Location location location - best place to stay in Nashville by Broadway. 2 blocks from the action and that is far enough for it to be an elevated experience when you want it and close enough to stumble home. Staff was amazing with welcome sparkling wine and the room - well it was dreamy (see what I did there). Simple, elevated luxuries throughout and I appreciate the coffee shop and restaurant. Will be my go to when in Nashville a few times a year.

Half-assed ceiling repairs over our bed

It was ok, not really worth the price. They require a $375 deposit up front per day when checking in. That's the steepest I've seen anywhere. Also, the bar was closed for remodel our entire stay which was disappointing. Our room needed work - the ceiling had been patched up and lazily repaired without surface completion, so it looked like section 8 housing. Bathroom sink didn't drain. However, the bed was super comfortable, people at the front desk were very nice, and the location on Printer's Alley was fantastic. Overall, wouldn't recommend or stay again but it wasn't awful.

***CHECK FOR MOLD*** Aesthetically, the hotel caught my eye. The images online are what you get as soon as you walk in. Beautiful! We reserved the Platinum Suite. As I mentioned above, the pictures online do not disappoint. The room was beautiful. The shower completely wiped away any excitement we had. After bringing the pictures to the front desk (at approximately 7:50 p.m) she informed me that they've been short staffed and apologized for the mold. She said she had a similar room available and would move us as soon as the room was checked. I went upstairs packed our belongings. After 2 hours of waiting, I called to let them know that my family was exhausted from the days travel and went to bed. The next morning, the manager had no idea that a new room was promised to us. He promised a 10k credit and refund for the room. It's been a week and we still have not received the credit. PLEASE CHECK FOR MOLD BEFORE UNPACKING YOUR ITEMS.

Love the location! You can go out the back of the hotel directly into printers alley. It's about a 5 minute walk to Broadway. The room was aesthetically pleasing! Love the colors. Bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable. We usually stay at the noelle, a door over, wanted to try a new place, The Dream looked fun! My only complaint is the service, if the service was elevated you would feel like it's as nice as it looks. You have to hunt down the valet, they're not just hanging out ready to grab your vehicle, they do not help with the bags in or out... even though my bf tipped. For example, when I walked up trying to find someone, I had to interrupt two talking to each other to get some help. They also didn't help open the door while I was walking in with my luggage. So just subtle things that would make all the difference. The coffee bar had one person at it, taking the calls from the rooms for coffee and breakfast items, who was also making all the drinks, there was about four people ahead of me in line, an additional person at the coffee bar would be helpful. I ended up going next door to grab coffee because it was taking so long, felt so bad for her! It's not a bad stay for the price, just little tweaks and it would be next level!

With the name "Dream", I expected to walk into something serene. Something quiet. Something calming. The lobby for Dream was anything but. There was a DJ in the restaurant off the lobby with music so loud you could barely hear yourself think. Trying to hear the front desk staff was difficult - I can't imagine what it's like having to scream all afternoon to be heard. We checked in early but were told our room was clean, it just needed to be "turned over". We unloaded the car and went to sit in the Cocktail Factory, the lobby bar. After about 45 minutes, I went back to check on the status of our room and was told that it would be another hour. I'll look at the bright side and say that I used my time productively and got through my email. We finally got our keys and headed on up to our room. (Don't forget to swipe your card in the elevator to get to your floor). As soon as we exited the elevator, I encountered the tranquility that I mistakenly expected at check in. I commented to my husband how neat the high ceilings in the hall were. Little did I know that I would be awestruck in a moment. Upon entering our room, I was absolutely amazed by the height of the ceiling. Soaring is the only word that comes to mind. Floor to ceiling velvet curtains just accentuated the height. It really was striking. Of course what really counts in a hotel room is the bed and our king size bed did not disappoint. A fluffy duvet and king size pillows added to the luxuriousness of the bed. A velvet chaise, small desk and even smaller minifridge rounded out the room's furnishings. Upon first look, I thought the room designer really missed with the large shower. Double shower heads or a "rainfall" shower head really would have fit the oversized stall; even so, the shower did not disappoint. I spent so long in the shower it was a good thing we extended our checkout time a little. We came up to Nashville with the intention of spending a night on the town. After an early dinner, I talked my husband into taking a "quick" nap before we got started on a bar crawl. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't wake up until 3am and completely missed our night out. I asked my 21 year old niece to reassure me that I'm not that old. She said we all need a "night in". I think she was just being nice because Christmas is coming up!

