd opt for a hotel closer to the action next time as this hotel is just too far away. The property was located away from the downtown hubbub but it was on Broadway so you could walk 15 minutes and be there Staff truly made you feel like a trusted guest. They made sure you had everything you needed or wanted. The room was large and spacious. It had a sitting area, a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was fabulous with a huge walk in rainfall shower and double vanity. Lots of closet space for two people. The lobby lounge had yummy drinks and a very helpful mixologist that recommended some local haunts to go and visit. The Blue Aster was where we ate breakfast and it was excellent. One of my favorite places to stay when I visit Nashville. This was my first stay bringing my small children along and they delivered cookies each night to the room. Service is impeccable and the entire hotel is spotless. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the shower left me with plans to remodel my own washroom. The Byredo products smell amazing and add a layer of luxuriousness to an already great hotel. Also, I know that pets are welcome, but I actually didn't hear or see an animal my entire stay. Dates of visit: August 10 - 12, 2023 Rooms 615 + 919 While visiting Nashville on a birthday trip for my mom, I wanted to make it special, even though she is very low-maintenance when it comes to things like travel. I expected the Conrad to make her feel pampered on this milestone occasion. The end result was mostly positive, but definitely left room for improvement. The rooms are very nice, but even within the same type have differences. Despite booking the rooms far in advance and communicating with the hotel prior to arrival, we did not get rooms on the same floor. Adding to the disappointment is that your room key is needed to access the non-common floors of the hotel. I could take the stairs to get between our rooms, but not the elevators. Mom's rom had a soaking tub while mine just had a shower. The shower is very nice and Mom took advantage of the tub, so it's fine. Mom's room also had a better minibar setup; Room 919 had the dry items sitting out on the counter (which looked quite tacky considering the room price) and they were tucked away in a drawer in 615. Yet there's lots to love in the rooms; spacious bathrooms, Byredo bath products, and an ingenious lighting system that also allows you to alert housekeeping for service or Do Not Disturb with the push of a button. Bathroom setup not conducive for two people sharing a room that are not intimately related, no actual walls for the water closet, no frosted glass for the bathroom. The pocket door helps on space and does lock, but doesn't allow for one person to say, wash their teeth at the sink while the other availed themselves of the water closet. Housekeeping was a bit of a mixed bag; lines were refreshed daily but there was no vacuuming; crumbs from a cookie the night before were waiting for us after a long day checking out the city. Also disappointing were carpeting stains in Room 919. There is no fridge in the room, only a minibar. We but a couple of sodas on top of the minibar items without disturbing or moving anything and was greeted with several minibar charges at checkout. Makes me wonder if housekeeping helped themselves to some items and added it to my bill as you could clearly see that there was nothing removed from the minibar. Looking for an ice machine? You won't find one! You need to call and request ice, the bell staff will also fetch it for you. While very fancy, I'd just as soon have an option to do it myself, even if it was tucked away in a random corner somewhere. Valet is eye-poppingly expensive but very convenient and the drivers are very efficient and friendly, helping wash down the cost a bit. read more

The service and greeting was excellent. Everyone so helpful I felt like a movie star. My room was upgraded. Room had all the amenities- even a shower cap! No makeup mirror :(. But curtains that opened and closed by controls by the bed. Lights too. Coffee machine in the room. Two waters. Comfy bed. Great blackout curtains. Easy working area. Lots of easily accessible electrical outlets. Big bathroom with separate area for shower and toilet. Shower was huge with a bench. Also two shower heads including a rain shower. There were enough hangers in the closet!! I usually have to ask for more. Hotel was also quiet. Gym was great except only one recumbent bike and the screen did not work (I could still bike). And AMAZINGlY it was fixed that day!!! Seriously! First time ever in my history of hotel gyms was the equipment fixed the same day! Wow! I ate in the hotel but that's a separate review. The Starbucks in the cul de Sack made life easy. I couldn't figure out why I never saw the maid cart but when she did my room she brought everything inside. Super sweet girl too. Everyone helpful. Would definitely stay again and take advantage of the relaxing pool. There was also a bar on the 3rd floor but it was closed the two nights I was there (closed Mondays and Tuesday's). Luxury amidst the Nashville honky tonk lifestyle! Conrad Nashville delivers guests with everything they need in a beautiful setting and great location. My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon and while we had a few hiccups with our reservations, Andrew, Stephanie, and the rest of the Conrad staff accommodated us and made it right. Upon entering the hotel we were warmly greeted by doormen and the lobby staff who helped us into our room and get settled. We had issues with the wellness room being unavailable due to bike recalls which was disappointing but Andrew made sure we got into a room that we felt comfortable in and made up for the miscommunication. Our stay was lovely. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and pristine; luxury is everywhere and the smell of the lobby should be bottled up and sold. I'm not sure what the scent is that they put out but it is a delight to the nose. Anyway, the pool, fitness center, and every dining option in the hotel are perfection. We are at the restaurant twice and ordered room service and each time we loved our food as well as the service. The staff at the Conrad could not be more professional or helpful; each person we encountered worked hard to make sure we were having a wonderful time. The price per room is pricey, but you pay for quality and service, and it is well worth it at this hotel. Location is key when it comes to hotels and the Conrad is in a great spot! It's not in the heart of Broadway street but less than a 10 minute stroll away. We loved being able to walk to all the entertainment and fun but escape it once we wanted to relax and unwind. My husband had to work while on this trip so it was a nice place for him to have some privacy to do so as well. I made use of the amenities and quite enjoyed cozying up in our room and taking in the views. If you are looking for an extravagant Nashville experience at a decent rate then stay at the Conrad. If you are looking for luxury this is it. This is my husband and I's favorite place to escape when visiting Nashville. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are above and beyond what you expect when traveling from amenities to comfort. The rooftop pool is small but adequate. The onsite restaurant Blue Aster is delicious for breakfast or dinner. Thistle & Rye offers light bites and cocktails as well as rooftop views. They offer themed tea services also. They also have a car service within 1-2 miles of the property. We checked in for one night before heading to our second destination. Customer service was fantastic upon arrival. Got our key cards, went to our room. I walked in first, to an older woman coming out of the shower COMPLETELY NUDE. She said "hello?" I said "oh my gosh I'm so sorry". She said "this is my room". I responded "I don't know, my key worked!" And shut the door. Went back downstairs immediately, told the hotel staff that the room was in fact occupied, and what we had experienced. I was immediately told "there should be no one in that room." To which I went "well there definitely is?!?!" I think we received a single apology for our inconvenience, and then were given a new room and went back upstairs. No offers for comps, food, drinks, free valet ($60 btw!). We get to our new room, beautiful view! Nice amenities. The finer details are where this hotel fell apart for me. There are exposed wires behind the mattress for the room control panels. 2 of the 4 room control panels don't work. There's someone's lost hair clip behind the bed. The shower door glass corner hits the stone wall every time it's opened/shut. That glass WILL eventually pop and break if it's not repaired. This did not feel like a luxury hotel. I felt so bad for walking in on that nude woman. I hope her entire stay was comped. Luckily I walked in to her room first, not my husband. How violating for her, and how unnecessary for us to have experienced this! LOCK AND BOLT YOUR DOORS!!! read more

The staff was incredibly rude & insulting. Asked for general manger's information from the current weekend manager Austin & he didn't want to give us her name. We told him the issue we had and he basically said it wasn't his problem. Zero customer service. Plus, the electricity went out yesterday and today. My room carpet had stains on it. My room refrigerator was broken and they tried to replace it and guess what that one was broken as well..the late night menu (after 11PM coming in from a late flight) has barely any choices and the choices they did have were gross.