Front door. They change themes as you'll see different than the shark over time

This hotel was great. It is right in front of Printer's Alley and walkable to Broadway with all the live music action. The popup bar was a sea theme with lifejackets on the chairs and a shark outside. The restaurant, Stateside, has a great look with great lighting. The room was wonderful from the bed to the shower although I do prefer a fitted sheet to a flat sheet on the bottom as flat sheets move around with you too much. The only critique I have is that the street in front of the entrance doesn't have a lot of room to pull up. When you are stopped in the street instead of the curb, it would helpful if the valet on duty was ready to grab your keys, but they usually waited for us to bring them the keys at the entrance door leaving our vehicle in the street longer than comfortable.

This review is for the pop up bar. This was my second year coming here for the Xmas themed bar. Last year, it was the nightmare before Christmas theme and it was very well done. The server was rude and he seemed annoyed and frankly didn't want to be there. This year, it's Elf. They have a cut out of Buddy and some decoration but it was just meh. The drink was ok. My friend ordered the Feta dip and Buddy's infamous spaghetti (funnel cake). I didn't try the dip but had a small piece of the funnel cake and it was crunchy ... almost cracker like. I prefer my funnel cake on the softer side. There were 2 servers and they had their hands full at 6pm on a Sunday. I asked for the check and 20 mins went by and still nothing. Ended up going to the bar to give them my card to run instead of waiting. There are so many options in Nashville, I'd probably skip this place next year.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dream Nashville. The staff is super nice & the amenities are great. Their downstairs restaurant is amazing & I love that they have a rotating themed bar. They really excel in the cocktail arena. The room was also very comfortable, quiet, and stylishly decorated. It has a great location too - you're slightly outside of the chaos that is Broadway, but close enough to go to most of the main attractions with a short walk or Uber.

The service is fantastic from the Valet service to the hotel service. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so welcomed. We were able to get ice and drinks to the room upon request. We visited the Parlour Bar, which had fabulous cocktails, and Stateside Kitchen for more drinks and food. We took food to the room a few nights. Beautiful Hotel. It was wonderfully decorated for fall. We loved the Premium King Suite. The colors are very dark and sexy. Made it easy for sleeping late. We loved that the shower had a bench. Housekeeping didn't come until the 3rd day but we made it work. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was two blocks from broadway. I was in my wheelchair so it was, at times, difficult to wheel on some sidewalks because some areas are very steep but very accessible. Walking/Rolling distance to anything we needed.

Came to the Havana Cocktail Pop up bar last night at the Dream Hotel. It was advertised with Cuban cigar rolling, the manager was unaware of this. She was told this was going to be out on hold for a while, as we were talking we see a man rolling cigars outside. Needless to say, she was a bit embarrassed. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, churros, and empanadas, they were all really good. I ordered the Island Time for my cocktail, it had a weird aftertaste but the drink itself was good. We didn't do anything with the cigars, we didn't have much instruction, by the time we left we lost interest to be honest. The bar itself is really cute tho. I would recommend for the food and drinks. Great for date or small group.

My room is the Guest House (1020)
    Monica F.

I just checked in an hour ago and I can tell you, the staff and this hotel are top notch! Check in was easy and the front desk made me feel welcomed! My room, the Guest House (room 1020) has a poker table, ping pong table, snuggle pit, beer keg and 2-1/2 bathrooms so hubby and I don't have to share! Our view overlooks Nissan Stadium. The staff brought us a charcuterie plate as a thank you!! Tons of Insta worthy photo opps here, too! This is a must when staying in Nashville!!

A pretty cool little place. The bed was really comfy and the room was well appointed. When I arrived early, the desk staff was happy to help me get to my room. Sweet! The fitness room is small, but there are two treadmills, two elliptical machines, a couple benches with free weights and a standing machine.

We had a great stay. We loved the decor. The rooms have kind of like a "Clue" feel to them. Our flight arrived early and we asked to check in before time. It wasn't ready right away but it was ready within an hour. Everything was clean. The only thing that was not fully clean was the comforter. We asked for another one. Best part... it has secret stairs that lead straight into Printers Alley. You can come back in using your key from Printers Alley. We would definitely come back.

We got all our stuff, parked and walked back in and sure enough our room was ready. We had the 2 queen beds and it was an okay size room, not much seating for 4 people but it did the job as we didn't hang out in the room much. The pool was awesome! My kids loved it and it was like a volleyball pool (deep in the middle) so you can talk and touch the ground with people who aren't swimming. The spa is huge and a ton of groups can fit in there without touching toes which is awesome. I saw an employee take a PH test of the pool so it's nice to see they take care of it. There is an employee in the pool area at all times (at least what I saw) and she was friendly and nice. The best part??? Happy hour! How cool is it that this hotel offered free food and 3 free alcoholic beverages to every guest (drinks for 21+, obviously and unlimited fountain drinks for kids). It was such a nice treat because then we didn't have to pay for dinner every night. It did get crowded, but the employees kept everything clean and moving smoothly it didn't seem like you were standing in line at all. The breakfast was free in the morning, and free dinner really helps with the price of everything in downtown Nashville. I really wish there was a coffee shop inside the hotel lobby, I think there is one around the corner, but it opened a little later so I had to figure something else out. That is my only gripe and that isn't really one! Definitely book this hotel if you have kids, are on a budget, or just want to hang out and enjoy the pool and food.

He told us to go back out to the 6th and 7th level out of the lobby door and to find our truck and hotel keys and come back. He obviously has a lack of comprehension skills as we told him we couldn't not find our truck off of Broadway . Our cousin had two rooms in this hotel and got ours for us as a gift and he acted like we were asking for a kidney when we asked him to call their room. He stated they have multiple rooms (only two I might add) and he didn't know which one to call. I said ours is on the 9th floor. Please call the 16th floor number. Our phones had died and we were all suffering from heat exhaustion. We had blisters on our feet and his snobby and cranky attitude was anything but what I consider the customer service your hotel should be providing. I said what's with the attitude? To which he stormed off afterwards and told the lady to handle it. We had your wonderful breakfast in the morning and had nothing but sweet interactions with housekeeping, the ladies working on the 8th floor and day staff. I was thankful for that, and changed my reviews for that reason. Would have loved to give your hotel 5 stars but unfortunately two bad apples ruined that.

I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

A Love Letter to Noelle Hotel - Where Nashville's History Meets Modern Luxury…read more Some hotels simply give you a place to sleep. Noelle gives you an experience. Located at 200 4th Avenue North, just steps from historic Printer's Alley and only a short walk to Broadway and the Ryman, Noelle occupies a beautifully restored 1929 landmark that originally opened as the Noel Hotel. After decades serving as an office building, it underwent a remarkable restoration and reopened in 2017, preserving its architectural soul while transforming into one of Nashville's most beautiful boutique hotels. From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was completely smitten. The first thing that caught my eye? The gorgeous one-inch mosaic tile floor spelling out NOELLE at the entrance. It instantly reminded me of the grand historic hotels I've wandered through in Europe. Every detail feels intentional. The soaring ceilings. The original marble. The stunning Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture. The plush emerald velvet furniture. The dramatic lighting. The oversized artwork. Every corner begs you to stop, admire it, and take another photo. It's truly a feast for the eyes. The location couldn't be better. You're tucked just far enough away from Broadway to escape the chaos, yet close enough to walk to all the music, restaurants, and nightlife that make downtown Nashville so special. The valet staff couldn't have been friendlier, making arrival and departure completely effortless. Even if you're not staying overnight, Noelle is worth visiting. Inside the lobby is Drug Store Coffee, a gorgeous café with beautiful design, an incredible pastry case, excellent coffee, and a menu that made me wish I'd arrived hungry. It feels more like an upscale European café than a hotel coffee shop. I could have happily spent an entire morning there. Downstairs you'll also discover Lona, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nashville. Outstanding food, beautiful décor, exceptional service, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away nearby complete the experience. Honestly, Lona alone is worth making the trip to Noelle. What impressed me most is that Noelle doesn't feel manufactured. It feels authentic. The restoration honors the building's nearly century-long history while embracing modern luxury, art, and Nashville's creative spirit. It's sophisticated without feeling stuffy and elegant without losing its warmth. I didn't stay overnight this visit, but after spending several hours exploring the property, I already know where I'll be booking my room next time I'm in Nashville. Hotels like this remind you that travel isn't just about checking destinations off a list. It's about finding places that make you slow down, look around, and appreciate great design, thoughtful hospitality, and the stories held within historic walls. Noelle is one of those places. Life's too short not to eat well, travel well, and sleep somewhere with a story to tell. Noelle lets you do all three.

Upon arrival and checking in I learned that they aren't a Marriott, they haven't been for several years. Not sure why this came up in Concur as one, but be aware that it's not. Moving on... Upon pulling up, the valet was great! In fact, they were great the entire time. Always friendly and helpful. Checking in went well (aside from learning this wasn't a Marriott property). The gentleman working the desk was very informative and helpful. The room was great, it was a nice size at the end of a hall. It was very clean and well-maintained too. It was completely automated with switches setting the room's mood or mode, such as morning, night, etc. Which opened and closed the blinds too. Bed was great. TV was perfect, with internet TV available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, if it were a Marriott property... sorry, I gotta get my points!

I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.

The bar on the top floor the host or whoever he was said there closing and no service at the bar. May we just look around for a second? he followed us to the bar and the bartender asked if we wanted a drink uh sure but I thought you we're closin. No sir you have 15-20 minutes I turned and looked at the host who said they were closed and I asked if we could sit and the end of the bar and he said that section is closed. so we ordered our drink and stood there drinking it and the bartender said we could have a seat at the other end of the bar where the host told us no. I've had better service at Fairfield Inn in Arkansas coming and headed back home than the stay in Nashville. Never again will I stay at the JW Nashville. Tried to let a manager know how their service is below Marriott standards and he could care a less Why shouldn't he care when we're paying 800.00 a night.

Serena was working the desk. She checked and told me there weren't any rooms available yet which I figured. She told me she would call me when the first one became available. Sure enough, she called right at noon. Unfortunately, I was grabbing a bite to eat. But what great service. She kept her word and I really appreciated that. It so happened when I checked out, she was also working at the time. Decent and reasonably priced restaurant attached to the hotel. Drinks were definitely cheaper there. Hotel bar was more expensive. Nice pool and outdoor area to hang out in. There also a nice patio area just outside the hotel lobby with couches to hang out and drink or smoke cigars. Good bbq place with live music across the street. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Nashville (hopefully sooner than later).

The issue the room itself. Upon arriving at my room - love the contactless/digital check in; there was not remote in the room. I had to call and get one brought to me room. The maintenance person arrived with 5 or 6 remotes. After going through a few he found one that worked. Great right? Well, it did "fuction" however it would not power off the TV. It's a bit frustrating when you are about to fall asleep in bed and you have to get out to turn the TV off. The other issue was the bathroom. The sink stopper was broken. So much for washing your face or shaving without wasting water. How does that get overlooked or not addressed??? It appeared that this has been like that for a while.
